"Sure, no problem," says Dworkin as Guilliame prepares to leave.
He then accompanies Guilliame downstairs where the old lady in the room downstairs once more looks at the two of them with a slightly disapproving stare.
As the two part, Dworkin asks, "Where are you staying? ... Just in case I need to get in contact with you."

In short order, Guilliame arrives back at the Library only to find a piece of parchment attached to the front doors; on it is written the word: "Closed".
However, Guilliame's momentary concern is forgotten when Velma opens the door at his approach.
"Good. You made it back in time," says Velma, pulling the door closed behind her as she steps out onto the small porch. "How did your trip to the temple go?"

[OOC: The School is not closed, just the library.]
As Guilliame and Velma head towards the Refectory, Velma answers Guilliame question: "The archmagus came to see Master Nathaniel and then he and Mistress Althea decided it would be best if the library were closed for the rest of the day while they determine the state of Master Nathaniel's health... It sounds a little scary actually."
She then asks, "What is this about another job? Are you in need of coin? I would have thought your shop would have kept you well supplied with that."

I have just added a new homebrew rule to give player's characters some advantage for spending money on themselves; something not really covered well in the rules. You can find the detailshere.
I am going to class Guilliame's home and Granny's home cooking as 'Modest', which means Guilliame currently has an extra d6 to add to his other hit dice (i.e., 2d10[Fighter] + 1d6[Wizard]) and you can also roll for 1d6 temporary hit points for your last long rest at home.
What this also means is that I will now be subtracting 2 Cons per day from the shop's coin to pay for Guilliame and Granny's Modest lifestyle. If you want to see what the shop's current amount of coin is, you will find it in the 'Other Possessions' tab of Guilliame's D&D Beyond character sheet.]

OOC Modest is good for now. If the money starts rolling in then hopefully can upgrade.
OOC: Re the Attina v Wamzut discovering Guilliame as latent sorcerer you do say in the background: 'The ageing wizard did not want to take you on as an apprentice, but he did give you a letter of introduction to the School of Occult Studies in Constantine.' So that will need to be changed if it was Attina.
"I met Dworkin travelling with some other adventurers up north. I met Wamzut for the first time on that trip (is that corrrect?). We investigated some ruins hoping to find some lost treasure. That's the sort of trip Dworkin has in mind this time. He was expecting to meet some kobolds on the way. They can be dangerous little fellows."
OOC: Came across 2 interesting typos recently: sesturgi and dolorometer - I had to look both words up. Neither actually exists but bear in mind the book involved travel on an icy planet and then had one of the characters in severe pain.
[OOC: dolour = noun (mass noun) literary: a state of great sorrow or distress: they squatted, hunched in their habitual dolour. So a dolorometer might be a way of measuring great sorrow, which fits with the story.
I am happy for Guilliame to have been identified as a latent sorcerer by the male Wamzut after the trip to the Temple on the Lonely Mountain where Guilliame would have also met Dworkin, Melitta, et al. This means that Guilliame would not have recognised Attina in that chance meeting they had in play on this forum, but clearly Attina/Wamzut recognised him and in so doing revealed their true identity.
Finally, please roll a d6 to determine Guilliame's temporary hit points from his 'modest' home life. Or I can do this on a regular basis for you, if that is what you would prefer.]
"So," says Velma, curious. "You met the wizard Wamzut. He is... err, was, an important benefactor of the School. His name is on a plaque in the Administration building... What was he like? He apparently visited Master Nathaniel quite often... though, truth be told, I never saw him in the library in all the time I have been here."

OOC A dolorimeter is currently a device that can apply consistent pressure as a way of assessing a pain levels. At the moment it relies on the patient reporting a subjective level of pain but in Endymion it can somehow actually measure an objective pain level. Sasturgi is the wind generated wave patterns in ice.
