Kaylyn moves to a position where she can see down the hallway where the archery targets are. At the same time she dismisses her earlier spell that made the boot noises. If she sees nothing she'll move towards the targets and look up the hallway they originally started from by peaking around the corner.
The goblins are not visible in the short hallway. When Ireniana saw them, they were fleeing, so you could estimate that they've probably covered a good distance by now ... unless they stopped somewhere.

"Well Ireniana, I'm not sure I want to go wandering looking to see where these goblins got to. Maybe we should check this door." She points to the door in the room with the archery targets that is in the west wall. "The others are close if we get into trouble. But I can't imagine any enemies are in here. They would have joined the goblins earlier. Unless of course our missing gobbos ducked in here."
She'll look over the door (perception 17) and unless Ireniana objects or she finds a trap or something concerning she'll try the door.

Normally this would just be a STR check, but since you used Athletics (and got a successful roll too) I'll ask you for a more 'athletic' description of how Royan opened the door with a crowbar :)

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Royan jammed the crowbar into the gap between the door and the wall as hard as he could. Leaning into it, the door failed to budge. Royan then pulled on the crowbar to try a different angle only to find it wedged in too tight and he was unable to move it. Royan repositioned his grip, putting one foot up on the wall beside the door, and yanked with all of his might. He kept the pressure on for what seemed like minutes ( in reality it was about 10 seconds) and suddenly the wall around the lock crumbled away, leaving the lock and the door intact and free to swing open.
Realising the fleeing goblins are probably long gone, Kaylyn, Ireniana and Rhayna turn their attention to the door beside the archery range. While Kaylyn checks the door for traps, Ireniana stands guard and Rhayna crawls behind the archery target in the corner, rolling a goblin head out the way and retrieving her whip. Kaylyn swings the door open and finds a dark low-ceiling room with no other exits. Squalor reigns in this pitiful dungeon, and a large iron spike is driven into the floor near the door, with a small iron cage set farther back. Several sets of corroded manacles are connected to the walls and some still bind a few crumbling skeletons. Three malnourished kobolds are bound with crude rope to the iron spike, and a miserable, battered gnome squats in the cage, which is almost too small for him. All of these inhabitants cringe at the light coming in through the door, as though they've been in the dark quite some time.
Meanwhile, after Royan rips the door out of the wall at the end of the hallway, he enters the room together with Kastix and Meepo. Mounted and stuffed animal heads adorn the walls. The mounting job is sloppy, and the assortment of heads includes cattle, rats, and other not particularly impressive specimens. A few grisly trophies share the wall with the animals, including a couple of kobold heads. Smashed and broken cabinets and small tables litter the periphery of the room, mute victims of some sort of rampage. A rusted iron spike stands in the center of the room, trailing a broken chain. Thin patches of frost coat sections of the walls, floor, and debris.
The gnome pressed his face to the bars of the cage, his bight blue eyes flickering with a sudden hope: "You... Kind sir! Madam? My lady! You are not a goblin!" He blinked again and squinted, as if trying to see better. "I heard the voices... And the noise. But in this place you can not always tell what is true. Can it be that you chased the goblins away? Can it be that you find it in your heart to open that cage?"
Kastix looked at the broken chain, "lets wait for the others before going in," Kastix will move to slowly close the door quietly.

"We are not here to hurt you. We are with Meepo and the request of your leader Yusdrayl. We're looking for the lost dragon Calcryx. Let me free you."
