"Cania," said one of the ravens with clear disgust in the tone (the word reminded of something but only most knowledgeable recognized the name of one of the lair of the Hell - the frozen one). "Strike first..." it looked as if one of the raven begun to think, looking intently at the other. After a while the second one asked: "Surely if they attack you will defend yourself? Fine warriors would not let those madlings to kill them?" He jumped up and down and even with a hint of compassion finished: "We only want to help."
Barnabas made a noise that could sound like a sigh, should he had lungs, but did not comment.

It comes with being a burly half orc sailor... Everyone wants to see you get into a fight. It's kinda how he ended up in 'the service' of Baldur Gate in the first place. Ordrag knows a fight picker when he sees one, but he wonders whether these ravens just want it for the entertainment, or if there is another motive.
There is definitely another motive here. Even for strange unfamiliar creatures (come t think of it, they do not look that unfamiliar either), there is at least another motive here.
The very idea seemed to insult both ravens: "We can not fight with each other" - "What are you even thinking!" - "No-no, we just waned you. If you want to die, it's your business. We only wanted to help."
Both ravens even hopped away a bit to put a distance between them and Ordrag.
"Do not know what is their angle here," quietly said Barnabas, "but Pins and Needles only care for themselves."
((OOC: Stalling a bit until Polly's future is decided))
Choir looks nervously from the ravens to Adray and Ordrag. When it comes to fighting, she is ready to take orders, and not interested in trying to make the decision one way or the other.

Lulu - deep in her thoughts - suddenly raised her ears: "You are evil!"declared she angrily staring at ravens. Both took to the air: "You are in Hell "sweety", get used to it". They flapped away and disappeared behind a small heap of some machine parts.
"You know, they have a point here," said now-chatty Barnabas, positioning himself on the more comfortable spot, obviously prepared to continue the philosophical discussion. "You do not come to Hell to search an angel, do you? Still, does not mean we can not be all civilized and reasonable here, it's not an Abyss after all. You help me - I help..."
He did not finished. From the same heap of gears where two ravens flew appeared a Madcap (by now you got the difference - that one was in a black wet cap), heavy staring at Ordrag (quite a feat, considering size difference). "What did you say about my mom, dretch?"
"Now-now, you never had a mom..." begun Barnabas but immediately closed his jaws and retreated to the safe distance.
Madcap did not really expected any answer but obviously prepared to attack.
Initiative: 10
For now only Ordrag is going to be attacked (Ordrag - your initiative)
Adray spun towards the shouts. Then looked at Chior, smiled and looked back to Ordrag and the madcap. One of Chior's many fine qualities is that she can repeat back something in exactly the same voice as she heard it. If they were questioned in this situation she could repeat back what the ravens said, their response to leave and even his own request to not cause trouble and only defend.
Looking at the madcap he called out, "Nothong said about your mother, he don't know her and he's got something to say he'd say it to you straight way. Then birds are causing ya trouble so they watch a show."
Madcaps got their name for a reason. If Adray managed to achieve anything, it's one thing - a bunch of more madcaps narrowed their eyes in his direction. One of the raven repeated with badly hidden delight: "Wazzik wants to kill you!" And attacking creature obviously supported the claim getting to the position for the run-and-jump.
Sounds like Adray would rather not fight all the madcaps.
"Peace upon us all," says Choir nervously. "We are all brothers and sisters in the favor of Akadi. Let us enjoy one another's company in the sacred breezes and set aside our differences." She hopes she can be as persuasive and calming as the High Priestess... (Persuasion: 11 ) But probably not...

A fighter who doesn't want to fight? By now Ordrag can see that this is a set-up, and although he may not get the choice, for now the half-orc tries to diffuse the situation by not fighting.
Madcap was deaf to the voice of peace as he was deaf to the voice of reason - he attacked. His tactic did not sway from the one of his deceased "brother" earlier - run, jump and kick the opponent with both feet. Only this time Ordrag was prepared.
DC 14 Dexterity saving throw (with advantage) or take 21 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
Fran wasn’t always sure how to act in normal social confrontations, let alone in hell. But she was always sure she’d be there to support her friends. The artificer believed in Ordrag to be able to hold his own, so she focused on scanning the observers for any suspicions. She’d have Brutus attentive and at the ready.
Moving in plate armour is hard, and as ready as he was, Ordrag was unprepared for the speed of the little twerp, and despite its size, it kicked like a horse!
Picking himself up off the ground, Ordrag glares at the madcap, hefts his weapons and says: Me not want to fight you, but if you hit, me will hit back.
If he though the mad menace will stop, he was mistaken. Only this time Wazzik attacked with his weapon:
Attack: 11 Damage: 6
Attack: 12 Damage: 7
Attack: 8 Damage: 8
Ravens at the back froze on place watching the spectacle, Barnabas clucked his teeth a couple times and "breathed out" barely audible: "I would suggest to your friend protect himself. These creatures are mad and know no bounds or rules. A sad necessity to keep some around. Not that we need that many..." (the rest was lost to sounds of the battle)
"You were right, Fran." Polly says in a surprised tone (and trying to be loud enough for the combatants to hear.) "The Redcaps wereable to trick him into attacking! You said they could but I was sure Wazzik and the Madcaps were smarter than that! All that by just starting a rumor!"
To try to sell the deception, Polly will pass a gold piece over to Fran, as if paying off a bet. Perhaps if lucky enough the two different groups would war with each other instead of us...
Fran would blink a couple times in disbelief. It wasn’t an act. She truly was confused there for a second. But eventually the lightbulb would turn on and the artificer would clue in to Polly’s attempt. She’d let our a hearty chuckle to accompany their wizards ruse before giving her a playful but gentle nudge with her elbow. “Aye! They really are hotheads!”. She hoped it was enough to complement the mages efforts.

Looking at the creature, Adfay understands that they are indeed "mad." Logic and tactics wouldn't take hold over these things. The only thing that is likely keeping them compliant is fear. Turning towards the girls he says, "Prepare to defend, there is no 'reasoning' with them. If they come, go hard so they fear us."
Moving forward with his usual quickness. Adray joins the fray while saying, "Play time is over, go hard Ordrag "
Initiative 20+3
On his turn he will join Ordrag and strike the creature twice with his fists then flurry and try and knock it to the ground and curb stomp it. If it saves its first save he'll try and knock it down again
Attack 1: 10 Damage: 7
Attack 2: 11 Damage: 8
Flurry Attack 1: 9 Damage: 10
If that hits dex save of 14 or be knocled prone
Flurry Attack 2: 26 Damage: 7
If he was knocked down here is a 2nd attack roll from advantage with melee against prone target 16 and it cant use reactions this turn. If it had save the first time, ignore the advantage roll and he would go for trip again dex save 14 to avoid being prone

Choir initiative: 4
She is going to shout, "Mikey, HELP!" as she moves to a place where she can Thunderwave as many of the Madcaps as she can get without hitting her friends. (2nd level, 15 damage, and pushed back 10 feet. Con save DC16 to take half damage and not be pushed.) A thunderous BOOM rings out over the battlefield!
(Due to the pitiful initiative roll, I reserve the right to change this Thunderwave to a heal if someone is seriously hurt before Choir comes up to bat!)

"Oh, we're fighting now?" Polly asks, taking a step back from the ruckus. Maybe two or three steps...
Polly Initiative: 14
Polly will hold her action (Can she do that?) for as long as possible, still hoping that the pitiful deception could turn the tide... But if/when that is apparent it is not working she casts Fire Bolt at Wazzik as he seems to be the main antagonist...
