If the cave has a hard floor she's going to leave a few handfulls of ball bearings scattered around while she's on her way in to slow any pursuers if she's spotted and has to run back to the group.
Roars heads down the right hand passage, leaving handfuls of ballbearings as she goes. She finds herself in a large natural, thirty-foot-high cavern with many tunnels entering. The walls are carved showing dwarf and gnome miners hard at work. Below them, over twenty skeletons in rusted scraps of armor are scattered across the cavern floor. Some are dwarf skeletons, while others are orcs. Several large brass lanterns stand in niches or on ledges around the cavern, but none are lit.

Ro stays in the passageway and peeks her head around the end of the opening. She takes a moment to look around to see if she can see or hear any movement in the room or if she can see any sign of Gundren's brother.

This is as far as she feels comfortable scouting alone, so she's going to head back to report her findings and to investigate the passageway on the left.
You stop 5 strives (like blood sucking bat things hanging from the ceiling) which haven't noticed you. You don't see any signs of recent movement through this room.
Tallanvor is never much good at sneaking, so he will go with the group if the move forward together, or hang back out of sight if someone is exploring further ahead. If someone needs it, he will cast light on an object of their choice.
If the other's choose, he will lead them along a passage behind the others as to remain out of sight, but will cast light on his cloak before entering battle in order to provide light for any that don't have darkvision.
Roars heads back to the first area and travels down the left passage. The new area consists of numerous passages. The ceilings here are only six feet high, and several of the passages end in partially excavated rock faces. You don't see anything during your investigation, but whenever you stop and are silent, you hear the sound of waves about two minutes apart. There is also a quiet sound of something sticky moving that grows closer the longer you stay still.
Concerned about Ro’s prolonged absence, and deciding there is little more to be done for either the dead or the bereaved dwarves, Humblodt proceeds to the bottom of the rope to await her return.
A few seconds earlier, before Ro came stomping in with her 9 stealth check, Twiglet snuck forward to try and stealthily shoot one of the bats with his shortbow:

Then he'll use his bonus action to dash backwards to be behind Tallanvor and Ro.

Having rolled a 23 for initiative, Twiglet is going to go before Ro and Tallanvor. He takes a few more steps back so that he's definitely behind both Tallanvor and Ro. Then he'll use his bonus action and his Naturally Stealthy race trait to attempt to hide behind Tallanvor - Stealth: 19
Then he'll hold his attack action - he'll shoot another arrow at the first bat that comes into melee range of one of the party members.
"This is not good", says Humblodt as he explains his findings to the others in hushed tones. "We may stand in grave danger."
