"Nope!" the evil mage says, "Magic doesn't work on me either!! Oh, i'm real." A blast of magic sends you back to the other end of the hallway after you touch him. (a teleport). The runes all over the hallway sure are pretty! "I bet you guys can't figure it out! NYAH NYAH!" the evil mage continues to taunt.

“Son of a-!” Smack. When she hits the wall

Ari picks herself up and brushes off, inspecting the runes on the floor. 

Lyan helps with everything she can! "Do we actually have to "figure it out" or can we just ... I don't know, paint over those runes?"

Morty groans and sinks into his chair. 

“Ah man! Every friggin time man! This sucks Rick! I can’t do a-anything!”

Keth angrily glares at the wizard. 

“We are strong adventurers! Let us pass, or, or, we’ll use our uh, BIG ASS MAGIC WEAPON on you! You don’t want that!”

Intimidate!: 6

"Did you find anything, sweety?"

Kiir starts poking him with mage hand "Take that!"

Meatface just watches whats going on and looks about the room again

But is distracted at the fact he just blasted a young one! He flips out a javelin!

"COME ON MORTY!" Rick yells, "Try and FFFFIGURE it OUT!"

The patterns on the left wall make up huge runes representing the letters "A" and "R".

The right wall contains an equally huge and equally hidden "N" and "U".

Runes for "Y" and "G" are worked into the floor.

"BHAHA!!" The evil wizard laughs, "You can't hurt me!!"

“Letters” Ari would point out the rune letters to Lyan. 

“UR ANGY?” Summer would blurt out the first thing she thinks of while looking at the different letters

"Wow, Summer, public school is REALLLY doing WWwWWOnders for you." Rick deadpans.

“What do you mean figure it out? Ah man, I hate these puzzles!”

Morty hunches over the table, scribbling all kinds of letter combinations. He looks up, confused. 

“Rick, i-is it... ray gun? It’s the only thing that makes sense, man! “

Morty holds up a sheet of paper with a whole page of combinations written out, with ray gun circled at the bottom. 

“It’s either that, o-or Argyun... I think that’s a pirate onion?” 

(Also, I actually did this at home lol. Ray gun is literally the only combination I can come up with that makes sense. This adventure is weird enough that I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s right, but I’d be less surprised if it’s wrong haha.)

"No-no, it can not be that simple. I think Summer is onto something here... "Are You Gay?" - no, there is no "n" in here... Is this really ray gun? You can only be hit with a ray gun? Then where can we get one?"

“Shut up grandpa, it’s not my fault you decide to pull Morty out of school instead of me for Rick approved ‘education’” summer air quotes. She’ll cross her arms before reaching over to flick a dice at Morty who might have figured it out. “He figured it out because of me!”

Morty gets agitated. 

“I-I mean, I just got lucky Summer! It’s not like I’m some kind of super genius or something! I may not even be right!”

A fancy ass ray gun appears in mid air in front of you morons.

"Oh, shit...."

“Yoink!” Ari jumps for the Ray Gun and prepares to pew pew the cocky wizard who flung her to the wall. “Say hello to my lil’ friend.” 

"As I always said, Dad, they are lucky they at least got half of your genes"
