(Since we are all in the same room still I assume Meepo would hear anyway, so my post remains, unless the DM rules otherwise.) Meepo is on his way up the stairs to find these little bigs...
As the old woman leaves, Mordekai casts Disguise Self on himself, making himself look exactly like the old woman. He goes upstairs and when he sees the other women he's heard from below, he'll say in his best impression of the old woman, "There's a child outside. Both of you, go get it! Quick!"
I'm assuming a Deception check will be necessary at some point: 21
When the woman leaves Kane informs his companions of what conspired upstairs. He waits to see if Mordekai’s trick is successful before following him upstairs.
Everyone is informed about the children after the woman walks out.
When Meepo sees Mordekai cast his illusion and head up the stairs, he decides to pause a moment to see if the ruse works.
The two women looks at Mordekai, their faces screwed up. "Why me? It's 'errr turn.." "No, it's your turn!" They look at Mordekai and his illusionary glare. "Aaagg, fine!" they say together.
The rest of the group watch as two, rather hideous women walk down the stairs, squinting at everyone suspiciously. One grabs the others arm and looks at her, then looks around. Just then the other woman steps back into the windmill. "What 'ar you two doin down here?"
A moment passes. One of them says, "Ma'...I think these strangers are deceiving us..."
She growls glancing around. "Eh, this would have been easier if you'd just gone to sleep, but fine. GET 'EM GIRLS!"
(Everyone roll init). Mordekai, you're actually on the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs from the two sisters.
(OK. Does Mordekai know what the third floor looks like? The daughters were up there originally, weren't they? So when I went to get them, I'd have gone all the way up.)
Mordekai screams in his best impersonation of the old woman's angry voice, "What are you two doing?! Some imposter walks in through the front door, and you turn on me?! That's not me! Kill that imposter!"
Then I turn and stomp up the stairs to the third floor, and over to where Kane heard the child's voice.
Deception (I assume a fresh deception roll would be needed): 12
”We’ll hold them down here!” He yells up the stairs. “Find the child and get it to safety!”
Kane’s eyes smolder with fury as he charges out the door and hits the nearest figure head-on.
Kane will cast Arms of Hadar when he is sure his companions are at a safe distance. All creatures within 10 feet must make a Strength Save DC 14 or take 11 necrotic damage, half as much on a successful save.
The one daughter looks back up the stairs, "What, wait, hunh?" She stands confused, trying to figure out what's real as the room erupts into combat. The other daughter and mother have no such hesitation.
A dark shadow gathers amongst Kane and then stripes of blackness leap out and attack the two daughters. (the mother is on the other side of the room).
Daughter one Strength save: 5. oops ,they have advantage. 20.
Daughter two Strength save: 6. oops ,they have advantage. 14.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The mother steps forward towards Aga as she stands up, reaching out with her hand, touching Aga and leaving a strange tingling sensation, "Boils and warts and mind of fog." (Wisdom saving throw please)
The other daughter looks to the room, and in a hushed hackled voice says, "Sleep all, sleep..." 17
Rat, though undead, is overcome by the magical spell and flops to the ground in a heap, snoring through it's rotten open ribcage. Ireena's eyes roll up into her head and she collapse.
Both attacks skitter off of the womans skin, leaving her unharmed.
Alright, everyone can take their next actions now. Aga, if you fail your save (DC 15), make another save at the start of your turn, Wisdom (DC 15), if you fail that, you miss this turn.
((Sorry, I misread and thought Kane told all of us, not just Mordekai. I'll edit my post above.))

Yes, 2nd floor is the millstone. Though it's only a few quick steps back up into the room with the trapped child.
If you go before 12, please take your action!
