Sorrin sighs with a look of sympathy & pity towards the faces of the frantic mob. Pulling out his blade, bursts forward as he gives two long powerful cuts through the air. Landing on the other side of the mob, he slowly sheathes his sword as the mob freezes in place, almost shocked. Once the blade is fully sheathed, like dominoes, their bodies all fall to pieces, spraying blood all over the bathroom walls.
It wasen't even a contest. Sorrin deftly used his blades to cut skillfully into the rush of mortal pawns and killed many. Blood splattered everywhere. Misha swung and pushed and was also able to work together with Alana, whom she was focused on keeping safe. Within a few moments of slashing from Sorrin, and physical brutality from Misha - the filth ridden bathroom was quiet once more. Misha leaned on the tile on the wall to her left, looking tired, but not physically. "This place. Eet is awful, so much filth and blood and violence. How many slaves does Ordonio hef? He is prepared for us. I can feel eet."
Showoff. Victor reloaded while he looked at Sorrin's handiwork. "Shit, with you two cutting through those guys, you don't even need me." Let's get done with this so we can get a shower.

The bathroom had a punched out wall that led into what appeared to once have been a break room. Lockers, vending machines, furniture. Everything was abused and dirty, any machinery had been torn open and ransacked, destroyed. A single light flickered overhead. On a single brick wall, a horrible blood illustration depicted what looked like stick figured with their arms in the sky, around a circle with devilish symbols. A huge drawing of a shadow horror was in the center caught in the stillness of emergence. Symbols and what looked to be like letter were scribbled all across that wall, illegible.
We opened a door and made our way back into the warehouse. We climbed and walked and crawled our way down a linear path, dimly - all filled with lit candles and destroyed pallets and debris everywhere. We approached a strange sight. Televisions, hundreds of them, all positioned to form a maze that led us to the center of the abandoned warehouse. Most were all on - tuned into static. As we slowly walked, Aless could see the outlines of dozens of humanoid people. We took one turn, and startled, as one of the cultists pushed a TV over which broke at our feet - only for the cultist to scurry away. We proceeded further into the TV maze. We were on edge, even Misha. Voices of guttural screaming and grunting could be heard in the near distance constantly.
A voice filled our mind again, many people talking in unison - both male and female. How was this possible?
<Make no mistake. It is YOU who is being hunted.>
All of the televisions went dark. Another wave of cultists converged on us. They would be upon us in seconds. Was there no end to them? Victor sees something over in the near distance, another door. A shortcut perhaps, to avoid a fight, to press on? DV2 to figure it out before this next wave assaults you all.
Victor knew that the team was growing tired as they kept fighting Ordonio's lackeys, both physically and mentally. So when he saw dozens more of his lackeys approaching, he mentally swore. He tried searching for a way out of this and almost despaired until he caught something in the reflection of Alessandra's eye. There! He gives Alessandra a little kiss on the cheek for helping him and pulls everyone that way.
Misha slammed through the doorway Victor and Aless saw, although she was ready for a fight, but the scene in the next room - or the next department, she should say - continued the theme of grizzly horror before them. Misha quickly swung around, and barred the door with an industrial pipe found among the debris in the room.
The smell was overpowering. A few dim lights in the room flickered and some sort of terrible meat department was revealed. Huge slabs of skinned and rotten pigs hung from numerous hooks - at some point ready to be cut and sold. Now, they were all rotten with flies and it was nearly impossible not to retch. Blood was all over the floor, the walls, in addition to more terrible satanic symbols and the poorly drawn images of a creature emerging from a portal surrounded by stick figures. Flies buzzed in our faces.
As we slowly made our way through the pig carcasses, Misha froze for a moment looking up. Human bodies, skinned and drained of blood, hung in horrible positions from the meat racks. She coughed. Something was in the air. She pointed to a double doorway which led back out to the main warehouse as he lungs burned. A green mist was rapidly forming, and Misha cough again.
MECHANICS The combination of the rotten food, unsterile conditions, and a mild poisonous gas are affecting us fast. We need to get out of here before we suffer major health damage. Make a Stamina + Survival roll vs DV3. Margins of success will heal superdog WP damage at a rate of 2 for 1. So, if you roll 4 success margins, you heal 2 superdog WP damage. Any fail margins will result in unhalved superdog Health damage.
“I love the interior design of this place,” Alessandra deadpans, her tone drowning in sarcasm. Even despite covering her mouth and nose, the stench still assaults her nostrils, sending her into a slight coughing fit. When they manages to navigate out the area, she rouses her blood to aid in pushing the toxins out of her body.

Alana covers her mouth and nose with disgust. "Yeesh this place is disgusting..." She attempts to force her blood throughout her body to fight against the toxins, struggling as she coughs in annoyance. She forces her blood to clear out the toxins until she feels the beast hiss in annoyance, aching for food.
When they make it out of the area, before moving even more forward, Alessandra halts the group. “I know some of us are hungry due our exertions. I have some blood packs, only four, but something is something.” She says as she digs into per purse to pull out two bags and hands them to Alana. “Here. I know you’re not doing too well, so this should help a bit. You’re not you when you’re hungry.”
She then looks to the others. “Only two left, any of you want them?”

Misha managed to kick out the door of the butcher storage back to the broken and cult decorated aisles of the main warehouse. Again, we climbed ladders, walked through rusted scaffolding, and stepped over hundreds of candles. Blood was smeared everywhere. On the walls, on the floor, over trash and boxes. We came to an area where the aisle were pushed aside, as if making a walled off arena in the darkness.
ALANA: At hunger 4, the sight of fresh blood makes the Beast in you stir wildly. You'll have to pass a hunger frenzy test to try and keep calm. Look at the number of unchecked Willpower boxes you have left. Take those many dice, PLUS an amount of dice equal to 1/3 your Humanity score, and try and beat DV2. If you succeed, you control the Beast raging inside you. If you fail, you go into a hunger frenzy and bite a random player next to you, lowering your hunger, and increasing theirs per the rules of 1 for 1.
In the center of the area was a massive mound of debris - it was a mountain of garbage - and at it's top was what appeared to be an ancient relic - the chalice?
<If there ever was a mouth of madness, you are staring into it..>
Shrieks and screams and the rush of cultists came once again from all directions, they climbed over and through the shelves and rushed us again. They were barely clothed, covered in blood and satanic runes. We girded ourselves for what we hoped was the end of the road. For them, or for us.
MECHANICS You have reached what looks like the chalice, but in order to reach it, you'll have to climb the mound of debris and fend off the cultists. Someone must pass a DV3 Dexterity + Athletics check to grab it. Every other person must deal with swarming cultists of the Atellis Ater. Anyone who fights must pass a DV3 violence check like normal by forming a pool based on how you attack. Margins of success fend off your "group", margins of failure mean you take that much superficial damage, halved, and you still have your "group" to contend with.
Alana drinks the blood bags with a thankful nod towards Aless, quelling the beast for now. When they arrive to the cultists, Alana stays safely behind Misha, moving to assist her in brawling and backing off the cultists. If she gets the chance after Misha knocks out a cultist or two, Alana will consider having Misha pass her their bodies to not only get them out of her way, but to also allow her to quell the still slightly present hunger inside her.

With a bone cracking snap, Misha punches one of the cultists down, head locking another one, and tossing it hard into the third on rusher. She quickly nods to the one with the broken jaw, knocked out. "Thees one ees for you, beautiful."she says to Alana.
Sorrin rushes to grab the chalice, takes of hold of it, and a horrible darkness erupts from the top of the mountain as you grab it. You hear terrible mocking laughter as a force from the Abyss pushes you back to ground level, hard. Sharp barbed tentacles erupt from the center of the debris mountain and spread to cover everything in an inky blackness, cloaking you all in the Abyss. Unless someone can see supernaturally, everything now is completely pitch black. Something is among the darkness..manifested.
<In the Abyss, we are many. You are few. How can you hope to prevail against us?>
THE SHOWDOWN Ordonio of the Angellis Ater is a vampire who has mastered the Lasombra Discipline of Obfuscate. His powers allow him to attack you while blinded in the inky darkness of the Abyss - and he uses this mastery to wound you. Those who cannot see in the supernatural darkness will have a much harder time hitting. All damage TO Ordonio is halved unless you have a Discipline that says otherwise. Once Ordonio has taken 10 superficial damage, he is downed.
