Adray will quickly get Pollg to explain the layout of the room. He'll then turn off the lantern and have Choir cover her shield like before to block out the light. He motioned a for everyone to remain quiet and everyone lines up to prepare for the attack.
When ready, he opens the door and rushes for an attack at the cultist.
Not sure on order of things but I'll toss some rolls up.
If she can reach the cultist, she goes for them, otherwise she will attempt to splat a rat: Attack: 20 Damage: 9
(If there is no light in the room, should probably attack with disadvantage, so second attack roll just in case-- 10 )

Polly will run in behind the others and stand end of the corridor and cast sleep at the necromancer to break her ritual. If she falls asleep she can be questioned when the rats are taken care of.
Polly will cast it so that it only hits the necromancer. If she gets high initiative she will wait to cast it after everyone has made their attack so that they wont wake her up.

Warning! The numbers now are all over the place - had to make a new post. Too late, but when I said " no one got hit" - the first time indeed no one got hit. So, take this post without numbers, just read the description.
Choir run past everyone as a black meteor of vengeance, but met some resistance on the way to the Necromancer - the swarm of rats skeletons. She attacked, and even hit a few, but then the whole pack covered the young bird, biting and scratching : Attack: 11 Damage: 8 (They did not succeed so far - feathers proved to be impenetrable for what's left of their teeth).
Ordrag ignored the moving carpet under his feet and run toward Necromancer. She (for this was definitely "she") dodged the heavy scimitar, but short sword hit. Furious for the interruption and the injury, she unleashed her wroth on adventurers - sickly green light came from her open palm, hitting those she saw around:
Ordrag: Attack: 12 Damage: 10
Choir: Attack: 25 Damage: 6
Fran: Attack: 18 Damage: 8
Adray: Attack: 11 Damage: 6
That was the second time group heard roaring cultist - the spell managed to miss everyone! Necromancer did not see little Polly, nor felt Polly's attack - but Choir, covered with rats skeletons, dropped down unconscious (20 ft radius! 4 squares and Choir was there)
Fran answered attack on her with the splash of acid - Necro DC 15 , Rats DC 2 (Necromancer just brushed the spell off, while rat bones made a hiss sound on hit).
And finally Adray caught up with others and attacked the monster. Both attacks fount it's target.
Roundi 2.
Rats could not wake up Choir, since feathers and armour still kept her safe. Attack: 9 Damage: 8

”Oh bubbles!” Polly curses as she sees Choir go down from her spell. Without their Cleric Polly is afraid for her teammates and brings out the big guns.
“Magus Oro!” She whisper and place her index fingers and thumbs so they create a triangle.

Cultists in general did not seem like particularly chatty type and that one was not an exception, though, it's hard to talk when blades are hacking into your body and you can do nothing against it. Frighteningly think figure looked like it's ready to collapse, yet, she found it in herself to raise her Skull Flail, silvery shining in the torch light:
Attack 1: Attack: 9 Damage: 7 + 14
Attack 2: Attack: 4 Damage: 1 + 8
Not even checking if she hit or missed, the figure said a word sounded like a curse and suddenly disappeared, emerging all the way back in the corridor, near the exit and the door.
(As it was agreed - Relentless Endurance used. Ordrag is alive and has 1 HP, but has disadvantage on all saving throws until the end of the cultist's next turn.)
However, there will be no "other turn" - not even knowing whether her enemy lived or died, she got several bright flaming chargers in the back from Polly and sag to the floor. (Necromancer is out)
It sims, though, rat's skeletons are intent to carry on the last command they had an continue to attack now awakening Choir.

Adray was surprised at the swiftness of his companions and their eagerness to focus on the cultist first. Attacks fell around him and then, the cultist was gone. A shout of power words from Polly and then a thud confirmed that something had fallen so Adray focused on the rats. He spun the spear in a whirlwind of motion attempting to his as many as possible and then took a strong kick at one claiming upon Chior's body.
