(I can take the far right sentry and have that be the catapult target. I'll fly over to another one after the sentry is dead. Tempest and Ellis on one and the quiet yelling duo on the other tower. My dad can help whichever group takes the one with two sentries.)
Darion will not have been concentrating on Rawk's suggestion on how he is going to make it to the top, so looks comically surprised when he is scooped up! He will caution to remember to bring a bag of poison with them, picking one up himself.
As each group prepares to separate Faelar and Jaron approach. "The catapult is finished and loaded. We'll wait for your signal to fire. Be careful and best of luck." Jaron says. Faelar looks over to the sentries and back at the group. "I'll have small detachments of archers back up your two groups. I can't risk them on the third with the catapult. Blessings friends, it's time to finish this once and for all."
With that you each embark on a circuitous route to gain a vantage point on your assigned targets. Tempest casts pass without trace to aid himself and Ellis. With everyone in place you creep towards your target in your own way. Almost simultaneously you act.
Darion, Erro & Kurrk: Erro sneaks up to the base of the structure and begins to quietly climb up while Kurrk and Darion hover high in the sky above ready to drop once they see Erro near the top. You spot Erro's body nearing the top and descend rapidly landing beside the two sentries as Erro summits the top. A snake-headed yuan-ti and a snake body yuan-ti turn to catch a glimpse of these intruders as you attack. Kurrk drops Darion a foot from the roof and swoops over to the snake head yuan-ti in the southeast corner and slashes the yuan-ti's chest.
Rawk: You also fly up high and then maneuver above your sentry and await the others. You see Kurrk begin to descend and swoop down on your unsuspecting sentry. The snake headed yuan-ti can only manage a hiss as you attack.
Ellis & Tempest: You emerge from the woods and make your way to the base of the structure. Tempest looks to Ellis and whispers, "I'll try and pull him down. As soon as he hits the ground lay into him."You see Tempest take a few steps away from the base and spot the sentry. Weaving his hands together he conjures a green vine that he throws like a whip towards the sentry. You hear a hiss of surprise and then see the snakehead yuan-ti topple over the edge and hear a loud THUMP as the yuan-ti hits the ground.
As silently as possible, Erro will unsheathe his blade and equip his shield and charge a Yuan-ti in hopes to shield bash it off of the top of the tower, hoping it works better than last time (whichever of the two up here are lined up best for that; maybe the one opposite of Erro?)
Darion watches Erro rip into one of the Yuan-ti, and give it a good shove. He turns to the other and casts Create Bonfire underneath its feet (Dex 15 save)
Fire damage: 11
He will also glance around and see if he can spot an obvious entry into the building.

Ellis hears Tempest and nods. "Alright, we can do this." he says back, encouraging Tempest. Then he waits before seeing the Yuan-ti come falling down and once he was on the ground, he moves around Tempest before going to stab it. Let this work!
Bonus Action: Bardic Inspiration to Tempest for 10 minutes (1d8)

(All but the nights. Baby girl decided to cut three teeth so I think I got 12 hours of sleep across the 4 days. In regards to the surprise- I'm treating it as you had your whole surprise round to get into place and draw your weapons without being seen.) Ellis advantage: 16
Darion & Erro- Erro leaps over the ramparts of the structure and pulls his sword slashing down across the chest of the yuan-ti. With a quick spin he stabs into the abdomen of the snakehead yuan-ti and pulls his shieldover his shoulder. With the sword still plunged in the creature's belly he plants one foot and begins to shove. He churns his feet gaining momentum and pushes the yuan-ti head over heels onto the ground. There's a sickening crunch as he lands on his head. Darion see this and turns to the other yuan-ti quickly summoning a pit of flames beneath its long serpent body. Scales crack and the yuan-ti writhes as Kurrk lands next to the creature and lacerates its shoulder and arm. The yuan-ti remains upright and stares in awe at these unannounced intruders as a cluster of arrows sinks into his chest. The yuan-ti only manages a gurgling half-hearted swipe of his sword before he falls to the floor of the roof as a large puddle of blood forms. Darion- glancing around the roof you see a cut out where stairs travel down from the back side of the structure a short ways.
Rawk lands and hacks into the snakehead yuan-ti in front of her. Her first blow pierces through the collarbone and stops on the first rib. The second shaves off a large hunk of flared out cobra head. The yuan-ti mortally wounded and completely unprepared looks out towards the other sentries only to see two missing and the third on fire. He turns and begins to sprint from the stairs to raise the alarm. Rawk- Make an attack of opportunity.
Ellis rushes in to finish the yuan-ti as the archers release their volley. Three arrows find their mark embedding into the chest, abdomen and leg of the snakehead. Ellis plunged his sword into the back of the yuan-ti's head as it struggles to rise. The sword pierces through the skull and sinks a few inches into the dirt pinning the yuan-ti to the ground. The body goes limp and you breathe a sigh of relief as you wonder about the other sentries.
(Will wait on Rawk to post her attack before I continue. )
The snakehead turns to flee and gets two steps away before Rawk's axe is buried into its back. Blood and poison sprays out from the mouth as the body crumples to the ground. You each look around waiting to hear the sound of a horn or cry for help but a sickening silence spreads over the structures.
End of Combat (Clutch rolls from everyone. Nicely done.)
(What do you do now?)

(What are the teams?)
(I can take the far right sentry and have that be the catapult target. I'll fly over to another one after the sentry is dead. Tempest and Ellis on one and the quiet yelling duo on the other tower. My dad can help whichever group takes the one with two sentries.)
(Does that work team?)
(I like the sound of it. Not sure how to get Darion up the tower with me though. Does Darion have Fly or Spider Climb?)
"Alright, sure" Ellis says back, nodding in agreement.
(Sure, that works)
(My dad can carry him.)
