Connor Save: 2
Most of the party is knocked down hard as the ship forcibly stops. Most of the crew held on, only Coral falling as well, but they quickly scramble to the sides of the ship. The crew takes their tridents out, "It's an ambush, they were waiting for a ship to go by." Driftwood says as he takes lances out. He gives another shout to crew below decks, "Find the breaches and rid them, they're anchoring us!" The man in the crow's nest shouts, "They're coming from the front!"
From the front of the ship, you can see a number of fins approaching the ship. One stands out among as the largest and the forefront of the pack. They head to the ship fast, then they sink below the sea as it comes closer. Only to have one burst out of the water and latch onto the side of the ship. Green skinned humanoids with oily skin, not a single strand of hair upon their body. Their claws digging into the side of the ship as their mouth ,full of shark like teeth, snarls and shouts at the crew as they try to climb up. More of them launch themselves out of the water, latching onto the ship. The crew uses their tridents to fend them off.
But from the front of the ship, the crew is getting shoved back. A claw grabs onto the ship's rail, then another and another. It belongs to a large humanoid, rivaling Driftwood, as it pushes aside the crew with two sets of arms. Two smaller ones follow the big one as it comes onto the ship's deck. It gives a roar as it brandishes a trident with it fore arms, the two behind it taking their spears out.
"A baron...of all days." Driftwood curses to himself. He looks to the party, "Be careful, the crew and I will try to keep the others at bay. But we need you all to handle the big guy, he's the leader on this raid so they'll flee if he's dead."
(From previous posts, Rusty is the farthest being a whole 50 feet away. Hari, Sylvester, and Axon are 30 feet away. And with the rest of the party (Connor, Kastor, and Nasaar) at the front, in 10 feet range of the three shark-kin.)
Hari grins and pulls her horn from her belt, running to get adjacent to the creatures (while staying more than 10 feet away from her fellow adventurers, preferably) and blows out an ear-shattering blast on it, blowing unsecured crates or boxes away from her along with the shark-kin.
DC 12 Con ST from each shark-kin or 14 thunder damage and they are pushed 10 feet away from her. If they save, half damage and they aren't pushed.
The hobgoblin then blows a slightly different note on her horn, and Axon feels extra determination fill him.
Axon has bardic inspiration, which can be used for the usual things (adding to an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw) or used as combat inspiration:
A creature that has a Bardic Inspiration die from you can roll that die and add the number rolled to a weapon damage roll it just made. Alternatively, when an attack roll is made against the creature, it can use its reaction to roll the Bardic Inspiration die and add the number rolled to its AC against that attack, after seeing the roll but before knowing whether it hits or misses.

Baron Save: 17
Warrior 1 Save: 17
Warrior 2 Save: 13
Sylvester's bolt fails to pierce through the shark-kin's hide as it dissipates. The baron looks oddly to where he was struck, not noticing Sylvester has hid among them. Hari's spell sounds out, the force of her horn pushes back one of the warrior to the side of the Baron. But the other two stay their ground as they shake off the effects. The two warriors snarl as they move forward, spears first.
