Feeling better, he gets up with the keys. "Might as well do this in some sort of order right?" He makes his way to the middle and looks at all the doors. He then points to each door in turn and goes, "Enni, meanie, minie, moe, catch a Badger by the toe..." his hand ends on door 3.
"That's the door, we start there." He will then take the appropriate key and unlock the door.
This door has a pentagram carved on it and takes the pentagram key. Everyone follows him up to the door, though Keshma is floating out in the main room about 15 feet looking towards the door. The civilian is just at the top of the stairs so he can see the group, but is well back. Grenk pushes the key in, and turns it, clicking it open, and pushes open the door.
The delicious aroma of spiced meat greets you. At the end of a twenty-foot-long corridor, a room opens up with red tapestries covering the walls. A feast is spread out on three tables, consisting of roast boar, squash stew, and a tray of iced cakes. Flagons of frothy beer complete the banquet. A gaunt human male in a dusty black suit quietly arranges the items on the cake table, taking notice of your presence. Without a word, he gestures for you to come forward and sample the feast.
Why would anyone want to live in the sky? ponders Badger. You can't just dig a new room out of the air, now can you? Some people are just weird. The gnome with a frog and a clay doll sitting on his head goes to join the others. Badger is a bit disgusted with the randomness that Grenk employed to choose the first door, though. No attempt whatsoever to divine what is behind the doors, or to attempt to fathom the logic of the constructor, just a child's rhyme, a mild insult, and a reckless choice. Bloody I'jin, no doubt affecting his mind.
The aroma is extremely tempting, but still there is the constant voice of caution in Badger's mind. Looking around the room, Badger casts Detect Magic fully expecting to see an aura of illusion.
Grenk's stomach grumbles a bit at the smell of the food. He finds himself already walking towards the table. "I was just thinking about a good meal and fresh meat... forget about everything else. Juicy meat sounds the best." He stops and look at the man servant guy. "Hey you, is this stuff fresh? Is it... poisoned?"
Badger sees an aura of illusion around the man servant, but the food has different aura's...those of transmutation. The room also has an aura of enchantment filling it.
Grenk walks in. The man servant raises his hands as if to say "please don't harm me" and steps aside. He shakes his head at Grenk when he asks if it's poisoned. He makes an eating motion with his hand and nods encouragingly.

Surely, Badger thinks, we can all agree that there is no such thing as a free lunch, especially not a literal one in a place like this. Urgh, Grenk, the gnome stammers, I don't think that's a good idea. Then it occurs to Badger that it might actually be necessary that someone eat something in this room in order to progress. He quickly scans the room looking for anything that might give away what is happening here, but refraining from announcing his discovery if he decides that it is better that Grenk doesn't know...

Yeah no there is no way I am eating nay of that, Mal thinks. "Hey Grenk you might not want to do that." Mal says as she turns around and motions for the civilian to come to her side, then signals there is food beyond and motions for him to go ahead and eat.

Badger and Silas, do you enter the room to investigate or stay outside? There’s a 20 foot hallway leading to the main room so investigating from outside is really not possible.

Silas walks into the room and looks around at the tapestries. They are not that unusual, red, concealing plain stone walls....but on the southern one....he sees....a pentagon hidden in the design. Further, he sees a subtle pattern of a devils' face with an open screaming mouth, that surrounds the pentagon..... the other tapestries don't seem to have this pattern.
(Yes, Badger enters the room and walks all around, but doesn't sample the food)
Badger will pick up one of the iced cakes and cast Dispel Magic on it, expecting that it will turn back into whatever it truly is... probably a mass of wriggling worms or something.

Grenk stares at the food and then looks back at the others as they warn him and then back at the food. His stomach growls again... loudly. He frowns and turns his back to the food and walks away. He immediately turns back around and grabs a bit of the boar meat and stuffs it into his mouth.
The little iced cake does not turn into worms, or a rotten version of itself or even the Chultan delicacy of alligator scrotum pate. No, it just remains an iced cake. Grenk samples the boar. Not only is it delicious and tender, and juicy, but it takes the edge off of Grenks hunger. It also fills him with vigor. (You have advantage on strength checks for 24 hours.)
"Boars good. Best damn thing to come out if this place. Next the cake... want the beet but gotta remain sober until the job Is done, Grenk says while licking grease from his fingers. He then delicately eats a piece of cake. He looks at Badget and sticks his pinky up as he eats as etiquette demands.
"This is disconcerting," Silas points out the devil imagery in the taper, "Anyone see another way out?" He looks around the room before turning back to the strange images, taking out a torch and poking at it just to check for danger. Devil faces around this place has been trouble for most part.

As Mal continues to watch to see if Grenk explode she will wait a few more minutes and then search the room to see if she notices anything, not feeling any urge to eat anything.
So many possibilities, thinks Badger. By now the diminutive wizard has some idea of the way the creators of this dungeon think, and so far none of the evidence suggests that they can expect a free meal without strings attached. Perhaps all of the food needs to be consumed to progress. Perhaps just one of the dishes is dangerous and the others are not. In any case, Badger is encouraged that Grenk didn't fall down dead or turn into something unnatural after eating the meat, though it is unlikely that the riddle will be resolved with Grenk's consumption of each of the dishes alone. Badger hands the cake to the un-named peasant and gestures for him to eat it. He then reaches for a flagon of beer and starts to sip at it tentatively, looking at Sickle to see if the half-orc would care to sample the stew.
