Kei shakes his head as if waking from a dream. Peri's speech followed by Gerrard's tactical plan seems to have bolstered his resolve. "A whole armory you say?" He subconsciously shifts his body to face the direction of the unexplored room. "Well, I can't let you face these abominations by yourself shorty. You'll obviously need help. Let's do it."
Peri gives a satisfied nod. "All right then. That sounds like as good a plan as any. We'll just go see if we can talk Boko into comin' back and --"He cuts off as Bokotiger comes prowling back to them. "Ah! Here she is now! I'll pour some oil down into the pit, see if we can toast these ghouls like the iron men. You wanna set up on the back side of the rockfall? Might give us some cover?"
”Yes, in the intersection behind the rockfall,” responds Gerrard, having already moved into position, “That way we have room for Mistress Boko to attack from the hallway and for me to attack around the corner…and perhaps you to attack from whatever wall or ceiling you find most advantageous, Master Peri.”
“Ready when you are,” he adds, nocking an arrow to his bowstring and looking for Peri to lure the first foe within range of his light source.

Boko readies herself for a good opportunity to claw or spring, happy with the plan, and frustrated she cannot speak. But she'll try to put herself between any harm and the party, when it comes to that.
With Peri getting set to start the party and Gerrard taking position to offer ranged support, Kei turns to Bokokitty "So it's up to you to take the front line? Well, let's see if old Kei can't help you with that." He pulls out his cittern and plays a somber tune for Boko. At the crescendo she feels a familiar tingle of a protective weave wash over her. "There you go pretty kitty." He then takes up his position further down the hall.

Gerrard:
Bow at the ready, Gerrard adjusts his position and hangs the unsheathed rapier at his belt to provide light. Facing down the dimly lit hallway, he prepares for combat.

It occurs to Peri that without Dwal and with Boko in her tiger form, they'll need a way to light the oil in the pit. He lights a torch and places it on the pile of rubble. "All set?" he asks. Taking a deep breath, he creeps back up to the corner. Stealth17

Peri fires a pair of crackling energy beams at the massive dead ogre on the south side of the door (fatter than the other two.) Although it is clearly damaged by both blasts, it has a lot of body-integrity remaining. And although it runs with a cumbersome, sloppy gait, it awakens and starts moving across the chamber quicker than Peri expects.
Retreating sideways down the hallway, Peri ends his turn just over the near side of the pit. (35' back)
The three dead ogres round the corner and race down the hallway. Everyone can see them as they enter the torchlit area near the pit. (Did Gerrard have a bow readied?)
Poised and ready to shoot, Gerrard first sees Peri round the corner and pulls his bowstring back. Right behind him is the undead ogre. Letting fly two shafts at the creature as he crouches behind the fallen masonry, Gerrard prepares to fall back as planned.

Peri:
Peri continues down the hall, the big, stinking ogre corpse pursuing him. He scoops up the torch and turns to face the ogre. "C'mon, you big dumb beast! Come get me!" he yells as he waves the torch back and forth, backing down the hallway. He waits until the moment the thing steps onto the trapdoor (or tries moving around it) to throw the torch at its feet.
((Peri will prepare to throw the torch toward the ogre's feet. The goal is to just get the torch to fall into the pit, so that would be his actual target, but is hoping the torch might distract it. It looks as though the range on Improvised weapons is 20'/60', so Peri will move 35' down the corridor, into the branch with the acid(?) pit, and make his roll with disadvantage. I'll make it with no modifiers and you can decide what to apply. I guess his DEX bonus but no proficiency? 17))

Kei
Kei clambers through Boko's fur lined space and over the fallen masonry to stand just behind Gerrard. He points at the closest ogre and whispers gutteral arcane words. "Hear that you vile thing? That bell calls you home.
Peeking back around the corner, Gerrard fires off a couple more shots at the advancing undead. If he has a clean shot at one of the less injured ones, he will take it, as he doesn't want to kill one and have it fall forward and spoil the *surprise*.

Peri carefully pours another flask of oil through the thin seam of the camouflaged wooden trap doors. It's slow-going, as the seam is relatively snug.
(Check your positions on the map. Is this what you intended?)
Dwal waits in the guardroom, contemplating the smashed minotaur skeletons, as Bokotiger silently passes him twice. All is quiet.
