Seeing Whitegaze take the initiative, Kale follows suit.
"Oh, good man! If you're willing, I'd like to trade some gold for silver as well. Could I offer the same exchange, plus two extra gold for 100 copper pieces and 2 electrum pieces as well?"
And he'll switch out 100 gold into 1000 silver if possible.
Fiddle gives you directions to the house. He is about to leave, but then adds on... "The Dutchess, who lives in the Crooked House, has been looking for her daughter. You could probably check with her in regard to that if you are looking for something to do..."
Whitegaze will head outside and wait for the others, “Seems like this crooked house and the asylum are our two potential stops right now. Anyone have a particular preference?”
Soveliss gives his opinion, voicing it in mild indifference to signify that he's fine with either option, "I believe paying this Dutchess a visit would do us some good. If she is someone of power, there is nothing to lose from getting to know those in charge here, and whether we can find some exit for when we wish to leave. Aside from that, she might also know more of the land, and would be more inclined to give it to us if we found her daughter."
Thursday reveals herself shrugging she walks over to the exchange and gives two gold. Asking for and gold and half worth of silver and the rest in copper. She returns to the group.
“Before we leave I need to go to that well again.”

"I don't particularly want to go to the Asylum, I just wanted to know where it is. Think about it: we seem to be the last of the sane people in a world gone mostly mad here. Who do they put into mental asylums? Those who don't conform to society, and right now that describes us to a fault. I've got a feeling it's a place we'll be wanting to avoid, not visit, to be frank." Kale leans against the wall, musing out loud. "Don't forget, the Great Library is probably looking for its missing book as well. And, while we were walking along earlier, I had the feeling of being very closely watched, perhaps even followed... though I couldn't tell if whatever was doing it had good or ill intentions towards me." He looks at the others.
"Why don't we take a moment in the courtyard to gather ourselves, and let Thursday do her wishing, if that's what she's up to, while Al-Ashari and Soveliss have a look at their two books. Afterwards... well, I'm with Whitegaze on this one. A duchess looking for her daughter? I'd smell a reward in that direction if we're successful. And a hidden treasure in her front yard to boot? It seems like an obvious choice, to me."
Kale also checks to make sure the choker is still close by, keeping watch for the party.

"I would not dismiss asylum completely. Cards said - "A fetching mirror is a fetching choice. It will bring about the end, one way or another. I see an invisible man, in a place of madness". From what you are saying, the invisible man can be already near by. But let's proceed to the well. We are sure not done with that."
As soon as you exit the building the mire bird flies back down, out of the heavy rain, to land on Soveliss's shoulder again... "Death... You will all die..."
The choker is still nearby. (Remember to roll perception with disadvantage outside...)
Thursday is able to make her way over to the wishing well... what does she do?

Kale grimaces at the bird. „What a bothersome creature. Of course we‘re all going to die someday. The real nightmare fuel is what happens when you don‘t.“
Irritably, he stalks off to take watch of the streets at the entrance to the courtyard, making sure that nothing approaches as the others do their business within. No small part of the reason is Al-Ashari pointing out what seems obvious now - that the group is probably going to need to visit the Asylum at some point or another. Jailor‘s cells have never been Kale‘s idea of a good time — something in him fundamentally rebels at the idea of being trapped by oneself for days, maybe even years, at a time, in a single room.
"Asylum..." Lunastra shudders at the thought of visiting a house of madmen in a place like this. "I agree with Sovellis. This Duchess might have valuable information for us, and I'm not keen on going to such a place without more knowledge about the land."
She followed along with Kale, looking into the rain as she waited for Thursday to do what she needed to do.

Soveliss stood to the side of the Well, keeping an eye on the surrounding while also petting the Mire bird and his crow. He asks tge crow, in a mildly curious/amused tone, "Do you know how we'll die? Or when?"
Kale turns his head and appraises Luna as she joins him. „Close to nature, are you?“ he asks, after hearing her speak. „I‘m curious... can you actually sense anything alive here? As in plants, since most of the locals act about as lively as a dead fish so far. There seems to be only dank and dreary ruins around here, maybe at best a weed or two. I haven’t noticed any healthy trees, nor even a single leaf of green.“

Al-Ashari would use the opportunity as well to exchange modest amount of gold - 100 gold - to silver. Just in case.

Soveliss didn't exchange his gold for silver. He was curious to see what would happen to himself if he didn't.
Lunastra also chose not to convert from gold to silver, though it was more from apathy than intrigue.

"And here is our missing girl..." as if to herself noted Al-Ashari. "I feel like this truly has to be our next stop."

Everyone is able to exchange gold for silver, or electrum if that was picked, at the normal exchange rates, no specials given here...
Now where do you go?

Whitegaze will nod, “Make sense, I’m also curious about this sword buried in a shallow grave under white flowers that might be there too.”
Thursday reveals herself shrugging she walks over to the exchange and gives two gold. Asking for and gold and half worth of silver and the rest in copper. She returns to the group.

Whitegaze will follow Thursday, watching her back in case anything comes out of the well.
Thursday takes a gold a silver and a copper and holds it over the well.
“I wish to return home unharmed.” And she drops the three coins in.
