Royan rushes at the hobgoblin who has just opened the door and swings his longsword at him. If he can keep any reinforcements clogged up in the doorway then they can avoid being overwhelmed.

Round 1 Combat

The large hobgoblin has barely uttered his orders when Kaylyn's shrill voice lays a curse on the hunched goblin, which stutters in its spellcasting. Kaylyn quickly follows up by hurling a bolt of energy at the goblin, which strikes it full in the face. The goblin shrieks and seems to shake and wither, dropping its staff and crumpling into a heap beneath its ragged clothing.

Royan charges to the left toward the tall bald hobgoblin and with a mighty swing he slashes an enormous deep wound right across the hobgoblin's torso. It staggers backward as blood pours out of the huge gash, but maintains its footing and its grip on the huge sword. As it staggers away from the door, Royan can see inside and observes a large chamber containing dozens of goblins! Two are already at the door and rush him with their scimitars. He manages to block both without difficulty, but hasn't time to see any more of the room as the wounded bald hobgoblin brings its massive sword down on Royan's shoulder with a resounding crack, and it feels to Royan as though his clavicle has been fractured.

Ireniana has less distance to cover to engage the shield-carrying hobgoblin on the right, and she attempts her signature twin-sword jab. However, where her new magic sword feels perfectly balanced and effortless to wield, her other sword, which has so far served her so well, feels heavy and unwieldy. The hobgoblin easily blocks the clunky second swing, but is too slow for the first and receives a piercing hole in its sword shoulder. The hobgoblin's return thrust is thus weak and easily turned aside by Ireniana's new blade. The two dry saplings creep around the hobgoblin's legs and try to flank Ireniana, with one managing to poke a sharp twig-appendage into her calf. An unexpected urge to retaliate against the tiny annoying creature suddenly washes over Ireniana, but she sees the large hobgoblin dismount his throne and stroll casually toward her, and she manages to shake off the strange sensation, knowing that tactically the larger foes are the more dangerous.

Entering the gap left by the two warriors, Rhayna resists reaching for her notebook and inspecting the dome overheard, and instead concentrates on the conflict at hand. Sighting the archer hobgoblin across the room, she calls down heavenly fire. The surprisingly nimble creature sidesteps to avoid it, but in doing so releases the tension on the bowstring too early, and the arrow drops harmlessly into the cavern below.

The hobgoblin on Royan is critically wounded. The one on Ireniana is moderately wounded. The goblin is where? the bundle of rags seems to have moved somewhere! All other combatants are unharmed.
Erky and Kastix can declare Round 1 actions now, followed by everyone else for Round 2.
@Kaylyn: Can you please choose an ability for the Hex to apply to?

Kastix holds up his wand and move it side to side like a metronome while walking to try and get as much but focused  ones surroudning Royan , "1,2,3 Sleep," Kastix said as he cast the spell.

Erky gave short prayer to Oghma, and sent Balack Bear in (direction - Hobgoblin 3). While he, himself, tried to help obviously hurt Royan:  Cure Wounds 3

Royan feels his collarbone knit together as the black bear lumbers up behind him. Royan then feels a tingling sensation in the air around him, and see the eyes of the tall bald hobgoblin roll back in his head as the body slumps limply to the floor. The two goblins flanking Royan also drop to the floor, as does a third that was apparently about to enter the room, although Kastix only sees the dropped scimitar clatter to the floor just inside the doorway.

Ireniana is going to once again attack the hobgoblin.

(Unbelieveable. I checked back, and that makes 10 consecutive attack rolls from Ireniana that equal 19 or more, except for one opportunity attack)

Rhayna prays to the Goddess for better aim and casts Sacred Flame on the one with the longbow again. (DEX save DC14) (DMG: 4).

Unsure how long the hobgoblin will be out, Royan swings his longsword at the hobgoblin once more, before turning to face whatever may come through the door.

Kaylyn, seeing that the goblin seems to be destroyed, turns her attention to the main hobgoblin leader.  She shifts the Hex to it (BA) and curses it.  She affects its DEX and then sends crackling energy at it.

Eldritch Blast

Attack: 16 Damage: 9 + 4

After seeing his sleep spell knock out all of the enemies around Royan, Kastix turns his attention to hobgoblin fight with Ireniana, "Ignis" Kastix casts Fire Bolt at it. If dead, Kastix will attack a Twig.

@Kaylyn: As Kaylyn attempts to shift the effects of the curse to the hobgoblin, she finds that she cannot! The connection to the goblin remains, somehow! Kaylyn perceives that in order to curse the hobgoblin she will need to release the current curse and bestow a new one on the hobgoblin.

Translation: Kaylyn can only move the Hex to another creature if the original target has dropped to 0 HP, which apparently the goblin has not! Kaylyn can either 1) maintain the Hex on the goblin - wherever it is, or 2) drop concentration on the current active Hex spell and cast a new one on the hobgoblin, which will require using another spell slot.

((Since I would do the BA of moving the Hex first, can Kaylyn realize that she can't move it and therefore fire the Eldritch Blast at the heap of bundled clothing where the goblin was thinking it was there somehow?  If not she'll leave the Hex on the goblin but fire at the hobgoblin))

A look of consternation crosses Kaylyn's face as she tries to hex the hobgoblin and finds she still has a connection to the goblin somehow.  I thought it was dead!  She thinks to herself.  She sends the energy of her magic at the bundle of clothing where she thinks the living remains of the goblin must be instead of shifting her focus to the hobgoblin as she originally planned. 

Round 2 Combat

Elf scum! The Outcast can have the rest, but this one I'll keep for my sport! bellows the hobgoblin chief as he strolls toward Ireniana, hefting his sword menacingly. Trying unsuccessfully to curse the chief, Kaylyn instead hurls another bolt of arcane energy at him. He lifts his magnificent shield high, managing to block Kaylyn's spell, but leaving an opening below, which Kastix takes advantage of by hurling a ball of fire, striking the hobgoblin chief in the loins.

Ireniana's new sword again feels delightfully easy to wield, and she uppercuts the hobgoblin under the shield, after which he drops to the floor with a groan and a clatter. But wielding the old shortsword again feels like dragging a club through mud, and it fails to make contact as the hobgoblin chief draws within striking range, deflecting her weak swing and striking back with a sharp slash through her hip. Instantly, Ireniana feels an unusually vicious urge to retaliate and strike the chief down, but that immediately passes as she is again stabbed in the ankle by one of the twig monsters, and she feels suddenly vindictive against the tiny creature, to whom she turns her attention.

Royan sees the tall hobgoblin fall asleep in front of him, and before it has a chance to hit the floor he drops to one knee, swings his longsword horizontally, and lops off the bald head, which rolls over the edge of the chasm. Meanwhile, another goblin emerges from the doorway, clambers over its sleeping brethren, and slashes at Royan with a scimitar, but Royan almost effortlessly blocks the blade. An instant later, the black bear appears at his side and bites down on the goblin's shoulder, ripping a huge chunk out and sending the remains to the floor in a bloody mess. The bear then swipes at one of the sleeping goblins, which awakes squealing in agony as its face is torn to shreds. More goblins can be seen gathering near the doorway ready to press in on Royan.

Rhayna again calls down a fiery pillar against the hobgoblin archer who this time fails to move far enough to escape the heavenly flame and growls in pain as his arrow arm is scalded. Glaring at Rhayna furiously, he aims more carefully, then releases a deadly shot that pierces Rhayna's right lung, leaving her gasping for air and barely able to stand.

Erky can still take Round 2 actions. The hobgoblin chief and archer are still fighting along with the two twig blights, the goblin shaman is hidden, one goblin is awake and two more sleep on...

Erky wante to run and help Ireniana, when he saw Rhayna collapsed on the floor. He rushed to help suffering cleric: Cure Wounds 6   on Rhayna 

"4, 5, Sleep"  Kastix casts his spells at the enemies surround Ireniana, "Hey Royan! Just throw sleeping ones down the hole!"

Nice rescue. Round 2 done. Time for Round 3

Frustrated that she cannot move the hex from the goblin she decides to drop it and cast a Hex onto the hobgoblin captain, Durnn, affecting DEX.

Attack: 26 Damage: 15 + 6

But in her frustration she is unable to concentrate properly and the blast fizzles out.

The Hobgoblin's arrow punctures Rhayna's chest with such strength that she falls backwards hitting the ground with a loud thud. She gaps for air for a moment, then she feels the magic healing from Erky remove the arrow from her body. Rhayna is utterly shocked that she was hit by an arrow and that it almost took her life!! She tries to stand up, but she collapses back to the ground with some blood coming out of her mouth. Things move in slow motion and she tries to process what just happened. She wipes the blood off her face and see her hands smeared with her own blood...

“I need to worry about the others first,” he calls back. 
If Royan can see any of the goblins then he will grab out one of his javelins and throw it. Attack: 24 Damage: 6
If he can’t see them then he will stay where he is and ready an attack with his longsword Attack: 11 Damage: 14
