Alessandra had been cleaning her blade with a hankerchief when the interrogation started, humming quietly while the others had taken care of it for the most part. "Then let's get digging." Victor grabs a shovel with and begins to dig up a hole in the earth, venting his frustrations as he scooped up patches of earth and tossed them aside. "Idiots wanted to play GI Joe and come out here with guns. They couldn't have left this to someone with an IQ above room temperature. And they couldn't be bothered to provide any useful information." When Victor finishes helping out (which in truth, wasn't really needed since Misha and Sorrin were much stronger than he was and could probably have done this by themselves) he went towards the Hummer and opened the door. "It's time to call it a night. We're not getting anything else done."

As Victor drives back in the Hummer, he leaves a message for Webber. "We've got some stuff to talk about regarding the case. Meet us at Bliss at 9:30 p.m. Tonight." When he arrived back at the mansion, he went straight to bed, not being picky about which room he stayed in, save for the one that Harold He called his. At 5:30 p.m., while everyone else was asleep, Victor got a ping! from his phone, letting him know that his package had arrived. Gotta love express shipping. He headed down to collect the package, thankful for fall weather which meant that the sun was already mostly set by this time of day. Once he had collected his package, he went downstairs to the dungeon and got to work assembling what would be Alessandra's new table. He had contemplated purchasing a themed one, but rejected the notion, not wanting to aggravate her further by forcing her to redecorate the entire dungeon. Instead, he purchased a table that fit the theme of the current dungeon.
Assembling the table was no easy task, but Victor followed the instructions and was able to get it installed. Manual labor isn't my favorite thing in the world, but I can't exactly expect Alessandra to be content with IKEA, now can I? The table would never be the one Alessandra lost, but Victor didn't go cheap on it either, it was a very beautiful table, it fit the theme, and it's restraints would prove impossible for just about anyone to get out of. I guess that there's only one thing to do now. Victor very quietly walked up to the door of Alessandra's room. Now this is the hardest part, It's so rare that I have to give out apologies, much less ones from the heart. He knocked on her door and led her down to show her the new table. "Once again, I apologize for breaking your table. You had one rule and I broke it because I was selfish and frustrated. I know that there's no monetary value that I can put on an object that you'll never be able to get back, or the trust that I violated, or simply having you be willing to engage in pleasant conversation with me again. But I hope that you can accept this as a token of how truly sorry I am and I hope that you can have many pleasurable experiences with this table. And if this isn't to your satisfaction, know that I'm willing to use as many of my resources as I have to until you have a satisfactory replacement. It's a small price to pay for you to forgive me. And Misha. She tried to take the bullet for me, but I know that she values you more than anyone in this Coterie does, even myself. And I value you more than I value most our kindred, so that's saying a lot."

Misha gladly helped with the digging. Her and Sorrin had a friendly competition on who could dig and finish first. They had a few laughs, but in all seriousness, they did the best job they could, as they realized the gravity of the situation of the Masquerade. Hopefully, no one would notice five men were missing from Boulder. But, that would be unlikely, and it was only a matter of time that they had to own up to the situation.
The all went back home. Misha cleaned up, and as she walked through the mansion, she noticed Victor putting together the new table. It looked nice. She smiled softly. For a moment, she had the urge to test it out with him, but he was really into it and making up for what trust they had ruined with Aless, so she left him alone. Before she went to be, she sat at her desk and took a moment to send emails and text to some of her old clients from the gym and make scheduling arrangements for some personal training sessions. The next night came.
Then Webber showed up at the Bliss at about 9:30pm.
Alessandra rose to a knocking at her door, the older vampire throwing on a short silken robe prior to opening the door. Seeing who it was, she was less than pleased, but decided to humor him and come along to whatever it was he wanted to show her. As he apologized to her, she walked around the new table, letting her fingers glide up the edges. It was a pretty thing, sturdy, expensive, and looked like it would be able to hold well for whatever she wanted to use it for.
A devilish smile tugged at the corners of her lips when he finished, and she rounded the table once again to meet him. Her arms wrapped themselves around his neck, pulling him into a soft kiss then pulling away just a bit and saying, “Thank you for the gift and your kind words, my dear, truly.” She looked up to him with half- lidded eyes before pulling him back into her, their lips meeting once again in a more feverish kiss.
As it got more steamy, Alessandra pulled Victor on top of her on the new table, wanting to experiment on it to see if it could handle the weight of at least two bodies, which it did very well. After a few more minutes, Alessandra had asserted her dominance and got on top of Victor, her legs on either side of his waist as she looked down on him with a smile. Though with a blink of an eye she was gone and soon Victor could feel his arms and legs being strapped down tightly onto the table, Aless clearly not wanting him to be able to slip his hands out so easily. When he was successfully pinned and tied down, she leaned down to whisper into his ear: “Break this table and I’ll ******* kill you.” before turning and leaving.

Victor knew that he had succeeded in winning Alessandra's forgiveness when she pulled him into a passionate embrace that continued on the table. When she tied him down onto the table, he wasn't sure what was going on, but assumed that it was some form of test. Regardless of whether it was or not, he made damn sure to stay put, because he knew that she wasn't going to forgive him twice. While he waited some undeterminable amount of time for someone to come get him, he smiled. "All things considered, I'd say that this went rather well."
Alana returned to the nightclub that night, offering everyone a goodnight smile, leaving the hummer for them all to pile in tomorrow. She instead called her personal driver who picked her up, arriving back at the Bliss before morning. She did her rounds, checking on everything territorially and talking with some of her staff to make sure everything went well before she retired to her room, Lestat patiently waiting for her, freshly out of the shower. Despite offering him a smile, she crawled into bed, her laptop in her lap as she did some more research on the recent murder victims. After an hour or so, she felt Lestat nibbling under her ear, his hands placed on her knee and hip. "Work can wait until tomorrow. Lay down."
With a slight eyeroll, Alana closed her laptop and sat both it and her notes aside on the bedside table. After another 'hour' she was asleep, finally able to get some rest in her own domain where she felt the most at home.
______
Alana awoke the next night, showered, got dressed in a tight black and red dress, and threw on her leather jacket before she strode her way out of her bedroom, locking the door behind her. Lestat was still asleep when she left and she was sure he would stay that way for a few more hours. Alana made quick of luring one of the doey eyed guys that followed her around into a private room, feeding from him until she quelled the beast that had arrived from needing to heal herself (2 rouse checks. Feeding to one hunger). Her kiss lingered on the boy despite her wiping his memory of it actually occurring, instead obscuring it as a 'favor' like she always did.
The others would find Alana at her usual table in the VIP section when they arrived at The Bliss, sipping on a blood wine and surveying her territory with a keen eye, occasionally scrolling on her phone or laptop. Her office had been prepped in case a meeting was needed, the security upped due to the recent murders. By this time Lestat would have awoken and would be seated beside her, his hand on her knee as he warded off anyone she didnt want to talk to. She would wait.

With their activities for the night being done, Sorrin opted to walk back to his own Haven. He bid the others farewell and confirmed their meeting at Bliss tomorrow. He grabs some of the weapons that the wannabe vigilantes were gonna use. They were dead, so he doubted that they'd mind. He used a bag and jacket to carry them, then took them home. He enjoyed the cool breeze of the night, and stared often at the sky and nearby mountain, enjoying the scenery that his immortality allowed him to see.
Eventually, he arrived in front of a 3 storied concrete building, somewhat close to Bliss, but worse positioned in the downtown of the city. Approaching the entrance to the place, he ignored the logos and pictures on the door, somewhat embarrassed at the idea for a company logo that he made all those years ago. Swiping his clearance card, he heard the familiar click of the steel door as it unlocked and he entered. The lobby was mostly empty, no surprise there, save for a pair of guards at the counter who he gave a small smile and wave to. Recognizing him, they straightened up and nodded back, before clicking a few buttons that unlocked a door to the side of the lobby. Giving them a nod, he went down into the basement of the office and settled down into his room. He placed the weapons from the night at the foot of the stairs and respectfully left his blade on the table. Falling onto the couch, he closed his eyes and drifted to sleep.
Come dusk, Sorrin opens his eyes and lets out a sigh. He gets his needs taken care of, then changes into a fresh set of clothes before heading out to walk to Bliss. Entering the club, he quickly spotted Alana and made his way over to the VIP section, taking a seat across from her and Lestat. While waiting for the others, he'll check his cell for messages and news while he was asleep.
From his restrained position, Victor returned to contemplating the case, occupying his mind for the time being. He thought to himself. The last victim was lying in a pool of blood, so they didn't clean up for some reason. Those G.I. Joe dumbasses were able to spot the killer, albeit in the dark, and track them to the kill spot. Could they have interrupted them before they had the chance to feed or do whatever it was that they were trying to? He spent a few moments mentally going through what he would tell Webber, before moving on to other subjects, like all of the fun things that he planned on doing to Misha once she got her room soundproofed, adjusting his purchase plans for the winter now that he was $11,000 poorer, making mental notes to learn Russian. And then he ran out of things to think about and started staring at the designs on the ceiling.
