As the eastern door is carefully opened, the party finds themselves looking into another columned hall. Two rows of dragon-carved marble columns march the length of the hall, most completely covered in luminescent fungus. The cobbled floor is cracked and stained, and on it sit many small wooden tables. The contents on the tables include mortars and pestles, small tools, bowls filled with crushed leaves, chopped fungus stalks, and other plant specimens. No creatures are visible, but the many doors leading off this hall are all partly open, and the lively chatter of goblin voices, mingled with various sounds (including snoring and a rhythmic squelching) can be heard echoing through the hall.

Erky, ignoring chest, containers and so on, went closer to the source the of the voices, listening intently and ready to translate what this chattering is about.
"This is not good," Kastix comments on the voices in a whisper.

Erky has some difficulty picking up the gist of the conversations, as there are several going at once. The loudest and clearest voices come from the first room on the right (southwest), and seem to be talking about where they will hide some wine, because "what Belak doesn't take Balsag and Durnn will". This is also the room where the squelching is coming from. The other voices come from further away, and with the echoes Erky can't tell which rooms they come from, but they seem to be talking about sewing leather and about holding a rat still. They all speak with the same dialect that the goblins upstairs used.

Royan followed along quietly behind the group. Although the bugbear was dead, that tunnel was still a known threat. Still, as the voices became more obvious in their new surroundings his attention shifted to what lay ahead of them, not behind. With the doors partially opened, they either needed to make themselves known to whoever was there now, or else try to sneak past, but no obvious exit appeared in the hallway.
"The exit must be behind one of these doors, but which one?" He asks the others quietly. "I say we work down one side checking each door. If we have to explain ourselves to a goblin or two, so be it."
Erky translated all he got adding the comment about the dialect. "I wonder if we tell Shaman's words to these one - would they be friendly then?"
" I think you are right. Grenl asked us not to harm the other goblins and gave you a phrase. We can turn them to allies showing we defeated their current overlords and are here to free them from Belak as well. They sound disgruntled about their current condition. We can urge them to return to Grenl. Perhaps they can aid us and give us information also."
"Has your familiar found an exit?" Kastix whipsers to Erky.

"He is not my familiar," whispered back Erky, "he is a summon. You see, the difference is ..." He interrupted himself realizing that was probably not the best place for theoretical disputes. "I can send him in, of course, but that might alarm everyone inside. May be I can go in alone and try to talk to goblins? Should they attack me, you will come to rescue, knowing, we can not make peace with these creatures?"
Erky nodded, collected himself, brushed off some dust from the sleeve, adjusted his pince nez and slowly but steady opened the door and went inside, following the voices. Weasel was moving by his side. When goblins could see him (and before they had a chance to attack) little gnome slightly bowed and said in the most respectful tone: "Greetings! I came in peace bearing the news from above," he pointed to the ceilings, "Grenl sent me, asking to tell you this (he imitated the phrase as close to the way Shaman pronounced it as it was possible). The Hobgoblin is no more, as any other goblin oppressor. You can be free again!" He bowed a little again, waiting for reaction and prepared to scream for help.
The snoring in the first room on the left can be accounted for by three sleeping goblins, which Erky spots through the half-open door. Leaving them, he instead enters the first room on the right, where he finds two goblins talking cheerily as they stomp barefoot in a large tub, squashing roots and fungi into a pulp with their feet.A dirty straining bin stands nearby, as well as ten 2-gallon casks of the end product. As Erky enters, they stop suddenly, standing still as statues and eyes wide open in surprise, with one goblin poised with one foot in the air.
Erky delivers his message, including the special phrase from Grenl (which Erky understands to mean "Dominators gather") at which the two goblins look at each other with eyes even wider. He barely finishes his speech when the two goblins start repeating the phrase loudly over and over excitedly, jumping up and down with glee and holding each others hands. Blobs of squashed fungus splash out of the vat but Erky manages to avoid most of it.
As the joyful chanting from the two goblins continues, the voices and snoring from the other rooms ceases. The two goblins leap out of the vat and run past Erky into the corridor toward the doors, but pull up short as they come face to face with an armed group of big people, with the large bulk of Royan at the front. At the same time, three goblins emerge from the first door on the left (one is armed with a shortsword), two more goblins emerge from the central-left room, holding pieces of leather armor with large iron needles and cord attached, while three more emerge from the central-right room (one of which is also armed). All ten goblins stop suddenly and stare at the party, in what looks like some degree of fear and uncertainty.
"Wait, they are friends!!! All of them! We came together!" Erky get more air continued still emotionally and still in Goblin "We all came from Grenl ! With the message!" (he repeated the message now to the bigger audience, silently praying to Oghma, that party had enough sense to stay still.
Rhayna finds herself surrounded by Goblins all of a sudden. "Ohhh dear.."
