(If Kellar is steering then Rawk should be free right because the other four are rowing? If so,)
Rawk will use the last hour of sunlight to fish for the group. She'll fly up high and search for fish sunbathing then dive and attempt to catch them. (Doing a bunch of talon attacks just in case)
During the earlier pause, Darion wouldn't swim, like Ellis splashing himself with water. He stares out at the water, keeping an eye on the others, grinning at their pleasure in swimming. He makes sure he magically cleans himself as he watches though, disliking feeling so hot and sweaty.
As they finish off and head towards evening, Darion is quiet, eating a little (and would happily eat any fish from Rawk if cooked) and staring out contentedly, knowing they were not out of danger but still enjoying the beauty of the scene. He stares at the stars, and comments to the others
"I always loved watching the ships coming and going in the port at home. It always looked as if they were so free, sailing the ocean. Naive perhaps, but still it was a good thought for a little boy from the slums..." his voice would tale off, lying back to stare at the stars.
Erro settles back into a rested position after the dip. It had been a good day. He joins Darion in staring up at the darkening sky. It had been a long time since he had seen the stars like this.
“Aye, freedom. It’s been a long age since man was truly free, but you can almost taste it. We’re almost through this Yuan-ti nightmare. I wonder if man remembers how to be free. Are we strong enough for the responsibility of freedom? It makes me wonder if the gods allowed us to be in captivity to remind us to appreciate liberty. I must admit I wouldn’t know what to do with myself after our threat is vanquished.”
Rawk leaps up into the air and swoops around looking for fish. The lake is vast and you're used to smaller bodies of water. It takes you nearly 45 minutes before you manage to see your first fish. A large carp floating about near the surface. You dive and impact the water a bit too high but still manage to stun the fish long enough to grasp it in your talons. It's a 4-5 pound carp, a nice meal for you but not enough for everyone. You drop the fish off on the platform for the others to handle and return to the skies. You spot a large bass attacking a school of minoes and follow the leaping fish. You time your dive and catch the 10 pound bass easily. You take to the skies again and search for another 10 minutes. The sunlight fading makes it harder to spot prey but you do manage to find two more, one to the north and one to the west. You dive and narrowly grasp the fish to the north a small 3 pound bass then turn to the west and find the fish still slowly prowling. You dive and catch a large perch nearly 5 pounds and deposit the fourth and final fish on the platform as the sun disappears.
Once Rawk deposits the first fish, Elia begins preparing it, gutting it with a small dagger and laying out a thin leather skin to place the cleaned fish down on. She places all of the fish guts in a pile and decides to save them for later. Perhaps for some fishing the next day. The lake becomes like a mirror reflecting the cool white moonlight overhead. A few passing clouds occasionally obscure the light casting you into darkness. Kellar watches the shoreline and stars using them as a guide though he does glance up at Rawk soaring through the air every now and then. Elia creates a few small herbs in her hand with Druidcraft and places them inside the fish and over the top. She pulls out her cooking pan which will fit two of the smaller fish in it or the single large fish and sets it off to the side. She takes a rag and dips it into the lake and casts a spell familiar to Darion and Ellis. You watch as water from the rag is pulled up and turned to ice. At the expiration of a few minutes a 2 ft by 2ft cube of ice is now affixed to the corner of the platform. Elia places two small fish on the pan then places the pan on the ice and casts Heat metal. You watch as the pans heats rapidly and you hear the familiar sizzle of burning meat and smell the delicious herbs and fish cooking. She flips the fish searing them on each side and places them back on the leather hide when finished before cooking the other two fish. The red hot pan burns shallowly into the ice and after a few minutes you have a fully cooked meal. You sit and converse enjoying the simple but still flavorful fish before preparing to sleep.
(Are you keeping watch or letting Kellar handle things by himself?)
Darion would enjoy the fish, admiring Rawk's skill as she hunts. He listens to Erro's thoughts on freedom, and he pauses thinking. He is deeply cynical about whether people will be free after the Yuan-ti have gone, but decides that now, in this placid and soothing moment, he will not let himself spoil the mood for himself or the others. He nods "That is a good dream, it will be good for us to be free again."
Before turning in for the night, he calls Robyn who flies next to him "Can you help Kellar by keeping watch? If you see anything let him or me know."
Robyn perception: 7
Robyn will spend the night circling the ship, occasionally flying down to rest.

(I can take the first watch.)
Rawk plops down on the platform and watches excitedly as Elia cooks for them. Though she prefers her fish raw, she happily accepts the cooked fish. Full of food Rawk will perch herself upright on the platform and keep watch for the first part of the night.
Ellis listens to Darion and Erro as he nods and smiles. He watches Elia cook the fish, surprised and amazed before happily eating it. Then he gets ready to go to sleep, hoping that they will be completely across the lake tomorrow without any more trouble.
The night passes rather smoothly. It takes you a bit to get used to the somewhat restricted space but the steady gentle rocking of the boat and exhaustion from rowing helps you quickly find sleep. Rawk stays up for an hour or so watching the horizon and sees the occasional school of fish jumping out to the north in the mirrored rays of moonlight. At the expiration of her watch Robyn takes to the skies and hovers around the boat scouring the dark waters for threats. The darkness makes it difficult to see anything and the arcane familiar periodically perches above the sail and watch Kellar guide the vessel across the lake. The wind is slow and he pulls out the long oar paddling the craft along silently. The hours pass by as you sleep and as the first rays of sunlight illuminate the lake you begin to wake for the second day of sailing.
Need two sailing checks and two perception checks.

Kellar looks at each of you as you awaken and smiles. "It was a slow night and looks to be a slow day. we'll need to row for extended stretches. Two hours on and one hour off." he says pointing to the mostly limp open sail. Elia looks around at the lake and nervously raises her hand, "Where... how do we relieve ourselves out here in the open?" she asks timidly, wholly unfamiliar with a life on the water. Kellar smiles and looks behind her to the water. "Some go for a swim, some like to lean off one side of the canoe, others just stand and aim. The choice is yours." he replies matter of factly. "I see." she says and stands to her feet moving up to the platform. "I'll be right back." she says and slowly lowers herself into the water. She swims a few feet away from the catamaran before you see her body transform into a large crocodile. You see the crocodile dive and disappear under the surface for about 3 minutes before its head pops up just beside of Elia's spot in the canoe. The crocodile head contorts and glows as it transforms back to Elia's small frame and she climbs up onto the canoe and sits looking much more relaxed. "I think I can help with the wind issue. I can give us short powerful gust for a minute or and prolonged gust indefinitely" she says casting Gust at the sail. It takes a few seconds but the sail fills and the vessel begins to move along steadily. Kellar looks on is amusement and a bit of confusion. "I assume you can do that and row at the same time." he asks. "Unfortunately no" she replies. Kellar take a moment to study the sail and their pace with Elia sustaining the gust and does a mental calculation before turning to Ellis, then Darion, then Erro and finally settling on Rawk. "Rawk, do you think you could keep up with these two rowing by yourself? If so, Erro do you feel comfortable steering the whole day?" he asks motioning to Ellis and Darion.
(Essentially, in an attempt to actually have Elia be useful, Elia can keep the sails up for normal travel pace as long as everyone passes their rowing ability checks. Other option is to continue with the current setup with more rowing, and an exhaustion roll once the first half of the day is complete.)
