(I think it's Lionel on the back of his steed?) Ulthan was right, the boy from the prison was a werewolf... Good they did not seek help of those monsters - if others were anything like that one, they did not know so much as elementary gratitude.
For Lionel:
Lionel just had enough of the mutilated monsters around. He simply attacked the closest one (Emeric):

The Steed
Here is the problem: 3 years ago Jeremy Crawford declared "While ridden, the steed follows the normal mounted combat rules (PH, 198). Unridden, it has normal action options."
If it still stays, the paladin steed is an intelligent creature. So, he is independent and can have his own actions. But since "...you have an instinctive bond with it that allows you to fight as a seamless unit" he is supposed to follow paladin's orders, right?
If not - say and I'll roll separate initiative for him. If yes - he will attack.
Emeric, should he survive Lionel's attacks: Attack: 22 Damage: 8
Bogan, if Emeric is dead, in that case Trampling Charge is added (DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and then attacked with hooves)

Ketch swings his axe slashing into the werewolf in front of him, the axe, though magical, seems to do less damage to the massive creature than he was hoping...despite striking it solidly twice. Two blasts of magic rip past Ketch and slam crushingly into the creature. It's red eyes glance at Mordekai....and it growls in anger.
Meanwhile, Lionel, upon his steed, has the glowing blade lash out, filling the fog with it's bright glow. The blade slashes down twice at the creature, leaving radiant burns across it's side, though it's still very much standing. His horses hooves rise up and thud down onto the werewolf with a thud, but the creature seems to ignore the horses attack.
Ulthan releases two arrows towards the mage at the back. The wizard shrieks in pain as the arrows slam into him.
Then a fireball erupts, catching both the werewolves at the back, and the ones at the front just in front of the group. The magical flames rush towards the group and stop just short, a blazingly hot wind blowing past everyone's faces while the werewolves all get charred.
Anton, growls and suddenly decides to ignore Ketch and moves past him and straight at Mordekai (No AoO since he doesn't leave Ketch's threat area, just moves around him.)
Mordekai : It lashes at out at you with it's claws, swinging wildly : Attack: 21 Damage: 10 and then it's jaws try to close on your shoulder, Attack: 21 Damage: 8 (if it hits, CON DC 12 or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy).
Ketch, you're not left alone however as the next one closes on you. Darzin lashes at out at you with it's claws, swinging wildly : Attack: 9 Damage: 10 and then it's jaws try to close on your shoulder, Attack: 10 Damage: 6 (if it hits, CON DC 12 or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy).

Gorek rushes forward, and holds up his arm, clutching a necklace with his other hand, and suddenly a swarm of translucent devils erupt around him and begin flitting about. (Spirital Guardians, 15 necrotic damage, DC 13 wisdom save for half. Lionel, Ketch, and Lionel's mount will start their turn within the swarm.). Then he points at Meepo and growls, and Meepo, a spectral hand appears above you and takes a swipe at you. Attack: 20 Damage: 4 force damage if it hits.
The wizard walks off to one side, and hurls a ball of fire at Meepo, then takes full cover behind a tree. Attack: 17 Damage: 6 fire damage.
Clavdia takes aim at Ketch and shoots her crossbow. Attack: 19 Damage: 12 + 14 Sneak attack damage.
Attacks against Anton, Darzin, and Emeric have Advantage this round.

After the first hit, Mordekai will use his Misty Escape reaction, teleporting away behind the skeletons and to the left side of the path (upto 60ft and invisible until my turn). So taking 9 damage from the first hit, and DC12 CON save (benefitting from Lionel's Aura of Protection? Not sure if Mordekai is quite within 10ft. I'll leave it out, but if I'm within 10ft of Lionel, then add +3 to the roll: 11
(Mordekai: "You remain invisible until the start of your next turn or until you attack or cast a spell." So if you eldritch blast from range you'll become visible....fyi.)

Lionel swings his blazing sword down twice at Emeric, leaving two more egregious wounds across his chest. The horse hooves smash down upon him but just seem to bounce off the big creature.
Anton gets struck two more times from vicious blasts of force magic that crackle through the air and strike him with a hollow boom.
Two arrows strike the werewolf Anton as well. He looks bashed and bloodied but still in a frenzy...despite being unable to move.
Magic missiles whip through the air towards the mage from Meepo but splatter against a sudden magical shield he raises.
Darzon leaps at Ketch with ferocity. Attack: 24 Damage: 13 and then it's jaws try to close on your forearm, Attack: 18 Damage: 7 (if it hits, CON DC 12 or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy). (Roll your concentration checks as well if you're struck.)
An arrow flies at Ketch from the woman with the crossbow : Attack: 16 Damage: 9 + 9 sneak attack damage. Then she moves with quick speed and takes full cover behind a tree. (Roll your concentration checks as well if you're struck.)
A blast of fire from the mage as well as he steps out, releases the spell, and steps back behind cover. Attack: 21 Damage: 1 (Roll your concentration checks as well if you're struck.)
Gorek meanwhile charges around Lionel and rushes into the midst of the group, all the way up to Meepo.

Meepo, a spectral hand above you takes a swipe at you. Attack: 12 Damage: 10 force damage if it hits. Then, standing before you, the priest transforms, the hideous sound of cracking bones and warping muscle and flesh as it becomes a Werewolf in front of you.
If Ketch's concentration is lost, Anton and Emeric may get an action, otherwise they make more saves : 218 (Emeric breaks from of the spell...)

Mordekai, now furious that Anton is still up (seriously, he's taken something like 96 points of damage between Mordekai, the fireball an Ulthan!), continues his assault.
(If he dies to the first Eldritch Blast, Mordekai will shift Hex onto Darzin. Not sure if he can do that between Blasts or if both Blasts need to be taken immediately as they're the same action, but he'll transfer it as the end of turn if not)

The woman wasn't as sneaky as she thought she was, Ketch raises his shield and deflects the arrow harmlessly.
A subtle shift of his shield protects Ketch from the blast of fire as well...
((Are there attacks of opportunity on Gorek? Seems they would have passed by Lionel at least, possibly Ketch as well, though probably just Lionel?))
((Are these 5 foot or 10 foot squares? Spirit Guardians is a 15' sphere, I'm not sure Ketch would still be in it's area of effect at the start of his turn? Or is Ketch technically going first and I'm just confused 'cause initiative order is a bit fluid since they're all doing their actions and then we all are? Whatever, it's all good, just asking. *shrug*))
