Sickle sends a mote of fire after the fleeing snake men. Attack: 24 Damage: 10 fire damage.
He then reaches a hand out to Badger and provides some healing (Bonus Action Healing Word at 3rd Lvl 10. “Badger, where do we go? I thought...wait, where’s Ham?”
If they have a moment, he’ll look around at the fallen two, and shove a Goodbery into each of their mouths, in an attempt to revive them.
Badger throws an irritated look at Sickle and replies: It was your brilliant idea to come here!
Thinking quickly, Badger analyses the situation. Two of the portals are in dead-end rooms and one is in the central cathedral so probably not good strategic options. The fourth is in the room they first entered, but escaping via a narrow tunnel might be tricky if pursued by snakes, unless they could somehow collapse the tunnel behind them or block entrance to the room. But the fifth... perhaps they could escape to the river! And if that was not an option, then the treasure room would have to do. It would be risky to just teleport to that room without knowing what enemies remained, and casting clairvoyance would take too long. He could make two people invisible at a time, so maybe just cast it on those prisoners that were injured and might not otherwise make it, which was ... three? four? Where WAS Ham?
Turning to Mandra the gnome asks in a snappy tone: Mandra, can you cast a spell of invisibility?
Meanwhile, Badger has abandoned hope of finding an exit to the south using the eye, or of locating Ham's sword, and besides that area was virtually out of reach while the temple was on high alert. Survival was paramount. He will have to drop concentration on the arcane eye if he is to cast invisibility, but for now if any time remains on the spell he will send it up the corridor into the cathedral.

Ham stands, just behind Mandra, you just missed him in the crowd. Mandra looks up from Orvex's dead body, then gives a rotting thumbs up to Badger. Then changes to show two fingers.
One of the snake men go down as the fire hits him, the other leaps off a balcony into the temple room beyond, vanishing from site.
The goodberry goes into Orvex's mouth...but nothing happens. However pressing it into the woman's mouth her eyes open and she perks up. The man bends over, hugging her, and helps her to her feet.
I'm assuming the Yuan-Ti disengaged to run away or do i get an attack of opportunity? If it did disengage is it only 30 feet out or did it somehow get a dash?
He disengaged, and only moved 30, but it was enough to get around a corner and leap down so you don't have line of site anymore.
Mal, you flip open the chest. It's unlocked and not trapped. It contains a couple hundred gold coins littered across it's bottom, they seem to have pressings from all over the world, a black leather quiver embroidered with a quartz-studded star map, and a dagger in a gold scabbard embossed with a scene of stampeding jungle animals...it looks ceremonial more than functional.
"Who has the Bag of Holding again, as I have some stuff to dump inside of it?" Mal will then walk over to the person holding he bag of holding and put the chest inside of it. If the chest does not fit, he will just upend the chest and dump its contents inside.
Coins, a quiver, and a sheathed ceremonial dagger tumble out of the chest into the bag of holding. A couple shakes and Mal has emptied it fully into the bag, the last golden coin sliding off the lip and tumbling into the extradimensional space of the magical bag.

They aren't going to chase us all around the temple forever, mutters Badger. Soon they'll either guard the portals or find a way to stop us using them altogether. Splitting up to guard them all is an advantage for us as it divides their numbers, but they still may be too many. We need to either make for the tunnel or the river. Both have risks. The tunnel can easily be blocked, but we know it. The river is harder to blockade, but unknown.
Then with a sigh he says, rubbing his nose: Here is my suggestion. I make someone invisible and they check the throne room is clear, then come back and report. If minimal threat, then we eliminate it and make for the tunnel, collapsing it behind us and hope they don't get to the surface before we escape. If the threat is high, then we all make for the river and either hide or find an egress. Either way, I suggest Mandra make the two prisoners invisible, and they run for the tunnel. Decide quickly!

Boris steps forward, "Do me." He glances at the symbols on the portal, "So, this one is the throne room, and this one is the bedroom? Ok, got it."
Mandra shrugs, and without a word or motion, the two people vanish from sight.
Boris vanishes as Badger casts the magic spell, his form fading slowly from existence. Just a few short moments later you hear Boris' voice. "Four warriors guard the one in the bedroom, they're standing their, blades raised, ready to chop the heck out of anyone coming through. It'd be tough to get past them invisible without rubbing up against them. The throne room is worse. They have a friggen Hydra..in the throne room, just waiting and watching the portal. A friggen Hydra, plus a bunch of warriors waiting around."
Mal looks at the chest from inside, then at it sideways. Ya, confident there's no secret to that thing. She tosses it aside.
"Well so it looks like the bedroom is our way out of here. If I go in first I have a small chance of killing one of them outright. I would have a higher chance if I could go invisible but not sure we want to waste another spell for that. Out of curiosity how many people can use that teleporting symbol at the same time?" Mal says.
You think you could probably max it out at 2 people, if you were hugging. It's just large enough for one person. Though, people were able to bring bodies through with them by holding them, even though they were on the ground, so, maybe if you held hands, you could take more. Unfortunately with magic its rules are malleably and sometimes unpredictable. You could always experiment!

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Badger will quickly outline the following plan:
- Sickle casts Spider Climb on Badger, and then Badger casts Invisibility on himself - Badger takes the portal to the throne room, then climbs up the walls and across the ceiling If needed: Stealth20 (with advantage for invisibility and/or being on the ceiling, otherwise will use Inspiration) - He casts Minor Illusion to create the sound of battle in the room, hoping to both confuse the yuan-ti in the throne room and draw out the yuan-ti from the treasure room. - He continue walking across the ceiling and into the treasure room. If any yuan-ti remain in the room, drop concentration on Invisibility and cast Fear on the yuan-ti. - It should take about 30 seconds, so the others can be ready to move through the portal to the treasure room after that much time
(Does anyone have ideas to improve on the plan?)
