Long Death also Advances, holding up her bracers seemingly like metal gauntlets or shields while she approaches. Then the floor beneath Tomoe shifts and she realizes what this arena does. It slants a bit, the part behind Tomoe raises up and the part behind her opponent dips down. While the slant isn't so steep that they'd immediately start slipping, it does make it difficult to move up the slope to the west. The polished and waxed wood of the arena floor now seems more sinister and deliberate than decorative.
Tomoe closes the distance and takes the first shot.

It says "Manipulated Dice Rolls" but I'm also seeing that you didn't edit your post so I have no idea why DnD Beyond flagged that post. Quoting because I don't want the values to keep changing and just using the values the post is showing when I looked at it for the first time.
Long Death: 44/44
Long Death Polearm Master AoO: 23 Dmg: 7 Pierce.
Sentinel: Tomoe's speed is reduced to 0 and she can't get into melee anymore. Does she do something else with her Action?
As Tomoe approaches her opponent, Long Death sees her opportunity and swiftly jabs Tomoe in the chest with her pike. The bladed tip sinks deep into Tomoe's flesh and stops her advance outside of swinging distance. A spurt of Blood comes out of Tomoe's mouth as she needs to figure out how to react to this.
What does Tomoe do with her action now that her speed is 0.
EDIT: Forgot to mention: Tomoe would have had DIS on her attacks for this turn because Long Death used Dodge action the last turn.
Arena's turn: Shifts back to normal. (Round 3 Start)
Long Death Slowly manuvers around Tomoe, careful not to get into swinging distance. She tries to make it so she doesn't have her back to the spikes. Then the Arena moves and becomes level once again.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Knowing Long Death is going to keep the range advantage, she takes the risk and drops her shield. She draws her auto bolter and, using her fighting spirit and a rush of adrenaline, fires a heavy volly at her opponent.
(Normals rolls from dodge - advantage I assume. 2 attacks then action surge for 2 more.)

Long Death BA Second Wind: 5
Long Death Attack: 17 =miss=
Arena Tilts Left. (Round 4 Start)
Moving towards the East costs x2 movement. If someone is hit by a melee attack and the attacker is to the East from them, then the attacked must make a STR save (DC 10 or half of damage if that is higher). On fail the attacked gets pushed 10ft back.
Tomoe drops her sword to draw her gun. She opens fire. Long Death raises her fist and deflects one of the bullets with her bracer. Those are clearly magical. She quickly takes advantage at the weapon change and moves in with her spear. However the metal tip of her pike bounces off Tomoe's shield. Long Death looks down and sees her chain mail getting soaked with her own blood from the three holes Tomoe's bullets put in her body.
The arena shakes again and begins tilting. This time, Tomoe's side dips toward the spikes. With a clicking noise, Tomoe's Sun Blade rolls off the arena and into the spike pit. Looks like she's going to have to make due without the sword... at least until this match is over and the Arena staff return her sword to her.
Long Death swats away one of Tomoe's bullets but takes the second hit straight in her chest. She quickly closes the distance and makes a well-aimed strike on Tomoe's chest, causing her to be pushed back from the force. Long Death closes the distance once more and tries to make two more precision attacks but both of those are deflected by Tomoe's shield.
((Both attacks missed. Tomoe has 2 shots in Auto Bolter Left. While she does have spare bullets to reload, it will require a free hand... which she doesn't have due to holding a shield))

Round 6: 1d20: 19 Arena Tilt: Right. Moving towards the West costs x2 movement. If someone is hit by a melee attack and the attacker is to the west from them, then the attacked must make a STR save (DC 10 or half of damage if that is higher). On fail the attacked gets pushed 10ft back.
Both of Tomoe's bullets are both knocked away with the bracers Long Death was wearing. She capitalizes on a slight opening in Tomoe's defenses and thrusts forward with her pike. The cold metal tip sinks deep into Tomoe's belly. Thanks to her adamantine armor though, the pike is stopped before it impales Tomoe completely. She pushes harder to try and knock Tomoe over and penetrate deeper into her flesh but Tomoe digs in her heels and uses the hard metal sheets inside her light armor to stay on her feet while preventing further damage to her body. Tomoe feels her gun getting lighter. It is nearly out of bullets and while she does have more bullets in her pack, she will need a free hand to reload, a hand taken up by the shield.

(No, I guess I'll drop the sword instead. Is it because the shield counts as armor that it takes an action?)
