There are unmarked villages here and there, a bit aside from the road. Quite possible, someone will be interested in wagon and horses. It's unlikely to get full market price and would take sometime to find buyer, but possible.
"In regards to the horses, I suggest we just take them to the next village. If we just unhook domesticated horses and let them roam, they are likely to die in the wild." He looks around and then hops up in driver seat. "Anyone want a ride?"

Hey there fella, says Ordrag in a friendly conversational tone. You don't look too flash, eh! Had a rough night? Us don't mind sharing our breakfast, but only with those who bring interesting conversation, if you get me. What's your name, mate, and how is it you came to make our acquaintance on the road there?

The prisoner looked at Ordrag then others - as much as ropes allowed him, accepted Ordrag as the boss of the gang and answered in weak raspy voice: "I am Falar. Kaddrus brought us here for a job - you. Said you took something of his, he needed to get it back and punish thieves. Guess he won and we lost."
Ordrag looks around at the others for a prompt, then turns back and continues: Kaddrus was that devil bloke? How did he know us had at, and where to find us? And who's these Knights of the Shield?

Adray, pulls out a waterskin and slowly walks towards the man. He kneels down by him (assuming he is sitting) and raises the skin to his mouth while saying. "A little water isn't much to ask but bare in you will be answering questions and your level of cooperation dictates our mood." As he says that he tips the skin for him to drink but as he finishes stares the man in the eyes, grabs his chin with his free hand and sqeezes the skin so water just floods his mouth causing him to choke and sputter before he rips it away.

The man licked his lips, savouring the water, and with a half smile looked Adray in the eyes: "Cut the crap, man. You want me talk - I will. Or I might - depends what's in it for me."
The bandit does not look like an "easily get scared" type. There are enough scars on visible parts of his body (besides wounds left by the group) to prove he knows what pain is, and most likely accept it as easy as delivers it. Whether it is a bravado or a true bravery - hard to tell.
While the guys interrogate Falar, Polly simply sit back and cast Detect Thoughts (Wisdome save DC 14 to break the connection) to try to get as much as possible from the man.
The man is on the brink of loosing consciousness again. His immediate thought are clear and not so mach are thoughts but pure wishes - for pain to lessen and thirst to be quenched. Also, there is no glimpse of hope there - either he does not believe he can get out of the situation alive, or his condition is too bad to truly analyze surroundings.
(Sorry guys! This one somehow fell off my radar! Forgot to post.)
Fran would stand back with her arms crossed, Brutus perched at her side. She'd watch the others fuss around the bandit, grumbling to herself while he refuses to speak to them, inspecting his mannerisms.

Basically, I want to see if Fran might be able to figure out what Polly is. If so, she'd begrudgingly attempt to bandaid him up and show some mercy to get him to talk.
The man is indeed in a very bad shape, no matter what he pretends to be. As a healer, you can tel that he might be forced to do something physical (and die) but to get any coherent information without at least some healing would be a problem.
Reya, who lost her interest in bandits the moment they were dealt with and was spending her time again thinking or talking to Falaster about Hellriders (apparently the only subject she cared about now) watched Fran tending bandit's wounds with a hint of curiosity. "You know, he would kill you or worse, should it be you on his place.""So I would," did not deny the accusation Falar, "Glad you are not me." Reya looked at him without any expression as at some inanimate object. "Still, I think you might be right here. It's about you, not them or anything else..."
Polly could confirm that Falar's thoughts started to appear as more abstract, concerning other things than immediate suffering. In a less dying voice prisoner asked: "What are you going to do with me?"
(Oh, forgot about the other wagon and horses. Are there any settlements between here and Candlekeep that we might be able to sell them?)

(Meh. Will just unhitch the horses and set them loose, and roll the wagon off the road before we leave, unless anyone has other plans)

Aye, aye! Ordrag salutes at Adray's suggestion, ties the horses to the back of the wagon with an expert knot, and then climbs aboard.
