This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Catherine swings quickly at the sorceror as he tries to step away from her, the ranger's arrow flying over her shoulder as she does so.
Attack: 17 Damage: 15
"Do not waste your effort on his pawns!" she calls out. "Strike down the magician!"
She raises her arms in a reflexive attempt to defend herself from the ray of sickness, but it's no use against a magical assault. Catherine withers for a moment as the foul magic seeps into her body, her vision fading swiftly--she is only just able to pull herself back from the brink of unconsciousness, and as she does so, she lunges for Orbid again with renewed fury, growing enraged in her desperate assault (Rage activation--this is her 2nd and final use before another long rest). The river of anger that flows through her veins manages to hold Orbid's poison at bay, at least for now.
Constitution save: 17
Attack roll: 17 Damage: 8
(sorry for the edit--I forgot to roll a d12 instead of a d20 for the opportunity attack's damage)
Arlo gets shoved back over the railing and down onto the steps. Roll a dexterity saving throw to keep yourself from tumbling down the stairs (should have asked you to roll this along with your athletics check)
Lucas, feel free to post your turn before or after Arlo makes his saving throw.
Arlo, you hit the stairs and throw your arms out to stop from tumbling down. No damage, but it that might leave a bruise on your hip at the very least.
Lord Obid howls in pain as Catherine's axe slices across his back, dealing him a heavy blow. He swings around and releases his ray of sickness before he continues off. The poisonous magic attempts to cripple Catherine, but she grits her teeth and fights through it.
Catherine flies into a rage, catches up, and attempts to connect again. She's off by a hair as the axe glances off his arcane shielding.
(I'll have an updated map as soon as possible. Sorry again about not realizing you two went.)
Arlo, your go!
You fell directly onto the opposite side of the railing. Orbid is beyond your reach, unless you take the dash action. But then you'd take an attack of opportunity from the archer that just shoved you.

Lucas realizes his wounds are mortal and he's lost a lot of blood. He pauses for a few seconds folds his arms and a pale yellow light surrounds him. Feeling partially rejuvenated he heads over to the right staircase with his battleaxe, hugging the wall so that he is out of range from the archer (A1).
Action: Lay on Hands Pool on myself (+5 HP, 8 total)
Move: i5 - 30ft (assuming a1 is the upper left corner of the building)
So it's Arlo's turn right now. I can keep Lucas' move until it's his turn or change it if anything were to happen in between. Right now the order stands as such:
Orbid
Catherine
Arlo
Happy
Sieghart
Guards
Lucas

The sheet of flame washes over guard and turns their skin to a black, flakey char. They fall to the ground dead and smoldering. The flames just barely strike the wall behind the now dead guard and cause a lovely seascape painting to ignite and leaving the wall charred.
Sieghart, your turn! Within your line of sight you have the shielded swordsman directly in front of you and an archer taking shots at Catherine on the other side of the hall on the second floor. They currently have half cover from you due to the thick marble spindles.
(Half damage is his full hp, so he dead either way)

Sieghart was in a difficult position. He was stuck in combat with the one guard that was decently protected. His companion had began dispatching them left and right. Catherine, on the other hand, looked like she was in a rough spot, barely holding on.
He would have to deal with the shield guard first. First, he attempted a swipe of his short sword to the leg of his opponent.
Attack: 21 Damage: 9
He then followed up by thrusting his blade towards the guard chest.
Bonus action: Attack: 23 Damage: 1
Assuming the target goes down, Sieghart moves as close as he can to the archer in an attempt to grab his attention.
Your first swipe cuts right above the knee, causing him to drop momentarily dropping his shield. It doesn't fall enough to expose the chest, but just enough for you to quickly plunge your blade into their lower throat. Blood pours from the wound and the guard gurgles lifeless to the floor. Pulling your blade out you turn your attention to the final guard and make your way to him hopping to save Catherine from another shot.
Without paying attention to the charging Sieghart, the guard draws his bow in the direction of Catherine, with the sole intention of keeping his master's safe. He loosens the arrow and it flies across the hall toward Catherine.
Attack: 17 damage: 3
Lucas, I assume you still want to do the lay one hands. As far as your movement, you can still move to the spot adjacent to the dead archer. Upon arriving you'd see Catherine falling to the floor, unconscious, with an arrow sticking out of her back. Does that sound like a good change with your turn, or would you do/add something else at this point?
(The changes I'll make is to reserve 3HP - healing myself only +2, = 5 total for Lucas. I'll also move toward Catherine's direction up the left staircase)
Arlo quickly examines the arrow in Catherines back and you're not sure whether to pull the arrow out or leave it in. Not wanting to do more harm than good, you decide to leave it in for the moment.
Happy, your turn. The archer remains where they stood before and Orbid has vanished into a far off room. You could possibly cast a spell on the archer if you adjust your position a little.

As you aim for the center of mass ensuring not to miss, the archer does a last second shift of their body as you fire, causing you to miss by a hair.
I'll say you only had to back up five feet to comfortably cast at the archer (moved left one square). Would you like to use the rest of your movement, or are you good?

He has to make a Dex save, on a failed save he takes 18 fire damage, or half as much damage on a successful one.
