Ian does not bound so much as awkwardly clamber up the crates, but successfully reaches the top and peers through the window on the upper level.
It, well, looks like a warehouse. From where he stands, he can see the upper balcony area, and a small patch of the lower floor. No movement or occupant is in evidence.

”I think we should consider unlocking that door downstairs for them before proceeding. Lest we get cut off without their support. You’re quite skilled in that craft it seems. Then we can consider moving inside through this window instead of the roof if that sounds like a plan to you. Unless, Gregor or another is capable of unlocking the door themselves.”
Akai moves forward and opens the office door to get a look inside.

The diminutive sorcerer grumbles to himself, snorts in minor frustration, and turns to the two behind him. "Akai has fire and fury enough to remove this barrier, but he is also generous enough to give the glory to another. Either of you wish to try?"

Gregor follows Akai, dagger drawn and held low.
Irma readies his shield and hammer and moves in with Gregor and Akai.
Falshen attempts to climb to the window and open it.

Falshen expertly clambers up the pile of crates to perch next to Ian, and finds the window is locked.
