The moment the strike hopefully landed, he grins and slaps at an odd lantern at his side. "Milord. Might you protect my friend over yonder for a while?" He asked without looking, but pouring out in seems of the lantern is a pink mist that wraps Alys in veil of protection.

Bonus Action: Cast Sanctuary on Alys(Wis Save 15 for any attacks or spells directed at her).
