Unfortunately Nemeiawouldn't have much experience with swamp ecology to know what they might be talking about, but in her studies she has come across many sorts of frog like creatures that could theoretically eat goblins, such as Giant Frogs, etc. In fact, numerous demonic creatures will sometimes take the form of a frog like creature on this plane and would have on issue devouring creatures like goblins.
"Old home, North then East, ... then North, ... then East. Other side of big lake. Not safe. Frog things come, eat everything. We go. Boss find cave. Boss love cave and brown green shiny metal. We take cave, now you take cave. We go, stay in swamp. Can live in swamp. Can hunt, can hide, can survive."
Nemeia smiles as she listens to the goblins, her tail swaying back and forth in rhythm to their speech. "I do hope you'll find a place that is safe. There are many dangerous creatures in the swamp like the snake she mentioned. You're clever though so I'm sure you'll be okay. If you find yourselves in," she makes a flourish with her hands, "a proper town, come find me and I will do whatever I can to assist you."
Nemeia grabs a small stone in the room and takes her tools to it and a rune glows slightly before fading away. She holds the stone close and says, "My name is Nemia and this goblin has my blessing. Please look after them and I will repay your generosity in kind."
She then hands the stone to one of the goblins and says, "If you find yourself in Greymeadow, present this stone if you are in trouble. It will hopefully keep you safe."When the goblin takes the rune and presses the rune, the message that Nemeia left will be repeated.
Nemeia looks to Witt and says, "Do you think you can untie them now?"
I can, of course, says Witt, jumping up happily and excited to see such kindness in his new companions. Please don't worry,he reassures the goblins as he steps up to them and starts untying them. Unless... are there many giant frogs? Did they always live there, or are they newly arrived? He looks at the others; Do you fancy some frog hunting, so these folks can go back to their proper homes?
Nemeia looks to Witt as she thinks on the situation. "I don't have any other tasks lined up at the moment to complete beyond a few tinkering projects. If 9 is willing, I don't see an issue with at least going to see what the frog situation is about. It may be best if we can allow these goblins to return to a place they call home knowing the frog threat has been handled."
Nemeia wants the goblins to feel safe in their home but struggles with taking the time away from her studies and practice.
Sorakeeps a careful watch on the goblins as Witt unties them. Her hands stay on the hilts of her swords as she stays vigilant. While she has no interest in attacking them, she still prefers to be prepared just in case the goblins end up being more vindictive then smart.
As the others suggest dealing with the frogs, she would add in, "I think it might be interesting to check out this frog problem. But we should probably head back into town first. Some of you guys are looking pretty worn out from all they day's fighting. And we should let the miners know they can get back to work as soon as possible."
As soon as Witt unties the goblins they carefully and nervously look around at the party, as if expecting some manner of trap or betrayal. Eventually they begin slowly shuffling their way along the wall, making their way to the room's entrance. Once they have a reasonably safe and clear shot at the mine entrance, they turn tail and run, screeching as fast as they can as they rush out into the swap as quickly as their little legs can carry them.
"I agree. A meal and a bed would be wonderful right now. We also need to go back to Myethnas City and inform this noble that we cleared the mines for him. And I have a bit of shopping i'd like to do. Shall we head back for now? To the tavern at the docks first?"
As the goblins scurry off, Nemeia has a look of hope on her face. "Good luck little friends," she mutters. A yawn escapes the tiefling as Moira mentions some food and rest. "That's not a bad idea," she says to Moira. "I'm rather tapped myself now that tensions have calmed." Nemeia gathers what's left in the room and prepares to head out as the others do the same.
9 remaining silent for this while goblin ordeal, thinks through the decision of the party. “I bet they are going to die in the swamp by themselves. I think we could take them with ourselves. Anyway, lets go to the town, I need some rest.”
Sorawatches with a satisfied gaze as the goblins run off. Afterwards she nods in response to what the rest of the party was saying, "Cool, I bet the guys at the Lure will be happy for the good news. So do we wanna take a quick break before we head out, or just try to book it through the swamp before the sun goes down?"
Back to the tavern is my vote,Witt adds. Something to drink and a nice fresh bunk. He looks after the fleeing goblins. Oryn, watch over them, protect them, nourish them; he says quietly, his holy symbol gripped tightly in his hand. He sighs, sad and happy at the same time. We did well, I think. Let's go back.
If the party agrees, he will set off back towards town, looking for goblins, giant frogs, and Oryn knows what else. Perception12
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sorawill follow, and likely move ahead of Witt, just in case anything else pops out of the swamp and tries to eat them. She keeps an eye out as well while they make their way into Greymeadow.
She's more then happy to head back to town with everyone else. As they walk she will continue making cheery conversation, apparently no worse for wear even after all the day's ordeals.
Moira walks with the rest not having learned a damn thing about watching her surroundings and is just idly chatting with everyone. "I know lets play a little game to get to know everyone more. Everyone name what is their most prized possession. I'll go first. My wand. I love how elegant and yet not flashy it is. Whose next?"
"Haha, now that's hardcore." Sora said looking back at 9, she then pats the hilts of her two swords on her hips and continues saying, "For me it'd have to be my swords. Might be cheeky but they've helped me survive this long."
This, Witt holds up the amulet that hangs around his neck. It is magical, a link to the Harvest Watcher, but also a gift from my parents - long before I was ready to receive the gift of divine magic. It was a symbol that they had faith in me, that it's okay to have faith in people as well as in the Gods. It's a good lesson. He smiles, and tucks it back under his armour.
Nemeia goes to reach into her backpack before pausing for a moment. She pulls her hand back out and it finds its way to her tinker tools clipped onto a ring in her armour.
"These tools that my father gave me are my most prized possession. He taught me almost everything I know about the trade and to have the tools he used while learning means a lot to me." She gives a small flourish as the tools splay out like a swiss army knife would before collapsing them back onto the ring.

Where was your home before? asks Witt sympathetically. Were there giant frogs there that attacked your people?
