As Priya is half-way through casting her spell, Shrike says, "Not tonight, you *****." He sheathes both his weapons and his arm extends 15ft forward and grabs Priya away. Lucia had just knocked out Bandit 5 and was going to move to Bandit 6 but she was also wanked away by Shrike's extending arm. "Attack!" Shrike shouts and Bandit4 fires her crossbow and lands a hit on Lucia's shoulder. Tomoe then knocks out Shirai and.then makes another swing at Shrike. Shrike dodges the attack and growls at her, "You will not live long enough to regret attacking Shirai!" Bandit 3 goes to attack Lucia but he gets decapitated by Kate's Blade instead.

Tomoe's Turn.

With Shrikes arms full, Tomoe moves to attack the last bandit.

Tomoe takes advantage of Shirai's hands being full and quickly moves and knocks out the last bandit. Now it's only Shirai and the party. Priya holds her rapier in reverse and tries to stab Shirai but the tip of the rapier simply bounces off his Golem Gear. Lucia quickly breaks free from the grapple and unleashes a flurry of attacks only for the Ronin to dodge every single one of those attacks. Lucia realizing something bad is going to happen, falls back and moves close to Tomoe. Kate moves in for a strike with her weapon. Shirai attempts to draw his weapon but he's not quick enough. The great sword cuts through the Golem Gear. Priya continues to struggle and then Shirai simply lets her go. She turns around just in time for Shirai's twin blades to cut three large gashes into Priya's torso. A large splash of blood flies into the air from the wound as the half-elf bard falls to the ground. [ROLLING DEATH SAVES] Tomoe wishes to get closer but unfortunately she isn't close enough to counter attack.

Tomoe's turn.

Tomoe moves to assist Priya with 9a potion .

She makes sure she can counter attack shrike if he attacks anyone else but her.

Priya takes a deep breath as the life flows back into her healed body. She quickly spreads more health and then disengages away, not wanting to be downed again. Lucia decides she doesn't want to stay near Shrike for very long so she runs in makes a barrage of attack, all of which bounce off of the Golem Gear and then retreats back again. Kate sees an opening in Shrike's armor and throws all caution to the wind Charges forward. She manages to land a devastating hit on the Ronin's chest. Then she coughs and sprays blood as she looks down to notice Shrike's blade in her gut. Shrike kicks her away as he retrieves his sword. Tomoe seizes the opportunity and cuts across the Ronin's belly with her own blade. Shrike isn't the only one who can aim his strikes to hit the gaps in armor. Lucia says, "I, don't think we can win this."

Tomoe's turn.

I do not think he is going to give us a choice in the matter. 

Tomoe fills herself with fighting spirit and tries to strike between the golem gear giving everyone a hard time.

Tomoe aims her strike again but Shrike has adapted. He deflects the blow away from himself. Lucia sneaks up behind him and delivers a powerful hit to a pressure point in his back. Shrike screams from excruciating pain. Priya tries to put Shrike to sleep but he shrugs it off. Kate takes advantage of the confusion and jams her sword into the Ronin's armored chest. If she can't hit him in the armor's weak spots, she'll break through the armor. Shrike looks around and sees that he's out numbered and taking too much damage. He focuses on one enemy: that being Tomoe. He steps toward her making what looks like wild swings. However, Tomoe knows that these swings are far from wild. The first attack hits her at an angle such that her armor transfers the force into her ribs, breaking them. While she bends over in pain, the second attack stabs her right in the middle of her chest. The momentum causes her body to bend back wards, giving Shrike the opportunity to slash her stomach open. Tomoe falls to her knees, clutching her abdomen in an attempt to keep her guts from falling on to the floor. From pain and blood loss, her vision begins to go blurry. She hears the Ronin's voice speaking her mother tongue, "Your friends are going to die now. It's your fault for dragging them here." Then Tomoe loses consciousness.

Because you are unconscious, I won't describe the rest of the battle in great detail besides mechanics.

( correct me i am wrong, but didn't both shrike and Shirai action surge in the first round?)

(No. Only Shirai did that. Shrike just used Fighting Spirit but not action surge. Let me check just to be sure. No, I'm right. Only Shirai used it.)
