Stella grits her teeth. "Dammit!" she snaps before glancing at Furlong and muttering, "Sorry." Without another word, she puts herself right between the bear and Theleus, Obsidian helping by yowling loudly at Theleus.

Stella's rapier finds it's mark in Theleus' throat. The mad Druid collapses, unable to take any more punishment. You also poke the bear with your dagger.

Yvan isn’t happy that some of his friends fell unconscious! “Get them up, I’ll take care of the bear.” He growls to the others then attacks the bear with a mighty swing, thanks to Obsidian’s help!

Furlong steadies himself after the huge eruption, a bit worse for the wear. He looks immediately for Stella, and seeing she is on her feet, he smiles quickly in relief, and then turns back to the bear. He wheels shoulder over shoulder and comes around on the bear twice with his cane, then spins back with his elbow.

Rinn fails a death save! Yvan lands a devastating blow on the bear and Furlong finishes it off! 

Out of initiative. Vastra will take the two vials from her belt and feed them to Rinn and Brooker.

Alys finally crawling over the rubble to get to the others would follow up behind Vastra placing her hands on her companions to cast a cure wounds.

Panting lightly, Stella looks down at the dust covering her clothes and armor and mixing with the blood streaming from the myriad cuts and gashes from the rockfall. "...That might need more than prestidigitation to get out. Do we think that's everything? And shall we take a look at the slippers?" She winces slightly as Obsidian jumps up onto her shoulder pad.

"If there's more in here, we're in no condition to discover it. We should tell Maxwell about what happened here." Vastra sits down and casts Detect Magic on the slippers. "These slippers have an aura of transmutation about them. I can't tell you about anything other than that, because I don't have the means to cast Identify."

Brooker is slow to come around even when treated twice over. And then even after, he just stares up in confusion at the ceiling for a while, listening perhaps, but not seeming to care much about anything except passively rubbing fast healing cuts and bruises. "Am.... Am I the only that saw.... there was no even earth.... Wha...." Came out Barnabus voice as the rest of his more static form caught up with him.

"You know what? I know enuff 'bout magic... 'nd its magic, so... just not gonna go there." He comments on idly as he got back to his feet, and dust things off. "Now what's this 'bout magic slippers? Hey al? Did'n ya buy one of those, uh, pearls for just such an occasion? Also, we carry'n this dude back to get questioned by clerics, or we put'n him and his friends in the ground 'fore we head off?"

"If he cannot be healed now and bound for further questioning and subsequent imprisonment, then we bring the corpse to Hartley and let him decide. But let us search this place before we leave for any other evidence."
