Peri:
Peri careens down the stairs after Gerrard and Edgar and wraps a translucent tendril around his thin neck to try to stop his flight. Then he kicks the thing in its back, hoping to crush its spine.
(Kei is cursed for 1 minute. While cursed in this way, his speed is reduced by 10 feet, and he must roll a 1d4 and subtract the number rolled from each ability check or attack roll he makes.)
Peri tears down the stairs after Edgar, attempting to grapple the fleeing toddler with his spectral tentacles. (Contesting DC18 Strength check:23 ) His kick, however, slides off the boy's back without making much impact.
Edgar turns, his wounds continuing to heal, and makes a pair of swipes at Peri with his little clawed (if well-manicured) toddler hands: Claws Attack #1: 15. Hit: 10 slashing damage. Claws Attack #2: 9. Hit: 9 slashing damage.
...Then Edgar continues to race to the bottom of the stairs. "Caretaker! Caretaker!" he shouts in a shrill child's voice. (Gerrard and Peri may have opportunity attacks.)
"Caretaker is indisposed," replies Bela, standing with his hands on his hips, facing you with a furrowed brow. "Do we have guests, Edgar? With whom do we have the pleasure?"

Gerrard follows Edgar to the floor of a small, cold, empty chamber, where Bela awaits, his flurry of attacks not connecting with the undead toddler.
Bela initiative: 19
---- Meanwhile, upstairs:
Qivys, still being harassed by the red-haired porcelain doll in the parlor, goes after it with his arcane glaive, but the small animated toy is a little too fast for him.
Lankus thrust his spear at the ragdoll which grabbed Boko's foot. Spear Attack: 11. Hit: 2 piercing damage
Kei (cursed, so at -1d4) is in the kitchen facing Miss Primrose, and is up next!
The sound of Bela's voice makes the coniving bard's blood boil. Now's your chance! He raises his cittern in the air as he flicks one of the strings. The air around the wooden instrument ripples with arcane power. Suddenly, an image of writhing tentacles flashes momentarily around Bela (and hopefully Edgar). The tentacles twisting and winding in a mesmerising fashion.
(WIS 15 save or becomes charmed. Disadvantage on save from Instrument of the Bards.)

"Oh..." says Edgar peacefully. "That's nice..."
But Bela waves it away. "Ah, yes! My friends from Saltmarsh. My liberators! I'm so glad you have come. Please pay no attention to this little brat. The night is young, and you are my guests."

Meanwhile, the two badly-damaged porcelain dolls continue their attacks:
The red-haired doll vs. Qivys: Needle Attack: 22. Hit: 1 piercing damage plus 6 necrotic damage, and Qivys must succeed on a DC 12 Charisma saving throw...

Then, Boko and Peri may act.
Boko is grappled (escape DC 6) by a little rag doll, and takes17 psychic damage at the start of her turn (and will continue to until this grapple ends.)
Peri's blood turns to ice at Bela's appearance. He'd hoped to kill the little one before it had time to alert anyone else, then take on the other inhabitants one at a time. Everybody has a plan 'til they get punched in the mouth... Seeing Edgar's expression go slack, he turns his attention to the older -- or at least taller -- vampire. He gestures at Bela and places a fae curse on him to sap his strength. ((Disadvantage on STR checks)) Then he leaps down the stairs and attempts to tackle him to the ground.
((1st attack = Shove: DC8 Athletics or Acrobatics check or be knocked prone 2nd attack = Another Shove if Bela is still standing; Grapple if he fell: 19))
((Edit: Rerolling the first Shove, because of course I rolled another 1: 15))
Kei looks around in bewilderment, dropping his concentration on the hypnotic pattern. "Well, that was nice," concludes Edgar, with obvious disappointment. Miss Primrose, badly damaged, falls limply to the ground.
Peri tries to push Bela down. He confidently resists (contesting DC12 STR check: 6) and then nimbly moves aside (Contesting DC 9 DEX check:23 )
Boko, loosely grappled, is up next. (She may use her action to break free – escape DC 6 – or remain grappled and prepare to take more psychic damage.)
Boko starts hitting the doll that's on her foot, first aiming the spear at it (attack) and then kicking a table leg, aiming to crush the doll against it (flurry of blows). The butt end of the spear is illuminating the room brightly, light dancing wildly as the druid-monk attacks.
