(Badger wasn't the badger, Sickle was the badger.)
Exit doors dead ahead! says Badger out loud, although he seems to be staring blankly into space. He will follow the others if they move in that direction.
Meanwhile, Badger continues focusing on the spell, sending the invisible eye left down the corridor moving away from the entrance. He rather likes Ham and would like to help him find his magic sword if possible, so he is now looking out for enemy locations AND magic swords. Also where the portal locations are, because he would rather use those to move around the temple than just hoofing it.
(I assume Grenk's new sword is not Ham's sword, right? It would have been recognised by now?)
The group moves into the sacrificial chamber. The blood stained alter, the channels meant to capture flowing blood and let it run through the holes in the wall, was gruesome. Everyone shuffles out. There is an unopened door to the right, or the passage leads straight on down past another room to the main gate out of this place. Straight on?
Badger, your eyes moves forward down a ten foot passage that opens up into a large hall. Four pillars carved with serpent reliefs support the 20-foot-high ceiling of this large room, in the middle of which is an 18-foot·high statue of a coiled cobra, facing towards you. Torches with green flames flicker on the walls. Two wagons are parked in one corner, and a triceratops is confined to a metal pen in another. To the right are a pair of dark alcoves , and straight on is a wide, pillared hall. To the left a twenty foot wide passage leads away.
The large pillared hall goes perhaps sixty feet then ends. A door is on the left, a passage on the right. The walls of this pillared hall bear reliefs of a giant serpent and it's yuan-ti worshipers in numerous horrific acts of violence and destruction.
Updated map. (Group is currently in area 6. Badger, your 'eye' is in area 2. You know there are 2 guards in area 1. Obviously area 11 was where you had the battle and area 8 is where the prisoners were. The little green patches with red in them are the portals. There are three so far, in 8, 11, and 12.)

1) No point worrying about closed doors - the eye can't open them, and if the sword is in there then someone will have to physically go there and check. Might as well continue doing what we're doing.
2) There was a big cathedral with channels of blood, which presumably comes from the sacrifice room, so the corridor east of room 2 probably goes there, and is therefore not likely to be very helpful (and also had the gong, so probably a place to avoid right now)
3) Best option right now is to send the eye along the small passage heading east from room 3.
Meanwhile, I assume we are continuing toward the exit?
DM: can you confirm Grenk's sword is not Ham's sword? Would make a big difference to my plans right now... Ham's shield was in that room after all.
I don't suppose anyone thought of closing the secret door that goes into the treasure room? If it was a secret to the other yuan-ti, then it won't be now, though at least one of them knows how to use the portal system.

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
That Yuan-Ti watrior knew of the secret door. Could have been the only one but who is to say. Regardless we pretty much cleaned out that treasury of the good stuff.

Grenk will rush forward through the sacrificial chamber to the center seeing a door to the north and west. For now he just holds up in a readied gaurded position trying to keep eyes on both exits.

Did that prayer of healing go off or was it interrupted? If it was fine can I count that 10 hp gain? Would bring me to max but can forgo it if not enough targets after the rescued.
Silas walks along, still focused on the prayer of healing as the group moves. (it's only been 4 minutes).
Ham's sword is not the sword you found in the room. You all recognize Ham's sword by now.
Badger's eye moves down the passage. It glances left through the twenty foot passage, indeed he sees the gong only 30 feet down, and then it opens up into the large temple he'd previous been in. He also sees numerous snake people running and slithering this way. At least two dozen assorted Yuan-ti rush down the passage taking a turn towards the entrance.
Badger's eye zips down the pillared hall and takes a peak down the passage to the left. He sees a long passage filled with blue torch light that slants downwards then flattens out, but the angle prevents him from seeing more than 60 feet down the passage.
The rest of you hear the sounds of a commotion coming this way.
Sickle listens close to the sound of the approaching Yuan-to rabble. “Mal, grab the chest in that room and let’s go back to the portal to the harem room that Badger described.”
if the group agrees, Sickle will cast Entangle at the end of the hall where they Yuan-to are coming.
Mal grabs the chest which is pretty heavy, not seeing any traps on it....after all...even with a temple worth of Yuan-ti descending on you, there's always time to loot! The group hoofs it back to the prison chamber. As they reach it, arrows whistle down the hallway towards them.

The group runs into the prison room with arrows whistling past. The woman gets struck in the leg and falls the ground....the man pulls her aside but her body begins to spasm and froth comes from her mouth and she's suddenly still. Orvex takes a shot in the neck, blood spraying as he collapses, two more arrows strike him as he falls and he's dead before he hits the ground.
Ham, looking already quite badly off gets hit as well, blood seeping from a terrible arrow wound in his leg. Mandra looks....like Mandra, with an arrow in her side.
The group vanishes one at a time as you each touch the pad and disappear and appear in the harem.
Grenk, you're the first to appear. Two soldiers stand before a barred hallway looking out, weapons ready. They spin as you appear, the young yuan-ti here, both men and women, yelp in surprise.
Your action.

They wilt back away from the warrior, and as you yell "I am the light bringer....". To your surprise, as you yell this, the large longsword in your hands bursts into flame, the fire brightening the room with a flash. You slash into him once, his snake flesh sizzling as you cut into him, but he drops low and the second flame sheathed strike flies wide.
+ 3 fire damage.
One warrior turns and pulls a lever and the metal bars in the room begin to clatter upwards, pulled by a chain. The other one, desperate to escape but unable to pulls his blade and slashes at you twice.

Grenk was surprised at the bust of flame with the sword. It didn't seem to hurt him and it hurt the snake man more so he was quite pleased. "You stayed, so you shall die." He called out as he swung again.
Badger, feeling more than a little woozy from the arrow wound and the poison, would have felt even more disoriented by having his body moving to a new location while his eye is still exploring the temple, if it wasn't for his mighty intellect. But his mental faculties were still strong, and he calls forth three magic missiles at one of the yuanti-warriors (2, 4, 3) while simultaneously exploring further down the southern passage with the eye. (Will explore any open doors or side passages, otherwise continue straight or stay on the perimeter)

Grenks blade, sheathed in fire bites deep again. Mal casually places the chest to one side, then leaps past a snake woman in a see through gown, scimitars flying from their sheaths, and slashes deeply two times into the other Yuan-ti guard.
Badger appears, without too much trouble for his vast intellect releases a flurry of magical darts at the Yuan-ti while partially focusing on his distant flying eye.
The two still stand but look pretty badly off. Silas is still walking, mumbling to himself, drawing forward arcane energy as he tries to keep his healing prayer together, but after going through the portal, his attention is pulled away and the spell fizzles. He looks fairly cross.
