placing a hand on the door, it seem to glow for a moment before it leads open to reveal an once beautiful chapel has been utterly destroyed and defiled. The walls are covered in profane writing and crude pictograms of torture. The middle of the floor is dominated by a huge pile of splintered furniture, bent candlesticks, shredded tapestries, and other destroyed religious paraphernalia. A thick layer of scum covers the surface of a rectangular pool along the far wall. To the far left, across the pile of junk, stands an altar with an unlit candle at each of the four corners.

Most of the party prepares to wait for Gotch's ritual spells but someone is impatient as the candles on the altar lit up with green flames and seem to burn into nothing as a swirling portal appears behind the altar and you catch a glimpse of a fiery, hellish dungeon before it closes. A tall figure in armor stands before you wielding a fiery lash. The armor is the color of blood and ornamented with horns that look as though they’ve sprouted from the wearer.
He seem to survey the party for a moment before he seem to flick his wrist and hand as if to beckon the party before anyone can react, the lab seem to lift up and twist itself to funnel the party into the room towards the pool in the corner.
Make DC 13 Dex saves to stop yourselves from sliding into the water and probably initiative

He then runs to the south wall to put the mound of broken furniture between him and the foe, but before he gets there he rips three beads from the fire necklace and lobs them in the far corner behind the altar. "Here, catch!"
Salys and Bearskr manage to avoid the strange trap and start to circle around the armored figure. Salys orders Bearskr to dodge while fiddling with a switch on his gun and firing a strange glob of gel onto the figure's armor.
Heat Metal: 10 fire damage. And then a DC 15 con save or tries to drop the armor, and if it can't, has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks until the start of my next turn.

Finoglin passes a bardic inspiration over to Onyx before ripping three beads from his necklaces and chucks them at the demonic figure before he's engulfed in a massive fireball. After a moment, the fire clears without the figure even seeming bothered in the least as he releases his whip from it's coiled state.
The ones in the water feel as off. The water around them curled so it's like a wave as it crashes down on them. DC strength save DC 15. on Failure, you're grappled and take 15 by what everyone is quick to realizes is a abnormal water elemental. If successful, you're thrown out of the pool of water.

"I'll prepare to detect magic, just give me a few moments before we enter." Gotch says, casting detect magic as a ritual.
Resfean's eyes will flash with anger at the blasphemous destruction but she will calmly wait for Gotch to finish casting.
