Gniff reacts by kneeling to the ground and placing his fingers of both hands into the soil. with a small bit of force he then pushes those fingers into the ground causing the ground before the western group of bandits to become slightly overgrown and thorny. (Spike Growth to encompass the 20' area just south/south west of Gniff. The south western edge just covering RB1.)
Quinn would move through Gniff's square to get just south of Gimble, ready to attack should anything make it to him.

Triboar Trail Camp
text map: the party is in their camp which is in a clearing in the triboar trail. There are two cleared paths to exit the clearing. Most of the bandits are in melee range or are approaching to be in melee range. Gimble moved closer in to the camp and further away from the bandits. RB2 and RB4 are on the eastern edge of the camp in melee range of Casmir. RB6 is in the trees and bushes on the eastern edge of the camp, and in melee range of Misty. RB9 is deep inside the camp in melee range of both O'alana and Tessa. A spikey thorn growth now occupies the western path out of the camp. Quinn is blocking a part of the western entrance to the camp. RB1 is deep inside he camp like RB9, and in melee range of O'alana and Gniff. RB5 is in the trees and bushes on the western edge of the camp, and in melee range of Gniff. RB3 is in melee range with Quinn, on the western entrance to the camp. RB7 is in the bushes and trees outside of the camp. RB8 is in melee range of Casmir.
RB8 attacks Casmir, and cannot get past his defense.
RB5 attacks Gniff, slashing at him. (OOC: dealing 8 damage)
Quinn attacks at RB3, but sadly misses.

Casmir parries and blocks the bandits multiple attacks, but one of them slips by his defenses. He shrugs it off - "It's just a flesh wound!" - and lunges at the 4th bandit, the same he cast his Hellish Rebuke on:
