Pizazz's Ravenloft and Beyond

(Meepo, my apologies, your familiar is conscious, it is undead and unaffected by Sleep, obviously, but undead immunity is listed in the spell, not in the undead description, so I missed it.) 

The daggers both slice into the dark hag, spraying small amounts of blood.  She growls as she is beset by multiple foes. 

She strikes out at Ismark with her claws again, growling, Attack: 14 Damage: 13. 

Meanwhile the dark hag on the stairs unleashes a volley of magic missiles at Kane again, 12. 

The other one unleashes some missiles at Mordekai,  10. 

Ismark takes two more swings at her as the two of them battle intensely. Attack: 14 Damage: 7 

Attack: 7 Damage: 4

He continues to futilely swing his blade at her. 

Alright, everyone's actions, including Aga. 

Olin continues his attack on the same hag he'd been fighting with Mordekai, hoping their combined effort can bring her down. He swings at her both with his magically imbued staff and the spectral oak branch. "To the Hells with you, foul and unnatural creature! Leave these poor children alone!"  

Spiritual Weapon: 24 Damage: 8
Shillelagh: 26 Damage: 9

(Reminder that Aga and Kane can add 1d4 to attack rolls and saving throws.)

Mordekai winces in pain after taking another round of Magic Missiles, and continues to stand half way up the first set of stairs, looking down on all the commotion, firing another Eldritch Blast at the same sister.

Attack: 21 Damage: 13

After releasing the spell, Mordekai will duck back up the stairs out of sight. (Wait, I just re-read that one of the hags is on the stairs. I'm picturing Mordekai being highest out of everyone, since he sent the two sisters down to go outside, then came back down himself. I'm picturing Mordekai at the top of the stairs looking down, not in melee range?) 

Meepo sends another bolt at the mother...

Attack: 23 Damage: 8 

"Oh...boy..." Aga rubs her temples, her vision clearing. She looks about the chaos in the room, then at her lance. "Well, make up for lost time." She will rush up to the woman Ismark is fighting.

Attack: 24+1 Damage: 17

Action surge. Stabbing again.

Attack: 26+2 Damage: 11

(Thats 18 damage for the first hit)

(Why is the 9 damage actually 18?)

The room is round, with stairs on running up the far side of the space from the door.  The oven is next to the door, and a traveling cart is actually in the center of the room.  It must barely fit out the door. The two sisters, both the one that now appears dark and hag-like, and is being badly battered by spells from Mordekai and Olin, as well as the other one mostly unharmed and still looking humanish, stand half-way up the stairs.   Just above them, 10 feet away, is Mordekai, blasting them with magic. 

In the main room, Meepo crouches behind a bit of cover launching arrow after arrow, while Ismark, the mother who now looks like a blue skinned hag, Kane, and Aga are all in melee combat. Ireena is passed out to one side. 

The one hag sister continues to be pummeled by magical energy, but still stands, her wicked features bound up into a terrible sneer of anger and pain. 

The mother is hit by another crossbow bolt from Meepo and she glares at him, "Yer next you little rat!" 

Aga lays into the mother with a vicious hit, but her dark blue leather flesh seems incredibly tough, and the second blow glances off of her. 

Then, the mother moves around Aga, getting to the far side of Aga from Kane and Ismark.  (Kane and Ismark both get an attack of opportunity from this movement.)  Ismark swings as the hag mother scrambles away from him.  Attack: 7 Damage: 13

Kane, your action, plus you get an AoO. 

The mother, moving around Aga, cackles in glee, and a dark cloud of magical energy gathers around her hands, and with an explosive blue blast, a Lightning Bolt rips through Aga, Kane, and Ismark.  (Roll dex save, DC 15.  Damage 30, or save for half) 

The bolt explodes through the wall of the windmill, blasting chunks of plaster and wood in a spray out into the countryside.  

 Ismark save:  12

 Ismark is blown off his feet, falling into the wall blown out behind him, chunks of wood clattering around behind him.  The smell of ozone fills the air as he shakes himself and pushes himself back up to his feet, his sword limply held in one hand. 

The less injured sister pounces up the stairs, touching Mordekai, a tingling sensation pulsing through his skin.  (Roll Wisdom save DC 15.  If you fail, you have to roll Wisdom save 15 at the start of your turn, in order to act.) 

The other, more injured hag sister cackles gleefully as the ringing still echoes in everyone's ears, and leaps down the stairs to next to Meepo, "C'mere rat!!"  and she swings at him with her claws.  Attack: 13 Damage: 12

Everyone's turn.  Kane, you technically now have 2 turns!!  And an Attack of Opportunity. 

 dex save: 23 plus 2

Aga is going to use Second Wind to get 7 health

She will then turn to the mother. "You brought this on yourself."

Attack: 22 Damage: 12

Mordekai WIS saving throw: 13

And again at start of turn: 18

So Mordekai is on the second floor by himself in melee with the least damaged Sister? 

(Sorry guys, the holidays have been keeping me busy. Feel free to take over for Kane if I’m holding things up.)

Kane lashes out with a dagger as his opponent draws away. Attack: 7 Damage: 3

For his first action, Kane will cast Crown of Madness on the mother. (Wisdom Save DC 14)

For his second action he will launch himself at the nearest enemy and unleash a flurry of daggers. Attack: 22 Damage: 5 Attack: 24 Damage: 5

Meepo casts misty step appearing somewhere he can get a shot at one of the three who is in melee with one of the group.  He then takes another crossbow shot...  Preferring to shoot the injured daughter or the mother.

Attack: 16 Damage: 9

Mordekai will cast Misty Step to appear back downstairs, in a side of the room away from either the Mother or the Hag Sister, and will cast another Eldritch Blast at the Hag Sister.

Attack: 15 Damage: 12 

Kane's dex save:  18 +2

Kane and Aga side step the worst of the electrical blast that rips through the room with a powerful clap of thunder. 

Dark shadows coelesce around Kane and swell towards the mother, an iron crown appearing over her, but only momentarily as the darkness fizzles away like so much shadow.  

Aga leaps at the mother, her lance whistling wide. Kane's lunges in, both daggers swinging, slashing her twice, drawing more purple blood.  (btw, your off hand attack doesn't add dex to the damage, unless I'm missing something on your character sheet).

Meepo vanishes, appearing elsewhere, his bolt flying towards the mother and slamming off of her shoulder and twirling away. 

Mordekai appears in the room, behind the oven, and unleashes a blast of energy at the mother that flies buffets off her, somehow not affecting her. 

She cackles loudly.  

Ismark rushes her once more, "Die WITCH!!!"  His blade whistles through the air, his burnt, dust covered face looking fearsome.

Attack: 24 Damage: 4

Attack: 23 Damage: 4

The mother shrieks at claws at him again, Attack: 22 Damage: 16

The less injured non-hag sister is upstairs yelling, "Where'd ya go, you little!!" 

The more injured hag sister that's down here with everyone looks around for Meepo, and sees him across the room, "There you are rat!"  She flings magical bolts that fly into him. 11

Ismark drops the ground as her claws rip into him, spraying his blood across the room.  She cackles in glee, holding up her gore covered fingers.   (first death save: 6) 

Everyone's turn. 

Mordekai sees Ismark go down with a sense of dread. There's nothing he can do about it though, except make sure the hags go down, so he continues his Eldritch Blast assault on the injured Hag Sister.

Attack: 9 Damage: 14 

Frustrated at the swiftness of this woman, Aga will assume her beast form and go for a bite on her jugular.

Attack: 10 Damage: 7

Meepo casts shield to deflect the magic missiles.  He then sends another crossbow bolt at the mother...
