(Ketch isn't close enough to Lionel to get Crusader's mantle when he makes his melee attack.)
Ketch swings his axe at the dragon, his first blow slicing narrowly into the creatures scaled, drawing blood once again. The thing hisses down at him, then once more rises up on it's hind legs and both wings slam forward, striking at Ketch with a powerful concussive force.
Ketch : Dex save DC 20 or take 9 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
Mordekai then summons his magic, twisting the universe around him and with a "pffwwuump" Mordekai appears in the dragons cave. The door on the far side is concealed behind a veil of fog...and Mordekai is surprised to see no dragon in here. Though Ketch is just twenty feet from him near the double doors to the left and it's clear he's battling a dragon all by himself. A tail lashes around and tries to slam him.
The tail lashes around at Ketch. (again, rolled with advantage in case you got knocked prone) Attack: 31 Damage: 12.

Lionel ran back into the room where Ketch alone hold the dragon. To cover last 30ft he had to use magic (Misty Step) but he got there - right besides his friend and tried to reach the beast with rapier:
Attack: 22 Damage: 9 Attack: 24 Damage: 7
(Not sure it is possible, but by my calculations Lionel has to land left of Ketch's present position. In this case (provided doors are opened) diagonally he can reach the dragon. But if not, then Lionel will use his action for Radiant Soul)
Lionel rushes down the misty hallway. Just as he gets to the edge of the fog and can see Ketch and the dragon battling he summons his magic...bending the universe around him and skipping over the rest of the space, his blade already swinging. The first blow crashes off a big chunk of dragon plating, but the second finds a weaker leathery patch and leaves a good gouge across the dragon's side. It growls loudly.
As Ketch finds himself on his butt, his head ringing a bit, he's rather pleased to see the cavalry arrive. (remember to add your +1d4 damage from Crusaders Mantle if you're within 30 feet of Lionel.)
Meepo's turn. I'll give him a day to get on (and make his wife angry)...before I bot him. (In the meantime, perhaps you guys could make suggestions for what he should do on his action in the OOC thread?)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Meepo lets the wall of force go. He then moves to where he can see the enemy, if he cannot do so, then he will have to do some other action. Not sure how thick this mist is... If he can get to where he can see the dragon, and can cast sight-based spells, he casts a 4-th level magic missle.
Force damage: 22
If he cannot do the above, then he will move to melee range of the dragon and instead he will cast his resiliant sphere spell on himself, and use cower and beg to grant all of his companions advantage on their attacks.
DM Oops here. I keep forgetting that first room is difficult terrain, being in 4 feet of water.
Lionel, if you use 30 feet of movement it gets you inside the hallway, then another 30 gets you through the fog, and the misty step can get you up to the dragon if you want, but that's your full action. Let me know how you want to modify.
Meepo, you're essentially in the same position, EXCEPT, you have to "dismount" your skeleton since it refuses to move closer to the dragon, so you'll have to swim through the water to the hallway. Then once on dry land, you're in fog, you can use your movement to get through the fog and get eyes on the dragon, but still be about 25 feet from the dragon after taking a Dash action.
Both of you let me know what you'd like to do, knowing that's how far away you are.

Meepo would do the move and dash, getting within 25 feet of the dragon. Are those spells he has been casting? I.E. can Meepo counter some of the things, or are they more spell-like abilities or something? I know Meepo was not in range,a nd could not see the dragon until now this round, so more asking for future things than things that have happened so far.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(So far he has only cast a single spell that Meepo's seen, and that was Misty Step. Everything else has been abilities.)
Ketch, on his butt, is happy see Lionel come rushing up to join the battle, as well as see Mordekai appear in a twisting teleportation, as well as Meepo appear from the fog...skeletonless but present.
Meepo, ears ringing and unable to hear anything comes running through the fog and looks around.
The dragon though growls, "I'll crush you one at a time!" He looks down at Ketch, "But you first..."
Breath recharge : 3.
A huge claw slams down onto Ketch. Attack: 31 Damage: 17. Followed by another raking powerful claw. Attack: 29 Damage: 9. Finally the dragon's jaws lash down attempting to chew on Ketch's poor body. Attack: 19 Damage: 12
Ulthan grumbles, everyone ran in, so he moves with ease into the darkest fog, waving cat over forgetting the fog despite being thick in it. As he emerges and seeing the dragon he lets off two more arrows cause that's worked so far. Attack: 26 Damage: 6 Attack: 12 Damage: 7

An arrow strikes off the dragon drawing some blood while another just clatters off a hard scale.
A tail lashes down at Ketch : Attack: 18 Damage: 11
Outside the darkening skies there is a crash of thunder. Then the fog that had filled the other room seems to spread all about the group, though Mordekai and Meepo can tell that each of them are just on the edge of the fog that seems centered on the dragon. The fog is so think that you can't seem to see your hand in front of your face. (In the fog is treated as blinded. Attacks are at disadvantage since the Dragon has blindsight.)
Mordekai thinks he remembers where the dragon was before it disappeared in the fog. He casts Hex on the dragon, and follows up with his customary Eldritch Blasts into the fog.
Attack: 14 Damage: 14 + 6 Hex Damage.
Attack: 14 Damage: 6 + 2 Hex Damage.
(If Mordekai cast Darkness on himself, would he gain advantage to cancel out the fog's disadvantage?)

“That…” Ketch says, after getting knocked on his butt then bashed around a bit. “…hurt.”
Climbing to his feet, Ketch mutters a pray and makes a rote religious gesture and casts Cure Wounds upon himself at 4th level for 20 points of healing.
Settling back into his fighting stance, the half Orc will take but a moment (a bonus action, if you will) to catch a Second Wind for 4 of regained vim and vigor.
Movement wise, Ketch tries to sidle along the dragon and position himself on an opposite side of it from Lionel. No sense bunching up…

(Mordekai is blind, he's unable to cast Hex on the dragon since it specifically states you need to be able to see who you're casting it on. If he cast Darkness....the dragon's blindsight would still work, and Mordekai would still be blind from the fog, so it would not cancel out the disadvantage. If darkness were to blind the dragon, then it WOULD work, but blindsight unfortunately sees through both fog and darkness.)
Two blast of magic rip through the swirling fog. Mordekai hears them hit something but it's the dull thwack of them striking something hard and not damaging anything.
Ketch, grunting, gets up, casting his spell on himself....catching his breath, and sidling around the dragon so they don't bunch up. The dragon responds, "Stay down worm!" Ketch hears in the fog and the hair suddenly swirls with violence as once again the dragon smashes Ketch with his wings.

"Wait!" Lionel was talking to Ketch. He could not see neither him nor dragon in that soup but the beast's presence was betrayed by the sounds - that metal clanking of the scales and the heavy breath. As for Ketch, it's hard to be particularly silent stumbling in the fog in full armour with a weapon and the shield in the hands. Lionel was moving after that sounds, suspecting that more help might be needed. Big thud proved him right.
The paladin was just carefully moving until he could trip over Ketch (almost trip over, he was very careful). "Here, let me help"
Lay on Hands for 30HP to Ketch.
The idea to separate was sound, of course, and should he be able to continue his walk around the dragon, he would do so.
(Yes, it would, you are totally right! But the dragon doesn't want to get clobbered by the knight or struck by the wizards spells, so he's smart enough and knows how his wings and fog interact enough to delay his wing beating until AFTER Meepo's turn....but I'll clear up the timing going forward....)
Moving through the thick fog, Lionel finds Ketch, seeing the shadowy movements occasionally, and hearing the scales and and movement is enough for Lionel to navigate by and he skirts around the dragon and finds Ketch, pressing his hands only the orc and healing his wounds.
