Choir decides this is a good time to cast Word of Radiance!  M2 and M3 are both in range: they each take 6 radiant damage unless they make a CON save of DC16.

Fran will grin with satisfaction at Polly's recent attack. The wizard definitely didn't need the help of her infusion for that one, it was all her. The artificer hoped that would breathe the well-deserved confidence back into their little firecracker.

She'll continue her barrage of attacks on M2, defending Adray's back.

Attack 1: 8 Damage: 11 
Attack 2: 24 Damage: 8 

Brutus will continue to chew on M2 if it still stands.

Adray takes an axe strike in the back and his vision flashes red for a moment.  He inhales deeply and continues to throw out two strikes at M2 hoping to bring it down and the spins sideways and focuses on defense.

Ordrag is starting to gain a strange sense of confidence from having the small hollyphant fighting beside him, despite its relative lack of fighting prowess. Bolstered by its presence, he swings his warhammer more vigorously at the skeletal minotaur. 

Action: Attack/Warhammer.
Attack#1: 20 Damage: 6 bludgeoning.
Attack#2: 19 Damage: 8 bludgeoning.

Bonus Action: TWF/Longsword.
Attack: 14 Damage: 12 slashing.

Con saves: M2 8 , M3 7

Radiant light from Choir's fingers (to much delight of Lulu, enjoying the show) covered two massive figures. M3's remaining bones melted in it like a wax in the fire, and in a moment, only two skeletons were standing in front of the group.

Adray, though, rectify it pretty fast - M2's unholy un-life ended there and then, leaving a hip of bones on the ground and monk could turn to the one, that managed to wound him so terribly. M1 was unharmed yet, but he found himself facing the full group. Adray was first to strike. Ordrag and Fran added their strength to the blow and Lulu, with all the might and combativeness of a butterfly tried to finish the skeleton off. Attack: 10 Damage: 6   with the expected success.

 Still silent even at the brink of un-existence the skeleton raised his axe again:

vs Adray: Attack: 14 Damage: 13

Adray tosses his hands up and with the aid of his blood line magic manages turn the blade to the side.

With other 2 skeletons gone - anyone can finish M1 now.

Fran will cock her crossbow with some freshly loaded bolts. She’ll let them fly towards M1.

Attack 1: 26 Damage: 11 
Attack 2: 14 Damage: 8 

She’ll whistle, sending Brutus in to back her up.

Polly launches off a third fire bolt at the undead bull, and with great confident she chant “Brisingr Oro!” And this time the bolt leaves her hands as a blueish bullet! 

Attack: 15 Damage: 10

There was no need - the last skeleton fell to the second bolt (or combination of Polly's spell and bolt to be precise), but Brutus could now choose from collection of bones to chew on.

The path to the Chapel was clear, it seems. White marble patio, leading inside, is quiet and as decorative as ever with it's carved pillars resembling heroes of Elturel’s past. The dark mahogany doors are ajar, and the remains of the patio’s windows have spread shattered stained glass everywhere.

Polly walks over to Fran “I don’t really know what you did to my wand Fran, but what ever it was it seems to work. Thank you!”. Then she take out the wand “let’s get this over with. Lomba” she whispers into the wand in case there are any traps of secret doors near by. 

Brutus will search through the pile of bones and pull out the largest femur he could find. With a happy prance, the steel defender will take his place at Fran’s side chewing on his newly acquired tooth sharpener. The artificer would give him a good hallow pat. She’d simply nod her head with a wink to Polly.

Fran will check over the others and collect her bolts. Should everyone be in good condition, she’d be ready to continue after Polly gives the all clear.

 There are no secret doors, but Fran, Choir and Ordrag could notice (from yourposition, without entering the patio yet) a dead body in the shadows of the main hall and smears of blood. There was a fight there, and who remained - is a question. 

(Oh, and Adray is by far not in a "good condition" with a gaping bleeding wound in his back)

Noticing that Adray is pretty messed up, Choir will cast Cure Wounds at level 3 for 20.

"That, was painful," Adray said after catching his breath once Chior finished.  "Here is hoping to thats the last of the big trouble.  Anyone else hurting?  If so let's get em patched up and move on," he calls out.

Ordrag is fine and ready to proceed. He will inspect the dead body and see if there is any way to identify it.

Not so fast. So, Ordrag leaves others outside, walks up to the patio, crosses it and enters the Chapel's main hall?

Well, Ordrag is uninjured, and would probably want to ensure there are no more monsters about to jump out at them, so yeah I guess so. Perhaps lets go up as far as the patio and cautiously look around. If no danger, then proceed to the doorway and again check for danger.

And since he is getting this strange confidence from Lulu's presence, he will ask her to follow along. Eh Lulu, how about us check out the entrance, make sure nothing else there gonna jump out at everyone while they're getting patched up.

Lulu, comically fierce expression off, readily flew around the patio. "Those columns - there is something in them! Some blessing? Not working, though," her ears drooped in sadness, but raise again as little golden furball approached the entrance and looked inside. "Bad-bad-bad place! Do not like it!"

The once-beautiful main area of the chapel is littered with broken furnishings and splintered chairs. The stained-glass windows have all been smashed, though one remains mostly intact where it’s fallen whole to the floor. It depicts a representation of the god Torm placing a golden helm on the head of a man kneeling before him. Thick shadows in the corners make it difficult to see if anything is hiding in there.

Ordrag quietly says to Lulu: "Didn't the duke fella come here to find some helmet of Torm? Maybe that golden one in the glass picture is it." Then looking at the columns he adds: "Do you remember that song Choir sang? Maybe it will make the columns work like it did on the bridge".
