Berrus squeezes through the stalagmites, coming up right in the night hag's rear, and without hesitation, he brings his axe down into her back! Wholly unsuspecting the blow, she is completely caught by surprise and gasps in pain, as the silvered axe strikes true. So close to the completion of her ritual, she tries to do everything possible to maintain concentration on the summoning of her second sister.
As Berrus goes for a second strike, the hag pivots to the side very quickly, leaving nothing but cloth for Berrus' axe to slice through.
The shieldbearers cover their wounded kin, still trying to do their best to keep the flesh golem at bay, pushing and shoving it back and making sure that it remains out of the fight. Heeding the Professor's commands, the grung elite archers to take aim and let fly at the Dusk hag, but out of fear of hitting Kam, the archers leave a bigger margin, and all of the arrows fly wide.
Kam, desperate to help Shae and defeat the evil it had been summoned for tries desperately to find a gap in the stalagmites, but it is too large to squeeze through. Instead, it gallops off to the ritual circle, before wheeling around and charging straight at the Dusk hag, goring her side with a brutal thrust, that punches clean through her side. The impact throws the dusk hag to the ground, gasping. She is still quick enough to roll out of the way of Kam's thundering hooves though.
The Shamans meanwhile keep their barrage of flaming projectiles up, doing their best to prevent the flesh golems from fighting unimpededly. Both flesh golems are hit with two flaming balls, screeching at the scorching flames. Meanwhile B'ark, having seen the elites fail, takes charge of the remaining archers, and with Kam out of the way fires off another volley at the Dusk hag. Her own arrow and that of another young female strike home, leaving the hag barely alive and cowering on the floor.
The night hag, having come so close to finish her ritual, tries to rush away from Berrus, and squeeze through another gap between the stalagmites, all the while still chanting to finish the ritual. The flesh golems meanwhile start to get enraged, and the first sweeps at the legs of the lizardfolk shield bearers. The blow connects, and as the shield bearer is brought down onto one knee, he's exposing his head for a second strike, which catches the lizardfolk to the side of the head, shattering her jaw and sending her tumbling across the floor, but surprisingly, the lizardfolk shield bearer gets back up from the blow, dazed, but still alive. The second Flesh golem to the left is determined to protect the dusk hag, throwing itself against Kam, and swinging widely. One of the hits connects, slamming into the unicorn like a meteor. The other grung, unable to do much anymore, retreated further towards the mouth of the cave, to clear the area as much as possible. Seein this, B'ark shouts at them, encouraging them to stay in the fight, but failing to persuade them.

Fang sees his arrow strike true. Straight into the hags heart as she falls to the cave floor.
”I told you that you should have stayed where you were.” Fang says in draconic. Then see’s the other hag burst forth from the stalagmites continues, “now your sister is next”
Fang would then move to the next ledge to the northwest.
As Fang's arrow streaks towards the Dusk hag, she turns around, her eyes wide in shock, as the arrow finds its target. As she collapses, you hear another rift, and you spot two green hands with long claws reach through.
As her sister falls though, the Night hag, successful in her ritual, loses all she wanted. With her sister dead, her plan was dashed. Unless, that was, she could bring her back somehow. An inhuman cry of suffering and loss fills the cave, triumph and loss so close. The Night hag's gaze flits between Fang and Shae, still in between the stalagmites.

That one was even uglier (or so Maxine told herself). But she was not here yet, not completely. While the other sister was finally revealed to everybody. Out of magic - old or new - Maxine could rely only on her weapon now. Five bolts, let's make them count!
Run through the stalagmite ring - right to Berrus - and shoot silver bolt at Hag: Attack: 18 Damage: 8
Although she missed, Shae was not at all disappointed. Berrus had protected her once again and more than sufficiently made his mark on the hag. She was so exhilarated from the battle, her heart was pounding so hard she could feel it in her ears. She'd bite her lip contemplating her next step when a surge of pain would smack into her like a boulder.
Shae will gasp for air from the gentle reminder. "Okay safety first..." She'll mutter, closing her eyes. The warlock will place her hand over her chest. She'd reflect heavily on the gratitude she shared for everyone fighting here today, and for the companionship she had with Kam. She appreciated his presence here tonight and it was her turn to take care of them. “Hwe sa hwul kei co als so shoth.” Misty pink sparkles will trail her arms and filter through her fingers, healing her wounds.
When Maxine would charge through to make her own mark on the night hag, the commotion would break through to her. Shae would open her eyes, following the artificer in the direction of the hag and the water close by. Why the unconventional ideas Shae... Her green irises would dart about as she completed some calculations, trying to find reasons to talk herself out of her idea. But if it worked...
Shae would step forward to stand closer behind Berrus. She'd place a hand on his arm so that he's aware she's behind him. Peering between the stalagmites the warlock with lift her other hand to gesture at the closest puddle of water and with one smooth arm motion she'd command the water to move. If there was no stopping the portal, maybe she could set Kam and Berrus up with an advantage against the new sister... She'll lead the water directly in front of the portal, where the hags feet should step out. Shae will snap, freezing the water in place.
Bonus action: Healing light x 3: 1 | 1 | 1
Celestial translation: "May this light keep us from the darkness."
Action: Shape Water creating a difficult (icy) surface that the new hag could slip and fall prone on her emerge from the portal?
The silver pebble catches the hag at the right side of her head, but she merely hisses at you, her ritual finished. As Maxine doubles up with a silver bolt to the shoulder though, the Hag furiously turns towards the three clustered enemies in the middle of the stalagmites.
Maxine's bolt gives Shae enough time to tap into her healing light, but with Kam already on the battlefield her own magic potential was dimmer than usual. Undeterred, she would use the opportunity to cause a bit of a splash with the water in the far pond, causing a thin sheet of ice to spread from the pool to the ritual circle.
Berrus meanwhile was determined to not let the hag hurt his friends again, and seeing another opening drove his axe into her right thigh. As he turns around to smakc her in the face with his shield though, he loses his footing on some of the ice, and rather ineffectually brushes against her side.
The scaleshields meanwhile back off a little, shaken by the ferocity of the flesh golem. For now though, they still manage to hold rank and hem the creature in.
With another ripping sound, the third of the hags enters the cave. This one was by far the ugliest of the sisters: her hair was a tangled mess, and her bones were at best reminiscent of spindles or dried thorns. Her skin was a splotchy greenish-grey colour, and her eyes looked like two puss-filled ulcers. Being immediately burned upon stepping through the portal, her angry shriek pierces the din of the fight, before she sets of screaming towards Maxine. She is taken aback by the icy ground, but she manages to keep her footing, and as she reaches Maxine, she slashes at her with the ferocious anger. The force of the blow catches Maxine completely by surprise, and the blow leaves her on the ground, unconscious and bleeding.
The shamans meanwhile still do their utmost to fight the two flesh golems. As both are hit with two flaming balls, they shriek in anger and frustration, seeming unable to avoid the flaming spheres that torment them with the flames they so despise.
Kam meanwhile gallops towards the newly arrived sister. With the ice on the cave floor and her having turned a corner though, he's unable to charge straight at the green hag. Instead, Kam rears up before the hag, and with a booming majestic voice that resonates within all of your minds in a language you intuitively understand:
"You do not belong here! I banish you from this place!"

As Kam's magic washes over the green hag, she flinches, and for a moment, you think that the green hag might disappear as quickly as she arrived. With a wicked grin, Maxine's blood dripping from her claws onto the cave floor, she remains standing there however, giving an evil cackle as you're standing there, shocked.
The grung elites await B'ark's command, but she is speechless too. It takes several moments, before the first one breaks free from the trance, and starts squeezing through the stalagmites to face the green hag. With renewed anger, the elites fire their arrows at the hag, followed closely by B'ark's orders to do the same.
The night hag meanwhile, on the cusp of defeat a moment ago, senses her chance. Her ritual at last complete, she can focus on the fight ahead. There was one chance to return her sister to life, but for that she'd need her heart stone back. Charging past Berrus, fully risking his trusty axe, the night hag is barreling down towards Shae, and as she approaches, she lifts her right hand, and still pointing at Shae... she loses her footing, and goes careening off into the stalagmites, taking 4 bludgeoning damage.
B'ark meanwhile leads the grung around the right hand side, and together with the elites, they unleash a barrage of arrows at the Green Hag. Five arrows find their target, and the Green hag is rapidly turned into a pin cushion, as the grung try their best to protect the fallen Maxine. With the focus shifting towards Maxine though, the left hand Flesh golem is no longer occupied, and he goes barreling straight for the pesky Shamans. With two sweeping attacks, he manages to knock one of the shamans to the ground, and then stomps their head to a pulp. The second Flesh golem swings wide, trying to break through the encircling shield bearers, but is either blocked or fails to hit anything.
Berrus, you get an attack of opportunity.

Anyone moving across the ice roll a dexterity saving throw DC 12, or fall prone and slide ten feet in a random direction, determined by a d8 roll.
Shae and Kam share 19 damage, in case of unequal split, Kam takes the larger of the two.
5 and 3 for the Flesh golems
Edit: Sorry, forgot the dex save for the night hag. 19 or 8 if failed.
Maxine, please make a death saving throw. Professor, Fang and Shae, you're up.

‘Oh no you don’t’ thinks Fang as he sees the Horned lady make a run towards the stalagmite circle. “I’ve got you in my sights now” as he watches Berrus swing at the Horned lady unsure if his blow lands. With the Horned Lady moved out of his sight behind the columns of rock, the Professor keeps pushing the flaming sphere against the newly-arrived Green Hag, hoping to help take her down before she can attack that beautiful unicorn who has joined the fight against the evil creatures.

Staggering back from Fang's silvered arrow, the night hag is taken aback by the flaming sphere slamming into her back. Turning around to face her new attacker, she is then immediately struck in the head by a flying rock, opening a gash on her brow. She hisses, and then adds a short phrase to her sister:
"We need the heartstone. The purple haired one has it!"

Heeding the professor's words, the two renders come barreling towards the flesh golem, both slamming into it and knocking it to the ground, to give their shamans some breathing room.
