"Watch yourselves! We're going to get surrounded if we're not careful!"
Kess would draw out her scimitar, throwing herself into the melee with the second troll now stepping forward into the fight, trusting Chrys to deal with the one that had already been burned and beaten. Deciding to risk taking a blow from behind, she steps out to try and get a flank with Nym on the opposite side of their newer adversary, hoping to stab long and hard into the troll's ribs.
Kess lashes out with Moonpetal: 26 Damage: 7
Kess brings up her scimitar behind that attack for a brutal slash into the troll's gut, hoping to damage the muscles supporting said ribs: 10 Damage: 10
Swinging with well-practiced combat skill and mustering every bit of strength she can afford to work in conjunction with her Hunter's Mark spell, Chrys slams Due Process into the troll's side with a devastating amount of force. Ribs crack as the creature lets out a roar of pain, and when she pulls the weapon back, Chrys can see a massive red mark from the indentation of her hammer.
Turning to the second troll who has now entered the fray, Kess is a bit taken aback when the troll parries Moonpetal with quick bats of its long arms. However, the elf quickly compensates, and with precise timing, she brings her other blade around and slashes deeply into the monster's flash just below its ribs. A thick line of blood quickly begins to pour forth from the wound.
Vesper can only hit one of the trolls with her dragon breath, so which one would you like to aim at, the injured one, or the one who just entered the battle.?
Stepping in close to direct as much of her breath as possible on the injured troll, Vesper opens her mouth and lets loose with a cone of fire that sears the trolls midsection with full force, before the creature can react.

Pale purple eyes flicking between her comrades and the pair of trolls, Nym's fingers tingled as her mind debated over two different spells. Not wanting it to drag out too long and noticing that she herself was having more trouble landing a hit than others, she decided to go more for the more offensive spell. The drow thumbed the small opalescent feldspar in the hilt of her longsword while holding it aloft,"Eilistraee let your Moonbeam smite this monster!"
The moon Selune poured through the trees into the clearing before a forty foot high pillar surrounded the closest troll, bathing it in silver radiant light for a moment before it seems to erupt in ghostly flames. "These things can really take some hits, can't they?"She remarked with no little annoyance.

As the bright shaft of blue moonlight streaked down from the sky and shone like a spotlight on the second troll that just endured a slice from Kess's scimitar, the first troll, who has been bloodied, burned and hammered, lashes out at Chrys in a fit of rage and fury. It claws and gnashes at her with claws that are easily six inches long or more, and a vicious fangs that are clearly made for ripping apart its prey.
However, the tough, tenacious Chrysoberyl continues to stand her ground, parrying and blocking most of the troll's attacks, stubbornly enduring what bloody punishment the creature dishes out upon her.
As you fight with harried determination against these two monsters in close quarters amidst the trees, you can all feel the heat from multiple fire attacks radiating off of the trolls, and smell the sweat of battle, from your own bodies from and the stench of burning flesh and whatever other foul odors emanate from the bodies of these creatures.
Lumen continues attacking the troll he's trying to overwhelm with the others, and then inspires Kess.
(Now all of you are inspired, and remember combat inspiration can do some fun stuff: "Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. ... A creature that has a Bardic Inspiration die (d6) from you can roll that die and add the number rolled to a weapon damage roll it just made. Alternatively, when an attack roll is made against the creature, it can use its reaction to roll the Bardic Inspiration die and add the number rolled to its AC against that attack, after seeing the roll but before knowing whether it hits or misses.)
While shouting out energetic melodies and inspiring his companions, Lumen continues to attack the more injured troll with his blade. However, the troll proves to be a very tough combatant, and parries his swings with forceful bats of its long, muscular arms.
Troll CON Save: 10
The second troll who just entered the fray, suddenly feels the burning, searing light from the Moonbeam that's shining down upon it and feels the full strength of the pain on its body. Lashing out with its two vicious claws and razor sharp jaws, it goes after the drow, attempting to rend and tear at Nym with reckless, powerful abandon.
"NYM!" Kess cries out in alarm at watching the troll positively savage her companion, eyes wide with horror at the troll's display of its brutally overwhelming strength and power before they narrowed and focused into awareness, and then into anger at what had been done to her companion. "Hey, you ugly, smelly brute! Leave her alone...!"
Leaping up into the air with a flank, Kess would throw herself towards the troll's back, looking to plunge both of her blades hard and deep into the monster's flesh like the fangs of an angry viper, her eyes narrowed in a mix of adrenaline and anger. If this creature was determined to ignore her, she'd make it think twice about so doing with a painful sting, and hopefully buy Nym some time and room to get out of harm's way!
Kess strikes out with Moonpetal, aimed for the the bottom of the left side of the troll's ribcage: 26 Damage: 8
The scimitar, aimed for the bottom of the right side: 19 Damage: 5
In defense of her companion, Kess tears into the second troll with an incredible two-bladed assault, cutting deeply into the troll's backside and twisting Moonpetal to cause the creature even more pain. It howls with a sickening screech as blood pours forth from the two wounds.
Just a few feet away, Chrys continues to pound at the first troll with a dominating mix of brute strength, terrible vengeance and the added magical assistance from her deity. Bashing at the creature and shattering its left knee, she brings the creature to within inches of its life as it wrestles and swats out in desperate agony.

Flinching at the guttural roar of the hulking monster as the radiant light from the Moonbeam shining down on it caused its skin to sear in the white blue flames, Nym was not prepared for the immediate retaliation. Attempting to use her sword to parry the blow, the troll knocked it aside and that was enough to soften the blow as it scraped loosely against her armor. Not able to bring up her weapon again in time for the second, its claws dug deeply into her abdomen but what truly threw her was when it lunged forward to bite at her shoulder. Crying out in shock from the vicious attack, Nym only distantly heard the call of her name, her eyes unfocused as dark blood began pouring from both wounds, the one on her stomach more so, a small puddle forming at her feet.
Stumbling a bit, the drow looked around at the Pie Pals fighting to take down the pair of sturdy monsters and knew she couldn't back down just yet. Her mind seemed dull as she tried to think of what to do and relied on her instincts. Raising her eyes to the moon that the pillar of light shone down from she offered her goddess a simple prayer. "Eilistraee, your humble follower hasn't had the chance to spread your light like she would. I pr-", She coughed with a wince of pain, blood staining her teeth before she grit them and continued, "I pray that you won't let my journey end here."
Somehow she managed to raise her sword, using her momentum to swing at the troll in front of her, grateful for Kess drawing some of its attention. After swinging, the cleric rasps a healing word, spitting out the taste of blood from her mouth as she considered retreating. But if she did, there was little she could offer in the form of ranged support. She had a single spell left in her. Better to stay and fight. So Nym stood her ground, meeting Kess' eyes with a nod.
Nym somehow survives the troll's relentless attack, despite being brutally mauled by the vicious 9' tall monster. Healing some of her wounds with a quick prayer, she tries to retaliate with an assault of her own. However, once again, the troll proves to be quite a formidable and terrifying enemy, and with its long, powerful arms, it bats at her arms and prevents her from actually connecting with her own sword. (I'm assuming you used the inspiration for your damage. However, since you missed on the attack roll, you can keep your bardic inspiration die for a future round.)

Vesper's fire breath attack finally downs the first troll, burning and charring it to a smelly, smoldering death as its skin melts and smokes with a putrid odor as the corpse crashes to the forest floor.
The second troll, who stepped aside, out of the Moonbeam after being seared by the shaft of burning radiant light, goes after Kess, clearly in retaliation for the pain she caused it last round with her blades. Rather than attack outright, it mimics the move the first troll tried to pull on Vesper, and it tries to grapple her with its long, immensely powerful long arms. Also, you watch as some of the bloody wounds that Kess inflicted on this troll during her attack seem to close up.
Need an Athletics or Acrobatics check from Kess to contest the grapple. The DC to beat is 14
Also, need a DC 21 CON Save from Nym to see if she was able to maintain her concentration the Moonbeam spell. Also, as an action, she can move it back over the troll, or anywhere else, during her next turn.
Since the first troll is dead, everyone else can take their next turn now.
