"Found something strange here," yelled back Sekkar. "Invisible, though. Got something to make it visible again?" Sekkar was carefully studying the object with his hands, in hope that if Rhayna did not get hurt when stumbled over the obstacle, it is not a trap.
"I can burn it but getting rid of it isn't within mu abilities," Kastix replies, "See if you can carry it or leave it alone,"

Sekkar and Rhayna both probe carefully around the invisible object and discovers that it is a chest, apparently made of some kind of metal, but too heavy to lift. Zeno joins them, and feeling around for where he expects the latch to be, he finds it unlocked and lifts the lid. It is a strange sensation to look at the contents without seeing the container, but Zeno can see the light reflect of piles of coins, floating in mid-air, atop which sit several items. Quickly taking stock, he counts 4000 sp, 1200 gp, 11 zircon gems worth about 50 gp each, a golden necklace with 8 red beads dangling from thin gold chains, and two vials of liquid, one rose-coloured and one red.
The moment Sekkar slides aside the lid of the stone sarcophagus, a telepathic feeling of elation and relief floods into everyone's mind. Inside the sarcophagus, lying atop a withered and mummified corpse, is a golden sword hilt. The cross-guards curve in a graceful crescent, and the pommel sports a single red jewel enclosed in a gilded enclosure shaped like the rays of the sun.

Rhayna: all the art items are of a unique Netherese style, and in excellent condition, and are therefore potentially of historical significance and worthy of a place in a museum somewhere.
Zeno finds the remaining door just like the others, with no locks or traps. In this final chamber stone blocks stand against the western and eastern walls and are carved with niches, inside which rust a dozen clay canopic jars containing dessicated organs. In the middle of the room rests a wide stone sarcophagus atop a black marble bier. The lid of the sarcophagus is inlaid with dust-covered mosaics depicting great floating cities high above a beautiful landscape. The lid of the sarcophagus looks incredibly heavy but is surprisingly light, and is easily pushed aside. The sarcophagus contains a life-sized statue of a half-elf sorcerer, sculpted and painted to make it appear that she is sleeping comfortably. There is no treasure in the sarcophagus.
The group emerge from the tomb and return to the boats, to find Sarith has already made his way back and has recovered from his sudden illness. No further telepathic voices have been heard since the golden hilt was recovered, but Sekkar continues to feel a soft background emotion of happiness and freedom coming from the hilt.

That strange sensation intrigued curious lyzardman beyond anything he felt before. His time with adventuring group made him aware of such things as "magic weapons" and since then he dreamt of getting one. That hilt was the closest thing to the stories and the moment everyone was safely by the water, he planted himself on the ground by the boat and begun to study the thing to best of his - very non-magical - ability, even trying to talk to it. He would gladly accept Rhayna's help, but will be much happier if he can get something himself.
"Let's get going," Kastix speaks as he runs up to the boats, "Check stuff where more safe,"

"We need some rest - most of us." Sekkar was actually quite wounded even if he did not want to admit it, so was Zeno. "I do not feel anything dangerous here anymore. Do you? May be we cleaned that part up and can rest here safely now. Or are you so eager to get back on water?"
The small patches of faerzress by the boats appear quite normal, unlike the thick glow that filled the tomb, and a careful test cantrip seems to prove that the chaos magic is no longer active this far from the tomb.
Despite Kastix's impatience to leave, the group take time to rest from their ordeal. Rhayna casts a spell of knowledge on Kastix' new necklace, and identifies it as a Necklace of Fireballs. Zeno takes a small taste of the two potions and decides that the pink one is a Philter of Love and the red one is a Potion of Greater Healing.
Sekkar takes time to rest and contemplate the hilt recovered from the tomb, trying if possible to communicate with it. The sword continues to radiate emotion, snatches of which give clues about its nature, and after about an hour of quiet meditation Sekkar feels he has learned much.
The hilt is actually a magical sentient sword known as Dawnbringer.
While grasping the hilt, you can use a bonus action to make a blade of pure radiance spring from the hilt, or cause the blade to disappear.
While the blade exists, this magic longsword has the finesse property. If you are proficient with longswords, you are proficient with Dawnbringer.
You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon, which deals radiant damage instead of slashing damage. When you hit an undead with it, that target takes an extra 1d8 radiant damage.
The sword's luminous blade emits bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet. The light is sunlight. While the blade persists, you can use an action to expand or reduce its radius of bright and dim light by 5 feet each, to a maximum of 30 feet each or a minimum of 10 feet each.
While holding the weapon, you can use an action to touch a creature with the blade and cast Lesser Restoration on that creature. Once used, this ability can't be used again until the next dawn.
Dawnbringer has hearing and darkvision out to a range of 120 feet.
The sword can read, and understand Common, and it can communicate with its wielder telepathically. It knows every language you know while you're attuned to it.
Forged by ancient sun worshipers, Dawnbringer is meant to bring light into darkness and to fight creatures of darkness. It is kind and compassionate to those in need, but fierce and destructive to its enemies. Long years lost in darkness have made Dawnbringer frightened of both the dark and abandonment. It prefers that its blade always be present and shedding light in areas of darkness, and it strongly resists being parted from its wielder for any length of time.
