The dinosaur's plodding yet strong gait rattling her less and less as she gets used to riding one, Reng looks up at the crowd attempting for the first time to see who might be in charge of the proceedings. Who seems upset, perhaps consternated at how the execution is going. She also looks for any familiar faces who assumedly would be similarly upset that she wasn't a streak of crimson on the wall yet.

"Do I need to break down the doors with the triceratops to speak to a manager? This is no trial. No accusations. This beast didn't deserve this, any more than I do. But I will cause more carnage if I must."
She prepares two more eldritch blasts at the panther, or any guards, should they try to attack anyone.
Mulligan, you've been watching the guards closely, and seeing their hand immediately go for a large leather-wrapped cudgel on their belt, you know something is up and tense for it!
Almost before Wakanga O'Tamu manages to shout: "Guards, seize that man!" the two guards rush forward and into the library, a simple rectangular room about twenty feet wide and thirty feet long, with a set of large windows opposite the door. Both guards are quickly by the halfling appearing to put on makeup in front of an empty showcase, and grab the intruder, attempting to lock his arms in place with a grip like iron. While the halfling is briefly able to pull back one arm, the other has him in his grip like a vice.
Seeing the situation under control, the merchant prince does a quick set of manipulations with his fingers, drawing on the weave. As soon as the spell is cast, the merchant prince's eyes bore into the halflings. "You little thief!"
Shae, Professor and Otto, your turn to react. Professor, you may roll arcana to see if you recognise the spell, or you could roll perception to see if you recognise the intruder.

Not having counterspell and with the halfling already grabbed, Snively readies an action to cast dispel magic on the miscreant if he tries to cast anything.
Shae would let out a small gasp from the flurry of action she wasn't alert for. In her surprise, she'd 'accidentally' knock over a floral vase with her free elbow. It'd crash to the ground ahead of her and the Professor sending water splashing and pooling over the ground. "I'm sorry! I can clean that up!" She'd assure.
Free Action Drop: Flower vase
Unsure of who was friend or foe, besides Snively of course, blue hues would watch the Prince. Inhaling a breath for guidance, she'd whisper something in a singsong language as she'd push her hair behind her ear. The white feather would faintly flicker a light pink glow.

Certainly not, your grace, Otto says with somewhat exaggerated innocence. I confess I entered this majestic room without permission, but only to find a quiet place to change my make-up before the next act. Did you see that dancing though? Wow, I'd like to meet that pretty young... oh there you are. Good evening, milady. Fantastic dress if you don't mind my saying... Oh, what happened to that vase? Still riding on the dinosaur, Reng flies across the dusty ground of the arena. Though ready for an attack, none of the guards watching the spectacle seem unhappy about the goings- on, after all the day that one of the runners rode a triceratops will likely be recounted for years to come. The panther also doesn't look like it wants to tangle with the triceratops. Despite having a fairly good position on the triceratops though, Reng is almost thrown off, when the triceratops suddenly changes direction and hurtles itself through the ribcage of one of the large beasts that died in this pit.with barely enough time to cover her eyes, sharp bones slice past as they are sundered underneath the dinosaur.
Reng, please make a dexterity save, DC 14. On a fail, you take 11 slashing damage, or half as much on a success.
Fang, taking the opportunity of the distracted dinosaur, you start running for the far end of the arena, and despite your wounds you make it almost a third of the way. You witness how the dinosaur suddenly bounds to the left and slams through a sunbleached ribcage though and you quickly realise that the beast might turn around very soon and attack you again.

"You little thief!" Mulligan hears called out from behind the door the little party had entered. It almost breaks him out of his performance, assuming it was directed at him, but he manages to cover his distraction and continue on, trying to still listen to the din behind him. Just in case.
“Hey, that’s one of the performers from tonight—be careful, he has some magical skill,” He hears another voice shout, and this does break him out of his song and make him turn and check his back. But no, he's safe... The door is still shut - or at least nobody is coming out of it at him. (honestly not sure if door shut or not) He does hear something break though.. and more shouting.
Mulligan looks left, then right, trying to find a distraction. "Ladies and gentleman... Apologies for the brief performance but...Check out that guy!" Mulligan points to someone down on the main floor almost at random, just needing to get the crowd's eyes off him. At the same time he let's out a... push. Just next to the guest pointed out by Mulligan, a waiter is suddenly pushed by nothing at all that can be seen. (Waiter DC 15 STR save or pushed 5 feet back, probably spilling their tray in the process.)
With the crowd properly distracted, hopefully, Mulligan ducks to the side of the doorway and throws his hands over his face. A soft groan escapes him. A groan which after a beat or two turns into a hum. The hum to a hummed tune. During this, Mulligan rakes his hands over his face and down his body, pulling on a new face and appearance. When Mulligan rises it is as a guard like any other at this party. Well, perhaps a better looking guard than the others, but a guard none the less. (( Disguise Self ))
Mulliguard then moves to the door and pokes his face in to check out all the hubbub. "Mmmmmm, what's up folk?"
Snarling as the bones cut her bare arms and shoulders despite her attempt to duck out of the way, Reng turns her attention back to the dinosaur."We tried to be nice. We tried to avoid pain. Maybe that's all you know. Very well."
She speaks more, under her breath, and casts hex on the dino (this is in addition to hexblade's curse).
