"Oh my..." Shae's eyes would go wide in surprise when her magic would go wilder than expected, creating a myriad of consequences that came with it. "This is why we leave the elemental play to the real wizards Shae." She definitely did not wield anything resembling the same mastery or grace the Professor has. The risk may not have been worth the effort when the green hag would keep her footing, only to unleash her furry directly on Maxine. Watching Maxine's body fall unconscious to the ground sent Shae back to that day... And what was even worse, the damned green hag managed to hang onto this plane despite Kam's efforts to banish her. But this time she was not going to give them the satisfaction of hearing her wail, instead, Shae's jaw was clamped down so hard it hurt.
There was a small sense of satisfaction when the hag who started it all came barreling towards her, smacking into the stalagmite. Letting out a little huff of approval, Shae will take the opportunity of the hag recovering from her crash to duck low, hiding her next action from the sisters. The warlock will clutch her tomb tight and plea for the light to soothe Maxine's wounds. She's always had my back too... Just a little longer... Shae will channel her magic to flow low to her friend. "Play dead." She'd whisper to Maxine just before she'd back into view of the hags. Whether she hears it, or even registers the hint, we'll see. But Shae would gamble on her friend any day.
Bonus action: Healing light: 2
Shae would back up a few steps, "What a SMASHING good time!" She'd taunt the hag who pointed her out to her sister, then look over to the rougher looking green one. "Hey! Puss face!" Really Shae? That's what you come up with? "Your sister's talking about me!" Shae will unsling the hags bag from over her shoulder and will hold it up in the air. "You want it? Come get it!" She'll snap her finger, calling a radiant flame to come crashing down on the green hag.
Run Shae. Don't forget to run! Shae will slip between the stalagmites and back peddle southwest. Glancing over her shoulder to Fang and the Professor, "Incoming!"
Movement: behind/beside the stalagmite, between it and the puddle to the south west.
As Shae retreats from between the stalagmites, Berrus is barreling down towards the hag, swinging his silvered handaxe in a precise blow that manages to get the hag on her left forearm.
As the shieldbearers are trying with all their might to hold back the flesh golem to the right, the green hag storms after Shae. Kam, afraid for her safety, casts a shimmering shield of protection around the warlock, but the green hag isn't here to strike at Shae: instead, she grabs hold of the heart stone, and wrests it from Shae's grip, getting ready to throw it to her sister.
Shae, give me an opposed athletics check: DC given by the hag's strength check of 13

Shae, shaken by the fight, and weakened by her wounds, is not ready for the green hag's strong grip, and she can't hold on to the bag.
The three remaining shamans meanwhile all try to target the flesh golem pinned underneat the two renders. Two of the flaming balls find their target, burning their way through the flesh around the golem's shoulder. The wear and tear of the fight is showing, and most of the stitched together flesh is held in place by little more than threads. Kam, worried about Maxine, rushes over to the alchemist, and gently touches her with his horn, healing Maxine.
On the Professor's orders, most of the grung that had managed to gather some sort of flammable material are charging the badly wounded flesh golems, prodding and poking at them with flaming sticks, torches, burning rags- anything on fire that can vaguely resemble a weapon. Two of the elites, clambering over their shield bearing allies, manage to drive flaming spears into the flesh golem to the right. Unable to pull the spear out, the flames slowly licked up towards the golems face, and as it is trying desperately to extinguish the flames, it burns to a crisp, the magical essence that gave it life giving a short flicker before going out completely. On the left, the remaining seven grung beat the pinned golem over the head and tear apart the stitches, until all that remains is a grotesque assortment of bodyparts.
With only her and her sisters remaining, the night hag starts to run towards her fallen sister, grabbing the heart stone of the green hag. As she reaches her dead sister, she kneels down beside her, unwrapping the heart stone. In an awesome display of magic, a bright light fills the cavern, as she shatters the heartstone, releasing the part of her soul inside. As it swirls around the three sisters, the white light starts taking form, and as if drawing from the very essence of the two alive sisters, breathing life back into their dead sister on the ground. You look on horrified, as all three sisters rise, their coven complete.
The Dusk hag now makes her way to the cavern entrance to the side of Fang. Making sure to align her enemies, she hisses towards Fang: "Now, it's our turn!"
WIth that, she releases a lightning strike that stretches across the cave, Fang, the Professor, Shae, as well as the Lizardfolk Shamans and some of the grung in its path! Two of the grung are immediately turned to cinders, and two of the elites suffer terrible burns. One of the shamans is hit too, and collapses on the ground, smoking and smoldering from the lightning strike.
Maxine, Fang, Professor, and Shae, you're up, if you are still standing.

Maxine did not even understand what had happen - one moment she was up and shooting, and the next - laying on the cold wet floor of the cave. Fortunately, still with her crossbow and last four silvered bolts in hands. She had to shake her head, though - three hags? She must have hit her head and now seeing things, she clearly remembered one hag was already dead!
Hallucination or not, but the target was there - same bloody hag! And again attacking Shae!

The Green Hag is more than a little surprised, as it is struck by a bolt from Maxine, who she thought had been killed. With now half a dozen projectiles sticking out of her, the green hag looks like she's on the brink, barely able to keep standing. In fact, you notice that they all do, gasping for air, and holding on pretty much through sheer determination alone.

Shae could feel the fear the Green Hag on her fall away as the Professor strikes true with his strategic battling. Her chest would visibly deflate as she'd release the breath she was holding in anticipation for her strike. Taking a new breath, the warlock will make a wide gesture with her arm towards their unconscious new companion. "Thlu tenn ca siacktlenm thle seiapper." Sparkling pink magic will flow down her arm, filtering through her fingers, floating its way to waken Fang.
Final healing light from my calculations: 6
As soon as her magic would reach fang, she'll bring her arm back forward and with a flick of her wrist, she'll send a crackling beam of energy towards the hag.
Just as the coven is reunited, the Professor slays the green hag. Without her heartstone, and on the brink of death herself, the night hag sees all her hopes dashed, and herself brought low by mere mortals.
With almost no break, Shae unleashes her inner rage, and after having already burnt the dusk hag, hits her square in the chest with a blast of eldritch energy.
Fang gasps for air as he comes back to consciousness, only to see the dusk hag stagger, and pointing a finger at him. all of a sudden, Fang sees the cave disappear, and finds himself in the middle of his village, burning. His friends, dead or dying, the usually green swampy water red from the blood and reflecting the bright orange and yellow of the flames. Crawler crushed beneath the burning timbers of their home, Red drifting face down in the water. And there, in the middle of the village, the dusk hag, plunging her claws into Trala's chest and feasting on her still beating heart. This can't be true, this isn't true. But you feel the heat on your scales, and you sense the sticky wetness of blood on your hands. Wake up. Wake up!
