(OCC: Can I use a waterskin to hold that liquid? I imagine that Rhayna is like my DD (dear daughter). She’s like a camel, can prob go the whole day w/out drinking any water. So Rhayna gets so absorbed in her studies that food and water is secondary.)

(OOC: Yes, waterskin can hold all the liquid. It's enough for two potions, so you'll have to take care to only drink half of it. Drinking too much might have unintended negative consequences...)

"Kastix, I really don't think you should go opening random doors like that." Royan laughs but his tone is serious. He walks back to the fountain to see what Rhayna has discovered.

"I was investigating the doors you were walking by," Kastix retorts, "Next time I'll let the rats surround instead," 

Without any responses, or perhaps, Rhayna thinks, that no one heard her. She takes out her waterskin, and dumps the content on the floor. It doesn't register to her that she should have drank the water inside instead of wasting it. She collect whatever reddish liquid she is able into the waterskin. She writes in Common bold letters  "Let there be fire" on both sides of the waterskin. Rhayna announces to the group. "Anybody wants two portions of Potion of Fire Breath?"

"Pass, need to be close to use that stuff," Kastix stated. 

"Good grief," Ireniana says as she walks by Rhayna as she is putting the liquid in her waterskin. "If you're taking some of it, then it must not be that bad." Ireniana will take a drink of the liquid.

OOC: doesn't the effect of potion wear off after 3 uses of fire breath or an hour passed after consumption?

Rhayna gives the Fire Breath waterskin to Ireniana. “Here, you will surely make a better use of this than me, but don’t drink it yet!! Also, make sure to only drink half of the content the first time you need it.”

Irenaina nods at Rhayn and places the waterskin on her belt. "Thank you. I love a good potent alcohol, but I will take your word for it."

The small sip that Ireniana takes of the liquid is enough to confirm the effects that Rhayna has described. Ireniana now has a small puff of smoke emit from her mouth when she speaks for the next hour, but has not drank enough to breath fire.

So you have one unopened/dragon-carved/cold door in the southern fountain room, one unopened-but-apparently-silent door just above that room, and one unopened-smelly-and-previously-trapped room in the northern fountain room. Also the northern fountain to investigate. Let me know if you need more details on any of these or other features...

Meepo is not the world's brightest spark, and he has remained at the door through which you first entered the fountain room. He doesn't seem to act independently of his own volition, but will probably do as he is told. He is unfamiliar with this part of the citadel.

Kaylyn moves down the corridor and enters the northern room.  She inspects the fountain reading out loud any words she understands.

As Royan, Kastix and Ireniana return to the southern fountain after battling the giant rats, Ireniana converses with Rhayna about the potion. Kaylyn, who had not been up the rat corridor, decided to see what the others had discovered. Passing the small cells with their fresh rat corpses, she reached the northern fountain room. Observing the disarmed traps, she skirts around the open pits with their semi-open trapdoors, and approaches the fountain.

The dry fountain looks remarkably like the one in the southern room. Looking in the same location as the previous fountain, Kaylyn quickly locates a similar inscription in Draconic, almost worn away with age. The words read "Let there be Death". As she reads these out loud, a green mist sprays forth from the dragon's mouth, filling the area in front of the fountain. 

Kaylyn CON save DC 10: 6

Gasping in surprise, Kaylyn inhales mist and feels suddenly very nauseous. Her eyes sting, her guts cramp in pain, and she vomits onto the edge of the dry fountain.

Poison damage: 9, and Kaylyn is poisoned.

As soon as Kastix hears the sprays and see the green mist, he tightens the cloth mask around his mouth. (I know proably actually help).

"I think our Warlock just messed up," Kastix stated as he stays near bottom foundation, waiting for the green mist to disappear, turning to the cleric, "We may need your healing before you look at the second fountain,"

 Kaylyn, her face pale, turned to Kastix as he approached.

"They say curiosity killed the cat.   I hope it is not the same for me, but I do not feel very well."

As she finishes she turns and vomits into the fountain again.  Her face remains pale.

Rhayna looks at Kaylyn with sadness, specially when the Half-Elf vomits, for there is nothing that she can do to help her companion.

(OCC: I am checking Rhayna’s sheet. There is nothing she can do to remove the condition right?)

Royan makes his way to the northern fountain. "People have clearly been through this way, and people who weren't thinking about who was following them. I think we should carry on through the door here," he indicates to the west. "Once you stop playing around in the fountain that is." 

"Head the way then, we'll be behind you," Kastix stated as he points to the door. He'll try to use Thaumaturgy to open the door even. 

OOC: Barring suddenly getting lesser restoration, don't think we can cure poisoned state beside a long rest or if it has a time limiit. 

"Alright." Royan pushes open the door. With the number of traps in the room, he takes a moment just to make sure he is not stepping into anything else. 

Perception:  3

If there is nothing obviously out of place he will move through the door into the next room/corridor.
