As the woman yells at them, Killian draws her sword and watches warily as Tanakir approaches this Ser Mary with one of Ritska's crystals. She will submit to holding the crystal Ser Mary provided, too.

A sigh emits from Aradurk. He moves toward Ser Mary, his hands held before him.

Rycider will touch crystals and be touched by crystals until everyone is happy. She will then sit heavily in the nearest chair and start removing soot and atomized Slaad from her face and clothing.

Aradurk, Karst, Killian, Rycider, and Tanakir:

When nobody turns into a slaad, Ser Mary breathes a sigh of relief. Worry is evident in her voice as she exclaims, "Explosions? There are barely any citizens on the street, and those who are here keep eyeing me strangely. Would anyone like to tell me what is going on?"

Gruun and Wes:

"Aye, I'm Bohmar, and Bohmar I be. What are ye--" the dwarf reacts to Wes when he touches the gem to him. "Ah, Ritska, of course. That means-- oy, if it ain't the furry fella!"

Bohmar tells Gruun, "Yer friend came through here the other day, needed to lay low for a while. The kobold fella, what was 'is name, Hex?"

The dwarf nods along with your commands, muttering as he tries to understand, "Aye, blood, blood and water." He flashes a toothy grin and a big thumbs up.

Aradurk bows to her and says, “Glad to see you’re safe. We will fill you in once we get behind closed doors. I recommend to get moving. Do you have anything to obscure your features first?”

Rycinder gets out her Carpet Bag of tricks and does a quick disguise job on Ser Mary.

Wes signals to the group with the sending stones..  Site secure, on our way to you.”

"Hox? You saw Hox! I miss that little one, most of his kind are cowards but he always stood fast with me in a fight. Is he still here or can you get word for him to come here? We have to move but we will be back!" With that and Wes on his shoulders Gruun takes off running towards the safe house trying to keep an eye out for any wrong movement.

Killian looks around at the group, and when nobody else steps up to explain to Ser Mary what is happening, she clears her throat. "It appears the Slaad are taking your image, then causing some sort of self-immolating explosion, creating a great deal of destruction and death. The people have begun to associate your image with this, now, it would seem."

"What is going on? Where is Roccar?" Ser Mary asks in a whirlwind of confusion, fussing but allowing Rycider to disguise her over the course of the next ten minutes.

A mask of fury crosses her face when Killian explains. "They what? Then what is this disguise for? We must take this fight to them and clear my name before this gets out of hand!"

At Bohmar's apothecary, the dwarf shrugs apologetically. "Not sure, he didn't stick around long. Fella like that finds you, not the other way around," he says.

Gruun and Wes make haste toward Roccar's safehouse.

Killian stares hard at Ser Mary, unflinchingly. "This is the reaction they want. You will expose yourself to them, they will kill you, and bring about the ruin of all you have built, all that you sustain with your very existence. The suffering will be unimaginable."

“Ser Mary - as one of your loyal soldiers, I must ask to follow the path of wisdom here. I know how this has to chew on your heart and mind but we cannot prevail if anything happens to you.”

It's all about perception mah dear, anything else is shouting at clouds.

Rycider looks over her handiwork. She adjusts Ser Marys shawl.

Not perfect but it will do for the task at hand.

As she talks Ricky makes herself up in the same manner, giving the impression of Ser Mary and her being two normal citizens from the Market District.

So where am ah taking her?

Tanakir shakes his head, "Ser Mary, undoubtedly your enemies are prepared for you and will not give you a fair fight if you attack right now. We must bide our time until they make a mistake that gives us an opening."

Ser Mary glances at each member of the five standing around her in turn, her hand nervously gripping the hilt of her sword. Eventually, she sheathes it.

"Very well. If you have a solution...I am listening. Otherwise, I will not cower while innocents die believe it was at my hands," she declares.

OOC > This is Roccar's hideout, yes? Is Roccar not here?

OOC: Correct, the last you saw of Roccar he was rushing toward another blast in the city, and it looks like he hasn't returned to his safehouse yet.

Killian looks at the gathered party. "We should find where these Slaad are entering the city. And Roccar is still missing. If they are trying to flush Ser Mary out, they are likely being methodical. Maybe if we map the explosions, a pattern might reveal itself? An aerial view would be useful, one of my old companions could help. Someone with a stone ask Gruun if he knows where Hox is."

"I worry about Roccar but we need to focus on Ser Mary, I would imagine if there is a system we will not see it from here, maybe viewed from above Wes might see something, is there a map we could mark?" Karst says quietly staring all the while at Ser Mary. "You have to admit it is a good plan, they will have the city in complete chaos soon if this continues..." He trails off smiling ruefully. 

"It has been quite some time since I've visited Luskan. I am not very familiar with the city. I would not worry about Roccar. I have yet to see something that man cannot handle," Ser Mary comments.

In the silence that follows, she says, "Well then, if we are not to fight, what do we--". She is interrupted by the entrance of Gruun and Wes. "Halt there. Each of you touches this," she says, tossing her gem of revealing to the pair.
