Kei
The dark bard watches as Peri's crackling beams smack into the crystal statue. "Seems like a good idea" he remarks to no-one in particular. Incomprehensible words fall from his mouth as he tears one of his magical cards in half. As the two halves of the card fall to the floor an immense cracking sound can be heard in the direction of the statue. A shimmer surrounds the crystal figure as an arcane force appears to swell from within.
Shatter 16 dmg with a CON 15 save at disadvantage.
A creature made of inorganic material such as stone, crystal, or metal has disadvantage on this saving throw.
A sudden loud ringing noise, painfully intense, erupts from the vicinity of the crystal statue.
DC15 Statue CON Save (with disadvantage): 15
The nearby ogres are also in range of this deafening blast, too: Dead Ogre #1 CON Save: 14 Dead Ogre #2 CON Save: 5
... The statue is clearly made of tough stuff. The ogres wind up taking the brunt of Kei's blast. One of them collapses, dead, from the impact (the one Boko had badly wounded.)
Gerrard and Boko are up! One dead ogre and one statue remain. Both are blessed by Dwal (+d4 to attacks and saves).
Due to the horrid smell emanating from the standing ogre, Boko must start her turn with a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the start of her next turn. (On a successful save, Boko is immune to the stench for the rest of the day.)
Momentarily confused when the others don’t join him in the fallback location, Gerrard quickly remembers who he is working with. Moving swiftly back up the hallway, he reengages with the foe, stabbing with his blades at the remaining undead.

Boko finds this one smaller and tougher than the big one. Nevertheless, she easily tears into the foul thing with her massive jaws. It tastes terrible. It continues to push forward.
And the zombie bites back. Bite Attack vs Bokotiger: 9 Hit: 12 piercing damage.
The crystal minotaur advances next to its dead partner, raising its massive greataxe as it lowers its sharp crystal horns: Greataxe Attack vs Bokotiger: 13 Hit: 20 slashing damage. Gore Attack vs. Bokotiger: 17 Hit: 7 piercing damage.
Gerrard maintains his readiness at the corner. Kei and Peri may act next.

Peri:
Again Peri scuttles to the corner. He curses with the frustration of being screened from the scrap by the big tiger, then lets loose with another eldritch blast, this time at the remaining ogre: EB #1: 12 +4 for 1 EB #2: 8 +1 for 2
With the plan's death upon first contact with the enemy, there isn't much need to withdraw down the tunnel. Peri braces himself on the wall opposite Gerrard. ((Directly west of Gerrard))
((Reroll the Nat 1 attack: 19. Halfling Luck is proving useful today!))
Approaching the intersection again, Peri fires a pair of crackling energy beams at the lumbering dead thing, and narrowly hits with both. It's definitely showing the worse for wear as it prepares to sink its foul teeth into Bokotiger again.
Boko the tiger is getting bitten and cut up. She tries her best to get out of the way and change the battlefield a bit. She backs up a bit, careful to watch any swipes, and then pounces not on the ogre, but over it, and the minotaur as well, aiming to land just behind the group of enemies. She hopes this gives the others clearer shots and bothers the baddies.
Action: disengage Move: back up a bit and then jump over the ogres and minotaur, careful to avoid the trapdoor Free action: roar and prepare to attack
(She's on her last legs in this form so she'll likely be shifting again with a BA next round after getting hit.)
"Bet you're happy you've luck on your side" he shouts at Peri, somehow inspiring the halfling to better his aim on the next round. "This is how it should go first time." From his clenched fist springs a ball of fire. It flies straight at the ogre.
Attack: 23 Damage: 13 plus Bless to the attack roll 3
Kei lobs a blob of pure arcane fire at the ogre, engulfing its head and upper torso in flames. It crumples into a smoky, smelly, inanimate mess.
Bokotiger springs over both the (actually) dead ogre and the pit, landing on the east side, catching the full attention of the crystal minotaur statue standing on the southern ledge.
(With the ogre out of the way, Boko could do that as a standing jump. No disengagement is needed; she may still have her action.) Gerrard and Dwal may both act as well.
"We got more guests that arrived on the island." Dwal says as he launches the spell. "I saw that bird-thing land in a tree outside with a screamin ' man in its clutches. It bit out tha man's heart, saw me and flew up. What ever that thing is, it snatched a man from somewhere close, my guess is a boat."

Gerrard steps forward and lays into the advancing crystal construct with a trio of forceful blows. He is sprayed with a shower of glass shards, taking 12 piercing damage.
Dwal clobbers it with a mote of arcane flame. Boko snaps off part of its shoulder. The minotaur is half-shattered, and parts of it are beginning to slough off. But yet, it continues to advance.
It turns and lays into Gerrard, first with its crystal axe, and then with its transparent horns:
Greataxe Attack vs. Gerrard: 25. Hit: 19 slashing damage. Gore Attack vs. Gerrard: 8. Hit: 11 piercing damage.
Watching as his friend gets mauled and shredded by the crystalline construct Kei's blood boils. "This is taking too long!" He launches another ball of flame, this one at the Minotaur.
