Axandros, seeing that one of the pirates was truning his back on him, raised is dagger and tried to stab him in this opportune moment.

The wizard then again channeled another Fire Bolt and hurled it in the direction of Dead-eye. He thought that this bandit surely couldn't take much more punishment. "Die you bastard!", he exclaimed, "Die!".

Out of magic Pogo knew he needed to help end this fight before Arrow was cut down again. Rushing forward he shouts "Dead-eye your life ends here!"

Alea will go for a stab on the downed pirate number three by thrusting her sword at him

Arrow gives Dead Eye the Evil Eye and then strikes him

Hunferho asks the others: "Is there any worth in keeping one of them alive for information?"  (Probably #2, who is currently restrained and prone.)

Action - Vicious Mockery at the pirate hit in the face by Pogo. "Even if you like the music by the bard group Smash Mouth, you aren't supposed to be literal about it." WIS save DC 13, or 1 psychic and disadvantage on next attack.

Alea shook her head as she looked at the pirate “it’s not worth it” she said before stepping forward and going to slash her longsword across the 6th pirates chest

Arrow pulls out his wicked looking cheese knife and goes to remove the head of Dead-Eye 

(Think it's safe enough to say you've beat the remaining two pirates.)

There is more uproar as a few patrons begin to hit one another in the confusion, but the pirates are finally killed. The upstairs room has become a brawl, but the party manages to extract themselves from the fight. With Dead-Eye being slowly decapitated (a cheese knife will take a while), the party can either head back downstairs or watch the brawl from the corner of the room.

@Arrow:

Search the pirates, especially the boss. Mostly for loot, but also for any information they might have. (Maybe they did some jobs for the Dead Three. Or more about Tarina than we know right now.)

Hunferho is also looking for a dagger he can take, so he can have a spare.

After the bar brawl has quieted down enough, he will head over to Alan the bartender, to find out if there is a place where dead thugs should be taken. (Probably not good for business to leave them indoors.)

Arrow will slip most of the jewelry in to a pouch and put the ring on and then look for something to put Dead-Eyes head in (bag, pillow case, bucket etc) if anyone looks at him cross after he takes the head he'll say "It's easier than hauling a whole body around to claim a bounty...."

Khaffosi, still raging, will bellow out to the patrons in the room, "By the Flaming Fist, leave now!"  He'll prop his greataxe, making it ready to slam into someone...

Intimidation: 20

Then Khaffosi will turn to Arrow, "By the nine Hells Arrow, what are you doing?"  Khaffosi will try to grab Arrow by the tuft of an ear and drag him away from the corpse.

If you wish to loot the other pirates (which are currently in the brawl) it'll be a DC 15 Strength (Athletics) check or DC 15 Dexterity (Acrobatics) check to get to them to loot without getting stray punches thrown your way.

There is a dagger by Dead-Eye which Hunferho can loot.

(we'll get to the intimidate once I've seen what other people are doing.)

Alea stood by next to Khaffosi still holding onto her longsword as she eyed the crowd as if waiting for them to disperse, while waiting Alea took a deep breath and attempted to shrug off the minor wounds she had

Axandros took a deep breath as the situation was finally under control. Or so it seemed at least. The aggressors had been taken care of and only a few patrons kept the brawl alive in some corners of the room. Seeing that some of his companions already went for the valuables left behind by Dead-eye and his goons, Axandros said, "Just remind yourselves that we will be sharing this stuff!"

Pogo goes to check on Arrow to make sure he is alright but comes across the sight of him slowly decapitating Dead-eye with a butter knife and decides to walk away. Approaching Khaffosi and Alea he puts his mace away "You two fought well! Thanks to you the seas are a little safer." 

The brawl dies down after a couple of minutes, plenty of knocked out drunkards, and the remaining being shouted out by the temporary Flaming Fist deputy. Collecting the corpses of the downed pirates, there is a collection of 26 silver pieces in money pouches on them, alongside whatever Arrow has left on Dead-Eye (which I think is nothing).

(Tarina mentioned she would be a few hours, so you could perhaps take at least a short rest whilst waiting for her return. It is up to you if you'd prefer to try and get a room for the night and sleep off the worst of it once Tarina returns with the intel.)

Khaffosi will walk over to one of the chairs, slam his battleaxe onto the table and sit as if in meditation.  Flames sprout from his wounds and they slowly start to close.
