Wow, a lot of you don't know anything about this particular circus... At least one of you managed to know everything though!
There is a Rakdos circus that traverses Tin street and stops at every sundown. That circus is Ophyira’s Palace of Pain’s Pleasures. The palace is actually a construct.
Everyone gains a level. I need to work out the next segment so be patient as I set things up. Go ahead and level up now.
Hello... Call to my players... I will post again on Monday, please post what you are doing between now and then. If you have questions on that next level you attained, post in the OOC PM we have for those sorts of things.
Iveta talks with Tomis for a while, encouraging him to find refuge at a Selesnyan vernadi. She also gets a coffee and scone to eat before rejoining the party.
Nivrell informs the two soldiers if the danger the weird poses. He's not convinced that either plans to do anything about it, though. Although eager to track down the weird, Nivrell noticed the merchant had a wireless soldering iron (ooc: arcane focus, wand for sale and spent his last gold on it (he could not have told you why he was so drawn to it, but he couldn't resist it.)
Upon realizing that the weird most likely took up with the Rakdos circus, he journeys south in pursuit, informing the others from the lab what he knew of Ophyira’s Palace of Pain’s Pleasures.
As you make your way down Tin Street, you see Nivix, the massive guildhall of the Izzet dominating the eastern sky. On the street in front of the tower, stands a three- story stone structure. The outer walls of this monstrous construct are crafted of stone. The front gate looks like an enormous skull. A long stage, lined with barbed wire, extends from the gaping maw.
Nivrell seeing the construct before Nivix fears for the safety of the Izzet within. Knowing they are among Niv Mizzet's most favored acolytes, Nivrell also thinks someone inside can help with the weird situation. Alas, the circus seems to block access as he approaches the entrance, Nivrell thinks up a device that could help detect traps and other hidden things based on variations in temperature created by slight drafts or visually discreet but thermally distinct components, harvesting parts from a failed experiment he has with him, he crafts a thermal detector (wand of secrets) and activates it when he comes within five feet of the entrance.
"This is hardly as bad as I expected," Iveta murmurs, sipping the last of her coffee. Out in the open, her posture is much more relaxed. "Rakdos cause chaos wherever they go, of course, but maybe they've got this weird under their control. How bad can it be?"
(Only two of the group has responded, please have the rest of your responses in or I will have to move things along tomorrow... What are you all doing now that you found the circus?)
Bartash will walk around the circus trying to get an idea of what they might encounter and to see if he can see anything that might of been done by the Weird or find a way in.
Also he will check if there are any guards or patrols on Tin Street that might be of aid in case they find trouble.
The outside of the construct is completely enclosed, other than the front gate and stage area.
The main stage for the public performances, the area is divided by a barbed wire net standing 9 feet above the ground. On this net performers go about their routines, and every time something goes wrong, or fantastic depending on who you ask, the public below is splattered with blood. The net has seen its fair share of mishaps, because it’s caked in dry blood.
As you approach you see two Rakdos performers on stage wielding torches and giving a fire juggling performance. Both are bleeding from multiple shallow cuts.
As the jugglers leave the stage two cult fanatics walk to the end of the stage, inviting audience members to step inside for the full experience. Guests may pay 1 gold zino each for the private attention of a pain artist, or 10 gold zinos each for the private attention of the infamous Ophyira. Once the fee is paid, the cult fanatic provides the patron with a password to access the doors inside the Palace, appropriate to their purchase.
Bartash shakes his head at the senseless displays from the performers. The tentacles on his head stay downward to symbolize his reluctancy for this task.
But he realizes he is here on a mission. Turning the group If anyone knows where this creature is hiding it is their main performer, this Ophyira. One of us will need to get an audience to ask questions. If noone is skilled at this i will go in myself.
He turns to the circus again.
Once we find out where this creature is we can move forward. It could be hiding anywhere in this place, perhaps even with help of these Rakdos.
Iveta takes a deep breath and sighs. "If we need to do this, I might be able to persuade her, but I'd really rather stay outside." She tugs her flowing green-and-white coat tighter, checking the daggers in her sleeves.
Juri huffs. “Well I could be willing to give it a go, because I agree with ya, Bartash. But I don’t have that kinda gold on me at the moment. Anyone want to toss some gold in? A gold or two each should work well I’d think.”

On Tin Street you find the following people as you were asking around.
A female minotaur bounty hunter (soldier) named Drakisla, asking about a mark, a goblin named Krenko.
Brazia, a female vedalken merchant, whistling a tune
Izolda female human soldier, on duty and eating a quick bite
Evern, male human soldier, off duty and fixing his armor
Osidar, a male human thrill seeker, hoping to see some Gruul raiders
Tomis, a male centaur transient, looking for a good place to sleep
From your investigations, and what one of your group knew about the circus, you know it has headed South for the night.
With that information Bartash will head south, not looking if the others follow. He is determined to track down this threat.

Juri would head south as well keeping his eyes open for any marks of the circus or the weird
