Yvan nods along at what Kasha says, understanding more what she had meant now than prior. While he had known Kasha relied on him before, it was reassuring to hear it come from her every now and again. "Well, I'm glad to know if for some reason we're ever apart, you'll be checking up on me from time to time. Better than you and your little boyfriend causing a ruckus around town." Yvan muses, setting aside the wooden figure and whittler away.
"As for the dream itself... It..." He trails off once again. Words nor sentences to describe it wouldn't formulate in his mind. It was like a mental block, and no matter how hard he tried, there was nothing. It wasn't until he hears Vastra's voice invading his mind does he move, bringing a hand to his head to rub at his temple. He would never get used to telepathic communication. Okay, would be his simple reply to the wizard. "Will have to come later... Vastra just sent me a message. Wants us to go to the library after finding Stella..." He gets up from his place on the ground to then brush off his furs. "Do you know where she might be?"

Kasha turned red. Beet red at the comment. She stammered for a few second, before she composed herself. "Ob-! What! Obsidian is n-!"she got tongue tied, and stammered a bit more. "He's not even human! He's a cat! We just..we just like to hang out! And he's a good pilot. Besides. He's the only one..who likes to get in trouble with me. It's like..deep down..he's a person. A person with feelings and wishes and purpose. He's charming. And funny. He's not just..Stella's PET. At least..not to me. He..makes me not feel so alone." She shifted awkwardly, realizing what she was saying might be a little far fetched. She sighed, surrendering the notion. "He doesn't belong to me. He's..just a cat.."
Then, she turned her head to the side and muttered, "He's not my boyfriend.."
She looked back up as Yvan got the message. "Yeah. Come on."she said.
The blonde would offer Vastra a thankful smile before nodding. Alys would then ask with pink cheeks, "Would you be willing to show me how you create these glyphs? And guards... and wards?" She'd add, genuinely interested in learning.
"Considering the potential type of allies he may yet make as well, it would be advised to invest in someway to at least make mental manipulation in the future difficulty."The haunting scarecrow of a man said as he again went over the documents. "Though that said, it would take time. And the question is, how much downtime can we commit in the moment? Or might we outsource at least some of this?"He questions the two others that were there at least while awaiting the rest. "If the former, I will be sure to see about acquiring at least a set of some kind of Sending device that I might pass along to the rest of you. As my part would require some... time away to research and create what might necessary." He rubbed at his forehead, feeling the first signs of a migraine coming on.

Alys would beam at Vastra's willingness and readiness to teach her so soon. "Thank you."
Alys would nod along thought fully to B's suggestion. Did he have something specific in mind for mental manipulation? Though her head would tilt in concern when he'd rub his forehead. "Are you still feeling unwell?" The question would leave her lips before she could stop it. She'd then add, "And you insist you must go alone? We are a team." The blonde would remind gently with a soft smile, hoping the others would arrive soon from Vastra's own sending.
Kasha's reaction takes him aback a bit, not having expected it, but regardless it does get him to chuckle lightly. She had always been confident and fearless, and seeing her now, blushing and stuttering over her words was endearing. Cute in its own little way. "Sounds like a boyfriend to me." Yvan quips, nudging her while following behind the feline. "And who knows? He may actually be a human who got turned into a cat... Pretty sure I read that in a book somewhere..."
When they arrive at the spa (which is where I think she went?), Yvan looks upon the building, then to Kasha, "You... you should go in there with Obsidian. I'll be out here..."

Stella glances up from the couch where she's reading a book while she waits for the last of her toenail polish to fade. She smiles at Kasha. "Hey, I'm over here."
"STEL- Oh!"Kasha stops screaming. "Hi! Yvan sent me in here to get you. He got a message from Vastra."she glances at your toes. "Oh that's a nice color. Whatcha reading?"
Stella smiles and wiggles her orangey-red toenails. "Thanks. It's an adventure novel called The Dread Pirate Rogers. Pretty good, actually." She stands up, grabbing her shoes from the floor beside her. "Shall we go get Yvan?"
When the ladies had emerged out of the spa, Yvan had been hunched over petting a pair of stray cats that caught his attention while he waited. After offering them a piece of worm meat, he stands straight and joins them, giving Stella a small wave. "Sorry for disrupting your, uh... thing, but they wanted us to go to the library... Nice color by the way." He mentions, then clears his throat. "Would... either of you know where the library is exactly?"

Kasha made a noise with her lips, like doing a raspberry upon skin. "No, I can't even read, why would I know where th-."she then startled, looking at Stella. "Uh. I mean, I can't read well. Yet. I can't read good. But I have a great teacher!!"
Should the others arrive in the library short after, the wizard would rock up on her tip toes to take a peek over at the doorway. Spotting the trio of 'missing' Misfits, Alys would smile softly as she'd out to flag all three of them to come join.
Distracted, Bixby didn't seem to hear Alys, but instead kept rubbing at his forehead. "...Dio?"He asked a few moments after the fact. "Right... Dio. I suppose he can handle it.. for a price."The haunting looking man leaned back in his seat with a sigh, and lazily looked up to the ceiling. "And for the record, I am fine, Alys. I only mentioned time spent away to research in part due to Dio's own advice to me, as it will likely require some artificer work. And because there is other more private business I'll be attending to while I'm at it." He replied, pretending or blissfully ignorant to any sounds of others approach.
"And do not take it as a slight. Though I myself am but a novice, some parts are somewhat more... divergent than the arcane practices. And I feared in this instance, you'd both be more distraction than instance... Not that it matter, since we'll be turning Dio for simplicity sake in at least regards of the apparatus." He said. Only after do any new arrival's presence are noted, eliciting a briefly surprised look, followed by a shake of the head. "In any event, there is some shopping I wish to do before we depart. I assume you two can clarify things to the others and hammer out any other details without me?"

“Don’t be ridiculous. Obsidian’s a fey cat. Always was, always will be. Unless you know some magic to make him human.”
She looked up.
“A spa? Why and who is in here?”
“Oh right. Stella’s in here. Ugh. Water.”
Kasha walked inside, following Obsidian.
”Stella!! Are you in here??”
Stella glances up from the couch where she's reading a book while she waits for the last of her toenail polish to fade. She smiles at Kasha. "Hey, I'm over here."
