Kas strikes Stumpy with an arrow to her shoulder. It connects, but she's still up. Unfortunately she seems much improved since barely surviving the explosion earlier.
Red fails her first death save.
Undeterred by Kas' arrow, Stumpy fires two arrows at Qivys, who can't see them coming. Arrow #1: 22Piercing Damage: 10 The arrow clatters off Qivys' armor. Arrow #2: 6 Piercing Damage: 3 + 1 (critical hit) The second arrow slips through the plates of Qivys' armor and penetrates deeply into his chest, nearly doing him in.
A blinded Qivys may act next (with Guidance if that's at all useful.)
(That would be 18 damage, not 12. Qivys is down, Red is down, Omen is cut off. If I'm being true to my character, he'd haul ass out of there. This is the 4th attack in 2-3 hours, he's nearly died twice, and he's known these people for 2 days. I'm really torn here, but I can't imagine him sticking it out. Although it may not matter since all of the baddies move before he does...)
(You roll the dice twice, right? You roll again; you don't multiply by two. 8 was the first roll and 2 was the second, and you add the bonus once. So Qivys is in bad shape, but not out yet! Please correct me if I'm incorrect, though!)
(Oh, okay! I've heard of it being done either way, depending on House Rules. Regardless, I'm willing to take whatever break we can get at this point! And RAW say to roll twice, not multiply, so you were definitely right. I saw the extra 2 damage and thought you'd doubled the modifier instead of the die -- didn't realize it was another roll.)

Qivys
Reeling in pain from the arrow, Qiv staggers forward trying to perceive2 + 1 the direction from which the arrow came. He swings wildly in hope of connecting.
Qivys swings his warhammer wildly through thin air, connecting with nothing.
Claire likewise fumbles blindly to where she saw Red fall, and finding her, casts her last Cure Wounds spell for 10 hit points, bringing her back from the brink.
The hobgoblin drops his bow and draws a grim-looking long sword. Stepping forward, he swings it at Omen. Attack: 16 Damage: 7. Omen is down.
With a signal from Sanbalet, the bald man steps in front of his boss, holding up his crossbow threateningly and scanning left and right. He readys his attack for the first one who tries to attack his boss.
It is Red's turn now. She has half-movement from being prone, but is alive and has kept her sight. Meanwhile, Qivys and Claire's sight is beginning to return.
Omen has lost his first death roll. (And I believe the party is out of healing?)
Red sucks in a deep shocked breath as awareness returns to her. She blinks up into Claire's blind eyes before twisting to see the rest of the group. Qivys swinging widely, Kas missing and Omen bleeding out on the floor. Not exactly a great picture. She turns to look the strangers in the room.
"I don't suppose there's a way we could convince you to just let us leave, is there?" She asks the leader, Sanbalet.
"Kill them all," Sanbalet instructs his staff, ignoring Red.
With the crossbow-wielding bald man covering his retreat, Sanbalet strides out of the cellar, through the secret door behind the shelves and into the caverns beyond (together with the bald guy), leaving Stumpy and the hobgoblin to carry out his instructions. The secret door slams, with an illusionary flame effect for added flare.
Red may still have an action if she wants, as may Kas.
Red looks after the man in disbelief before turning her attention to the others in the room. With a sigh she pulls out her instrument and casts vicious mockery on the hobgoblin.
The hobgoblin, emerging from Sanbalet's room with a bloodied blade and stepping over Omen's unconscious form, winces at Red's caustic melody – Wisdom saving throw: 11. It grins at Red.
Stumpy takes a second arrow, this one in her leg. She's hurting, and very angry.

Qivys
With his vision returning, he can now see Stumpy or at least a blurry figure that resembles her. He swings with everything he has left. "WITH PELLLOOORS MIGHT!!" he bellows, hoping his god will guide his hammer.
Attack: 13 Damage: 8
(OoC: knowing my luck today, this may well be an own goal and I'll take myself out! Here goes nothing...)

Qivys swings mightily but again connects with nothing but air.
Claire, breaking her pledge to avoid combat, casts Guiding Bolt upon the wild-haired woman killing her friends. A flame-like radiance descends upon her which stumpy leaps to avoid – 4 – but fails. She takes 7 radiant damage as the holy flames sear her. She's standing, but barely.

The hobgoblin charges across the cellar with his longsword, reaching Claire near the secret door to the wine cellar. It swings its longsword. Attack: 1913Slashing damage: 9 Claire dodges it. (OOC: Not sure why the manipulation banner went up - just remembering the disadvantage Red imbued. The die wants to keep rerolling. But in any case, disregard whatever shows up - the hobgoblin misses based on the first roll.)
Red's turn is up. Kas and Omen may make their second death saves.

Kasimir:
Oh, Stumpy is definitely taking one in the grill.
Shortbow attack 21 damage 4
The hobgoblin, emerging from Sanbalet's room with a bloodied blade and stepping over Omen's unconscious form, winces at Red's caustic melody – Wisdom saving throw: 11. It grins at Red.
Stumpy takes a second arrow, this one in her leg. She's hurting, and very angry.
Ignoring Qivys for the moment, Stumpy returns fire at Kasimir with two arrows in quick succession, even as he is partially hidden by the door.
Arrow #1: 17 Piercing Damage: 10
Arrow #2: 16 Piercing Damage: 6
Even the cover of the door couldn't stop Stumpy's two angry arrows, one in the neck and one in the chest. Kas goes down.
Qivys is up, his sight returned, but his health quite delicate.
(whoops I forgot to put the DC but it's 13? I also forgot damage - 2 if its allowed)
