I truly am sorry Shirai-kun. I was hoping to win you over and show you the truth of your actions in trying to become Samurai. But it looks like your brothers influence is too strong. Tomoe stands and takes her shield and new sword from Lucia. 

Using code names the group totally came up with earlier, Tomoe gives her orders.  

Kitsune(Kate) : try to take out the rabble first, but do not get yourself surrounded.

Shugo(Lucia): Stay close to me. We will help take out the weaker goons and try to keep Shrike and Shirai off of Kitsune for as long as possible

Rina(Priya): Make them glow. (Just saw that Priya's AC is garbage and she has no ranged options. Would i be able to have given her my bow and arrows that i haven't used at all yet during our planing stages prior to meeting Shirai please ?) 

Everyone stay safe and do not over extend yourselves.

Don't know if taking my sword and shield from Lucia takes my action of if i can do it for free as part of the "drawing a weapon to attack" interaction.

You get your sword and shield from Lucia for free. You also give Priya your ranged stuff before the battle also for free. You need every help you can get to survive this. Because of issuing commands, Tomoe's turn has been moved a bit. Don't worry, you'll still get the turn before the enemy.

Priya casts Faerie fire. Shrike and Shirai are close. She gets them and 3 other bandits (Bandit 1, 2 and 3)

Kate Charges in and Rages.

(i may be wrong but, isn't spell DC 10 +mod+proficiency ? that should make Priya's DC 15 yes? )

Priya steps forward and cast Faerie Fire on a large group of enemies but only one is effected. That is one unlucky girl because as her body glows, Bandit two wonders what's happening and then gets cut in half by Kate. Priya weaves more magic around herself, acting as a beacon of inspiration to her teammates.

Tomoe's Turn. Followed by Lucia.

(No the spell DC is 8+prof+Mod. I am fairly sure that that is what the rules say)

Tomoe moves next to Kate, in between her and the brothers depending on how the baddies are spread out, to attack the next closest bandit.

Reaction to hit Shirai as he goes to hit Kate (sentinel feat)

Attack: 25 Damage: 9

Lucia runs ahead, keeping 10ft distance between her and Tomoe and punches Bandit5 in the gut. He tries to retaliates by stabbing his attacker but Lucia dodges. Then she hears the sound of a crossbow fire to her left and with a surge of Ki, she catches the bolt and throws it back at Bandit 4. The bolt sinks into Bandit 4 's shoulder. Shirai Shouts, "I HAVE THE POWER OF GOD AND MANGA ON MY SIDE! ULTIMATE TECHNIQUE: NIPPON-JANAI TWO KATANA DEATH BARRAGEJUTSU." Like a whirl-wind of steel he makes multiple attacks agains Kate. Too bad the fully did almost no damage. What's worse, Tomoe takes the opening and delivers a powerful strike on Shirai (Shirai didn't move in to or out of your reach. He was within 5 ft at all times so the feat was unable to prevent the attack) Shrike, who is clearly the most deadly fighter here says, "Control yourself brother! Focus on accuracy and not going all out. Pace yourself." His accent gives away the fact that Shrike is a pure blooded Edo Ronin. This man is much deadlier than any of the other knights Tomoe trained with. With the swiftness of a snake, he makes calm and calculated jabs aimed at the gaps at Tomoe's armor. Tomoe feels a sharp pain as her armor is powerless to stop one sword from entering her belly and then immediately as it is pulled away, a second sword sinks into the left sight of her chest. As she still processes what just happened, Bandit 3 charges in and makes a slash across Tomoe's face. And just like that Tomoe is on the back-foot in the combat.

Tomoe's turn.

Tomoe spends this turn recovering. She finds her second wind 7 and drinks a potion. 6

With a surge of action she raises her shield and takes a defensive stance (dodging)

As her wounds magically start to close (especially the one on her face leaving no scare because f that noise) Tomoe gives out another order. 

Be careful of Shrike. Finish of the goons and take out Shirai. RINA! Any thing you can do to slow the big guy down ?

Priya weaves a spell around Shrike and paralyzes him. Kate tries to take this opportunity to deal massive damage on Shrike but just as she's about attack Bandits 4 and 5 shoot at Priya. One of the arrows stick her in the belly. Though she doesn't take serious damage, she does lose her concentration, allowing Shrike to block. Shrike knows that he is the best candidate to get through Tomoe's armor so he attacks once again. However, the female samurai is ready for him with a flourish of her blade and a movement of her shield, Tomoe blocks both attacks but then Shirai shouts, "YOU DARE TOUCH ME THOT!?" And slashes Tomoe across the arm. Luckily it didn't too do much damage. Meanwhile Lucia continues to wail on Bandit 5.

I would like to use my reaction to attack bandit4 (or5 if I cant hit either without taking an AoO the it's against Shirai)via sentinal feat.

 I shall take my proper turn once the results of my reaction and placement of bandits is update/known.

Bandits 4 and 5 are not in range for Sentinel Shirai attacked you so Sentinel didn't proc.

Sentinal is a fun feat.

Tomoe cuts across the lesser Samurai. She quickly goes on the defensive. Bandit 3 faints a left and then slashes across Tomoe's side, though the swift movement lessened the damage. Shrike is held still by Priya who is then struck by two bolts. However she still remains standing and holding concentration. This allows Kate to strike Shrike. Shrike quickly breaks free of the spell. Shirai shouts, "SAMURAI TECHNIQUE: NIPPON-JANAI KI FOCUS BOLSTER HEAL-" Before he can finish though Tomoe interrupts his healing via second wind with a sword slash, putting him at a largely worse situation than he was. His attack became unsteady and the hit on Kate fails to do anything bad (Kate MVP). Lucia tries to defeat Bandit5 to reduce pressure on her teammates but her second attack misses. The first punch puts Bandit5 in a bad spot though.

Tomoe's Turn.

Knowing she is the focus of Shrike and Shirai, Tomoe bolsters her fighting spirit in Hope's to end Shirai and release some of the pressure on them.
