Stannic reaches down and grabs three more pebbles from the debris in the tower, enchanting them with magic stone. He continues to target the Hobgoblin leader, now engaged with Casmir and Misty below the tower, and fires one of the stones at him.

(OOC: he broke out of the entangle a while back. If he was entangled he could not try to move without breaking the entangle. While entangled you can attack but at a disadvantage. Most skill checks would be at a disadvantage as well.)

“It doesn’t look like he is running” Stannic calls out to Gimble. Stannic pulls out another one of his enchanted pebbles and hurls it toward the remaining hobgoblin.

Casmir easily bats aside the arrow with his shield and runs full tilt towards the hobgoblin.
(OOC: Casmir Dashes towards the hobgoblin until he's in melee range. Since he spent his action dashing Casmir can't attack but if the hobgoblin flees without disengaging he gets an Attack of Opportunity :-))
