IC: As the company of three walk the road with Ragn'nar leading the oxes and the wagon, Mograine and Toby took their places ahead of Ragn'nar but at a talkative distance. Mograine glances backwards to Ragn'nar: "We never siezed oppertunity to break words about how we ended up at the same place Ragn'nar. You often talk about the great war. Was that your leading star towards The Fair Lady Inn? And I alo recall you saying something about you knew human gladiator is strong, did you knew who I was before we met or were you referring to gladiators in general?"
Ragn'nar responds with a loud voice to muffle the sound from the oxes. "Ragn'nar fought in a big war that lasted for many years. In the great Red Forest, Ragn'nar fought for the alliance The Red Forest against The Black eyed pack. When the war ended, Ragn'nar was lost. So he walked to find a purpose. Now No one seems to know anything about the war or my home."
"And why Ragn'nar knows Mr.Gladiator is strong is not becuse I know him. Ragn'nar also wanted to be a Gladiator before. All Gladiators of The Red Forest was strong! That was what we had fun with between the battles! But Ragn'nar became Suppo... A mender!"
A little ashamed, he became quiet again. Just waited for the others reaction.
"It is sad to hear that no one knows of this great war, Im sorry that I do not know of it. Due to the passion of your voice it must have been an epic war my friend." Mograine thinks for himself that he'd want to know more about this war, but that is maybe for another time with alcoholic beverage but above all else, he wants to see Ragn'nar in action with the weapon of his. You could still be a gladiator you know? I do not know your skill with weapons but I could train you if you'd let me?"
"Ragn'nar does know how to handle duel weapons and double handed weapons, and he has some god moves without a weapon to. But Ragn'nar does not have the agility or flexibility of a Gladiator nor has he the smart tricks of a Gladiator. Ragn'nar would like to be trained in the Gladiator way sometime!" Ragn'nar answers with a big smile.
"So what are your purpuse of being here mr. Gladiator? You never got the chance before, and the Elf may want to hear to?"
"I do not doubt that you know your way around your weapons, I'd like to find out how good you are one day with both practise and traning. I suggest we set that up when time is on our side." Mograine thinks holds breath for a short time before answering Ragn'nars question, in the way like the one answering do not wish to answer. "My intentions are for the gold. I do like the arena, the cheers, but I do wish to travel a bit and see what the world has to offer".
Mograine clears his throat. "What about you Toby, what is your history?"
Toby is about to ask Morgraine to continue his story, but changes his mind at last second and takes a deep whiff of his pipe, thinking about what to say
"For as long as I can remember I've been wandering where er the wind takes me, exploring the world one step at the time, trying to enjoy every day to the fullest. I have come across many strange places, creatures and people and heard many amazing stories over the years, but nothing worth going back to so far. So I guess you could say I have my more history to make than I have behind me" He says, staring off in the distance, clearly remenicing about the past
Then he comes back to reality and adds "As for being in this specific region... I've heard very interesting rumors that I just had to see if they're true" with a curious smile
"Telling you is no fun, then it would ruin the surprise." Toby says grinning
"But I supppose that I could give you a hint: In the end, 'it' is why this place is but a shadow of it's former self, and yet 'it' is the single largest reason to why people still live here"
As you make your way down the High Road, the sun stands high on the sky.
After a few hours you eventually veer of on the Triboar Trail that leads you east towards Phandalin. The scenery here changes to a dense pine forest. The sound of ocean disappears behind you and is replaced by the song of birds and wild life. You continiue on the Triboar trial for a few more hours. The sun is starting it’s descend and darkness is slowly creeping in when you get to a bend on the road. The woods press close to the trail here, with a steep embankment and dense thickets on either side.
As you come around the bend, you spot two dead horses sprawled about fifty feet ahead of you, blocking the path. Each has several black-feathered arrows sticking out of it.
Please tell my your marching order and what do you do?
Mograine grow alert and uncheats his handaxe with his right hand, keeping his battleaxe on his back. "I agree with you Toby", Mograine says. Mograine takes place infront of Ragn'nar and the oxes.
As you cet closer to the dead horses, you can see that they have been ripped open and it's gore is spread on the ground, as if wild animals has gotten to it. On the ground you also see a scroll case decorated with the letter "R" on it.
Ragn'nar and Morgaine, you feel as you have seen that R somewhere before. And just as you remember that it decorated the letters you got from Gundren Rockseeker, you hear a swishing sound.

OOC: Ska vi diskutera det här eller i ett annat forum?
Hursomhelst så föreslår jag att Ragn'nar fortsätter styra oxarna iallafall. :)
