"Very well." Elias says. "I trust your judgment."

Still, knowing that spells can make creatures do strange things he will keep and eye on them. 

"Why do you not wish to climb the rock?"  Gotch asks the goblins with a glance towards the rock in question.

Rhogar over hearing Loraviels explanation and say "I will try and help free them but make sure they know that is what I am doing and that they will not attack us." Rhogar makes his way over to the spike in the wall holding the chains and attempts to remove it after she relays the message to the wolfs.

Loraviel barks to the wolves. “Just stay still, we will free you so you can go back to the forest.”

"We can go home! No more goblin sticks!" The wolves cry with joy: "oh no! Be careful! There's three goblins behind your back!"

Rhogar make a strength check not athletics unless that is a class trait.

"Dangerous!", the goblin replied: "Goblin 3 climb, goblin 3 slip and fall!"

"How do you usually go in?"  Gotch asks the goblins.

"Friends, the wolves told me there are three Goblins coming our way." Loraviel then turns to the wolves. "Would you fight the Goblins coming our way if we release you?"

Elias moves away from the direction the goblins are coming from and gets ready to cast a spell. 

He will try to hide in the shadows. 15

Rhogar wheels around looking for the three goblins Loraviel ment then paused as he looked at Gotch and the two captives "Are you sure they didn't mean these three?" then turning to the captive goblins ask "Do you speak common?"

Kharnyl looks at the wolves.  "Knowing goblins, they haven't fed these olcan in some time.  But these creatures have done naught wrong and to leave them here would be cruel.  I'd say let us wait to free them until this cave is sorted and we've found our friends, but I fear we may be leaving in a hurry if things go south." Kharnyl pauses and walks over to the wolves slowly, he places a loose rock from the cave floor under the chain about three feet from the wolves. "Stand back." he declares before he raises his hammer and brings it down on the chains. And keeps hitting them until they break.

Loraviel sees Kharnyl trying to break the chains, she infuses her club with Nature's power (cast Shillelagh), and tries to hit the chains too.

The chains break releasing a loud clang. The wolves run out happy: "Thank you!"

(OOC: they've been speaking common for a long time now)

(DM, have not seen any response to my last question to the goblins...)

With the wolves released, Loraviel goes to the wolves den’s entrance, and tries to hide. Waiting for the Goblins, the wolves warned them of. (Stealth: 8)

(Loraviel is still keeping Shillelagh up)

(Guys, in case there was confusion the goblins weren't coming and the wolves are referring to the three goblins beside you, but I like the roleplay confusion, just don't take it too seriously)

"We don't go there much, and when we do we follow the water and then to Leader's room", one goblin replied pitifully.

"Well we are going there, which means you are going there."  Gotch says with a stern look.  "Lead the way if you please..." he gestures forward.

Loraviel's club goes back to normal. She seems a little embarrassed that she thought there were Goblins coming. She looks up the passage (outside of the wolves den) to see if there is any danger. (Perception: 19)

"Sorry about that. So which way do we go Friends?"

"I am loathe to take a goblin at his word, but it seems this one says the way is by the water and I think that's likely true. There's certainly more to this cave than this den.  So let's go find Gundren" Kharnyl announces before heading deeper into the cave walking along the edge of the water looking for branching tunnels or other access paths. Seeing a side passage across the river, he points it out,o wordlessly,  whto anyone who can see him. He attempts to ford the water.

Loraviel may a goblin on the rickety bridge who is on lookout who rolls a stealth check of 11 . (If he succeeds in evading sight just ignore him I guess? Am I supposed to do that or just roll in secret?)

Do a stealth check agains its perception check, 3 .

“I will scout ahead, please wait here.” Loraviel put away her club and shield under her cloak, behind her back. She then sees a Goblin on a bridge up ahead, and she tries to stay undetected. (Stealth: 18)
